How can anyone pump this?
PPS has fallen 40% plus just since the last share hike. Now Nano announced they're diluting shareholder value again to the tune of 400MM shares. Nobody actually believes the PPS will go up do they?
Once fully diluted, they are going to do a massive reverse split? People do realize what that means for their investment, right?
They announced both things back to back. How much larger of a red flag do people need??? I don't see how any amount of pumping will save this ticker now.
Are people actually of the belief that they will be "voting" on a merger or, get this, an uplisting? Am I reading the outerwebs correctly? Is this April Fools?
People don't actually believe anything they say, do they?
September 15, 2014:
Nanosham PR: "Under the agreement, NanoTech’s all 4K UltraFlix Network App will be bundled with Sony’s 2014 4K Ultra HD TV product line.”
January 7, 2015:
Nanosham PR: "Under the agreement, NanoTech's all 4K UltraFlix Network App will be bundled with Hisense's 4K Ultra HD TV product line.”
February 6, 2015 Shareholder Letter:
"Sony is in final QA of their release and will be pushing UltraFlix to their customers very soon. Hi-Sense will be releasing their 4K Ultra HD sets this spring and UltraFlix will be bundled with all of their 4K models.”
February 6, 2015 Shareholder Letter:
"We have every intention of each business audit being completed in a timely fashion and once completed, re-registering with the SEC and immediately up listing to the OTCQB."
March 2015 Shareholder Letter:
"We have had great success with Vizio and Samsung and are about to launch the product with Sony,
Hi-Sense, LG, Sharp and Panasonic."
Do I really need to go on? I found these lies in five minutes, but I can do this for hours. People need to get a grip.
What season?
Note that in additional to be forbidden to use NFL, National Football League or any trademarks, there is no mention of what season. When does this start? What time? Where can someone see it? Is this the 2016 season? 2025? One time only? All season long? How long does each program run? Is it hosted?
Will there be player/coach interviews? Highlights from previous games? What is this junk?
Peeps gotta learn when PRs are merely pumps with massive disclaimers and nothing of substance versus factual information and reality. This isn't a programming announcement, it's a fictional pie in the sky pile of useless fluff.
And based on the PPS, everyone knows it.
There is NO NFL deal...
Notice there is zero reference to the NFL and that those three letters are never, ever used in either the body of the crap PR nor the quotes? Wonder why? Know anything about who controls filming while guys are painting lines on the field and teams are doing jumping jacks versus game coverage?
This is a pointless PR about absolutely nothing to do with the game or any part of of the "pre-game" as we know it. It's one or two long lens cameras watching people walk around, and it will go off air at least 15 minutes prior to game start.
Sorry...nothing here.
P.S. - obvious spelling errors in the very first paragraph of this crap PR? You must be joking.
Al Stone looked us in the eye
First off, that outerwebz post is $80,000 USD, not $80, just to be clear. Second, people out there seem to think the raise is for an upcoming "PR." Not sure what everyone doesn't understand.
All 400 million shares are going to Royal Capital Group "restricted." Although they will back date the certs and they will become free trading immediately.
People don't care now where the last $10 million raised went and they're now trying to justify the next 400 million A/S raise.
Al Stone looked people in the eye no more than two months ago and assured there was no raise. $10 million dollars up in smoke. You have to be kidding anyone is still long on this scam.
Very obvious
A ton of loyal, dedicated holders must be realizing now that it's time to let the dream go. There are going to run through these 300MM in record time.
A lot of peeps eating a lot of crow here and elsewhere....wow. Just wow...
Wow - another A/S raise.....
Unbelievable. Right after they bold faced lied to everyone. Couldn't even hold on through 2016. Wow. Just Wow.
Hello .005s.
Correct - No UF on Roku's 4K Page
Simple enough to prove. In the video, the gal selects 4K from the menu, which brings her to the Roku 4K main page, shown here. Read it says "1 of 5 Channels" as she highlighted Netflix.
There are five 4K apps on the Roku 4K main navigation page. Easy enough to count. These are the pre-loaded "channels" for 4K that Roku has selected to have pre-loaded on their new device.
And Ultraflops ain't one of them - pure and simple. Geeze, you'd have thunk they could at least have gotten in front of this and had UF pre-loaded when the device was shown to the mass public in all this Roku PR. Huge missed opportunity.
They missed the launch boat. No one will care if they ever get Ultraflops on now, the buzz will be over, and they'll be yet another of 4,000 apps available.
Every 4K TV is Web-Enabled
That's just a 100% undeniable fact. There isn't a manufacturer of note mass marketing any model of true UHD TV that doesn't have web connectivity and a "smart TV" interface.
The 4K in the new Roku is just a feature, like the voice enabled feature and other things they fluff to sell the product.
BTW, ANYONE can create an app for the Roku. That's why there are more than 4,000 apps available. So certainly to port that 1980's Ultrasham app over to Roku should hardly be of any note.
I'm looking forward to irondragon tv though, because the Roku device only has 12 kung-fu apps already - LOLOLOL.
Facts are facts. The Roku 4 launched, UF missed the boat to get in on the buzz, and by the time those idiots get the app ported, not one person outside of the outerweb boards will care.
Ultraflops isn't on any 2015 device other than low-budget Vizio. On deck? LOLOL. Sure, Sony's been "on deck" since the false PR put out by this scam company over a year ago.
On deck? LOLOL. Sure, Hisense has been "on deck" since the false PR put out by this scam company 10 months ago.
Let's just stick to facts.
You mean scaled 720p
But whatever. Nobody can see this crap on Ultrasham on any 2015 device anyway, not on:
Sony
LG
Samsung
Hisense
Panasonic
Roku 4
Amazon Fire
Apple TV
ios devices
Sieki
Sharp
Phillips
TCL
GE
Sanyo
Toshiba
JVC
etc.
etc.
How's that Warner Brothers/A&E - History Channel October 1 launch coming along - LOL
Wrong just wrong
Amazon for one. $99 bucks for the year. All these Paramount titles on demand. Unlimited views. Plus 50,000 more titles and real 4K movies and real 4K HDR. Plus free Kindle, Music, Two-Day shipping, yada yada yada.
Or around $4,000 bucks to watch these same HD files these criminals just stretched out to make you think they are 4K quality on Nanosham. For ONE TIME ONLY.
Hmmmm. $99 bucks unlimited views, 50,000 more titles and a bunch of other stuff on ANY TV brand versus $4,000 for one time only and only if I have a Vizio TV. Gee, which makes more sense?
There is a reason this crap has achieved zero and is just swirling around in the sub-penny toilet.
Nanosham can't make it to the next big insider dump of 36 million shares a month from now. There is no more cash whatsoever. They are limping along week to week. What's left of current A/S doesn't even come close to covering their outstanding debt obligations. I have no idea how they are even keeping the lights on.
This pig will make 99% of people bagholders when it hits .005 in the next few weeks. It'll happen the second they are forced to increase the A/S. Which I predict is very, very soon.
Actually, the link has some pretty funny comments. I wonder what Tricia Mifsud from corporate communications at Roku, or Paul McGuire at Warner Brothers are going to think when they are emailed and told that this penny scam company, founded and still run by a convicted felon, is leaking proprietary information (if it is even true) in direct violation of every NDA known to mankind?
Should be some interesting email traffic flying back and forth later today....
Can these idiots get through one week with out breaking signed contracts?
Huh? 900 Billion?
LOL - try 654 billion. But yea, what's a little 246B difference when we're just throwing around completely pie in the sky numbers about a sub-penny, dark filer scam.
Wow, no wonder people are so lost as to what's going on with this pumper scam. Misinformation about the most basic of things.
It's all stretched HD - Period
Let's just put this latest P&D ruse to bed once and for all. I understand people get easily confused and mislead by terminology, but the simple fact remains that true 4K only exist if a company goes back to the original film master, scans each full frame, eliminates dust, noise and related decay and then goes through a long process to correctly move the 4K retained in the original FILM MASTER to data.
Let's just quote NTEK's very own IR rep, as posted by Wong on the Nano FB Investor Page:
"It should not take but a week to have them all upscaled and optimized for 4K."
Upscaled is NOT native 4K. Upscaled is just what it says, taking a lower resolution file and upscaling it. Dead giveaway. Optimized is not 4K. Optimizing is taking a 720 or 1080 frame and stretching it to 2160. Another dead giveaway.
The Paramount titles were supplied to Nano as HD compressed files. Nano was not allowed to go back to the only 4K inherent in these titles, which would be the original film titles. Period.
Feel free to reach out to Nano for confirmation, or again, take it from their very own IR rep. They will both tell you that Nano DID NOT GET FILM MASTERS. They only received HD FILES. Period.
Let's quote Wong from Nano IR one more time, for the record, to clear up all the pumping and misinformation:
"It should not take but a week to have them all upscaled and optimized for 4K.
Just the facts.
Actually, it's all stretched HD
But who cares, Nanosham is only on one 2015 4K TV - low-budget Vizio. Nothing else. That is a 100% complete FACT.
Stretched HD on one obscure app only available on one 2015 TV. Same old flicks available everywhere else.
Looks like Nanosham has been working overtime in the distribution department - LOL. 3 months left in the year.
Yea, real money maker in the works here - millions in revenue LOL.
When are the NTEK audits? Lemme guess, they're coming soon.
Audit Complete In Days?
From the July 28 SHL - "The audit of NTGL has started and will be completed in a matter of days."
It's been two months. How long can it possibly take to "audit" a completely empty shell company with no revenues, no transactions, no business, no IP and 2 employees?
From the July 28 SHL - "NGTL is near completion of the steps necessary to distribution shares to shareholders."
Again, it's been two months since that statement, and far, far longer since shareholders were first promised their shares in this empty shell.
What exactly is holding up the process?
Even the "vanilla" SHM Recap is riddled with lies:
Although it is very, very interesting how watered down this SMH recap was, it's still got some classic Nano BS, for example:
- Signed licensing deals with all 4K TV mfgs. to feature UltraFlix on 4K smart TVs.
Oh, we're almost in month 10 of this year and Nanosham only operates on one brand of TV made in 2015. So they just keep perpetuating the same lies over and over, just like the false PR from more than a year ago saying they were on Sony TVs.
- NanoTech is the leader in the development and delivery of High Dynamic Range (“HDR”) technology. We are already in the next phase
Completely baseless. Nanosham has ZERO HDR - PERIOD. But yea, sure, say you are the "leader" in front of a bunch of paid pumpers, and they'll spread the lie.
It never ends with these idiots. Even when they're trying to say absolutely nothing, they can't help slip in the lies.
You might want to rethink that strategy
As soon as the new float is announced this pig will hit .005 and stay there. De-list shortly thereafter. But if people want to throw money away on this pump and dump scam, by all means...
Ding Ding Ding We Have A Winner
This POS scam will crater to .005 as soon as it hits the books though...
What's the next play here?
Keep people holding NTEK and boasting "rock solid DD," but turn around and flip the next scam NGTL which is tied to the company they keep pumping? No DD available at all on NGTL as it is a completely empty shell, but it's locked in to NTEK, who obviously paid for the latest email pump and dump. So the strategy is to pump NTEK and then dump NTGL? Lol. Classic.
So keep pumping Nanosham to supply the funds to pump NTGL with email blasts so people can dump into the next scam NGTL? AS raise coming to supply funds to pump the next sham?
Kill the parent, save the child? Oh, the irony. Pumpers will become "gaming" experts in no time. The transition is happening already.
This POS scam is hysterical. And pumpers can't even control their emotions as they fleece NTEK shareholders by dumping NTGL shares, while turning around and pumping NTEK to keep the new scam afloat.
Wow.
A/S raise predictions? - LOL
The only thing left to talk about/attempt to justify. It's coming this week, just a matter of when. There is no doubt. This pig will be a half-penny in a matter of days.
Actually, only last year's model - LOL
Nine months gone from 2015, and Nanosham is only available on one single brand of all the 4K TVs sold in the United States this entire year - the low-budget Vizio. The 2015 Samsung Tizens don't have Nanosham, nor do any Sony, LG, Hisense, Panasonic, Sharp. Toshiba, JVC, Seiki or TCL TVs.
One TV in all of 2015? Working hard on distribution eh NTEK? LOL - no wonder this scam is dying.
But hey, they have swig whatever that is, right?
Wow - incredible - LOL
Nanosham's PPS is cratering, down +90% over the past year, with an A/S increase coming any day to further pound the share price into never-never land and stick shareholders for good....
...but good to know Nanosham has partnered with some crap company nobody has ever heard of, who've produce a completely redundant device nobody with a 4K TV even needs.
What about Sony, LG, Samsing Tizen, Panasonic, Toshiba, Sharp, JVC, TCL and Hisense - LOL.
Swig - LOL. Pure garbage
Is this the excuse for not getting Ultrafluff on Apple TV, Amazon Fire or any other reputable player?
Swig? Lol. Yea, imagine the sales of this no-name/no-tech stinker. If they sell two, it will be one more than the NP-1.
A question, as ALL 4K TVs are "smart" TVs and therefor have internet connectivity, with all the real apps like Amazon, Netflix and MGO built right in, what in the heck does anyone need this thing for?
Talk about useless and redundant. This pig will go nowhere. Talk about a swing and a miss Nanosham - Swig doesn't even mention you on their crappy website - LOL.
We already know that NTGL moves on air...
Last Wednesday, NTGL closed up over 47% on practically no trading activity at all
Can you imagine the type of gains NTGL could see on a heavy surge of trading volume?
NTGL has plenty of room to move to the upside.
At its current price of $0.0094 per share, a move back to its 52-week high of $0.17 would represent a gain of 1,708%
That would be like turning a $1,000 into over $18,000 in just on trade.
LOL - who writes this crap, Hightower? Taylor?
Nah - it's not an empty shell pump and dump - NGTL MOVES ON AIR!!!!!
Wow - these guys are pulling out all the stops. I guess that crap about "deploring email newsletters" sorta went out the window.
.005 on NTEK next week. A/S raise. No telling what NTGL shell will do, it MOVES ON AIR!!!
The A/S is being raised. That's a 100% guarantee. NTEK has is running negative cash flow and has nothing in reserve.
I'm going with next week - the "explanation" will be an all-time classic.
The pumpers and bagholder idiots are already trying to justify in their heads why everyone is about to see NTEK break a promise that isn't even a month old (and spew their crap) outerwebs.
Nobody wants to take two seconds to do some basic math and figure out how much was raised when the last two promised were made and the A/S increased dramatically over the past several months. Nor do they want to use brain matter to figure out exactly where those funds went.
Nobody will touch this scam with a 10ft pole now. Dark, dark toxic financing is the only way. Aka - the beginning of the end.
This will occur within a month
There is no doubt whatsoever. Nanosham is tapped out completely. The D-list squad will try and make them hold out until their 35MM Rule 144s come off on October 14, but it is very doubtful Nanosham can operate between now and then without a hike. In fact, it's not going to be possible for them to wait that long.
Wong admitted it was all scaled
via FB investor page
So this is hardly a shocker. The fact that any sort of disc is being used to transfer assets proves two things: first, Paramount certainly isn't giving Nanosham ANY actual 4K content; second, Paramount isn't giving Nanosham any film stock with which to create files.
Believe it or not, most studios and post houses are now using LTO6 for secure storage/transfer of UHD, creating DPX stacks or bridge stacks across multiple LTOs for both raw data and masters. The larger TB drives are simply too expensive, they overheat, are hard to wipe and rewrite and have proven to be very fragile for transport.
My guess is the Paramount source files are not even 1080 - more like 720 MPEG-2 or whatever they had laying around for all these oldie goldies. But they certainly never had any intention of offering film for conversion, nor actual 4K anything, to Nanosham.
That much is very clear.
So taking outdated coded 720 digital and stretching to "fauxK" dimensions, then attempting to charge money? What a stinker. And a complete waste of investor funds.
Amazon Fire 4K - No UF
Another completely false pump from the pumper meeting. Amazon has released all the specs and contributors for its upcoming Amazon Fire TV 4K box shipping in two weeks - there is NO ULTRASHAM.
Feel free to read through all the news coverage and Amazon's own product page - NO ULTRASHAM.
http://gizmodo.com/the-new-amazon-fire-tv-does-4k-and-voice-commands-for-j-1731287837
So let's review from the paid pumper summit - "we will have Ultraflix on 95% of all TVs and STBs in 2015"
Three months left in the year, and Nanosham is only available on one low-budget brand - Vizio. Not available on any high end TVs for STBs:
Apple TV - huh? Remember that pump?
Sony - the year long pump now finally put to bed for good. Sony's going with Amazon.
LG
Samsung Tizen
Panasonic
Toshiba
JVC - huh? Thought they were doing demos together?
Sharp
Hisense - But, but Hisense is advertising, right?
Seiki - what happened there?
What about the Directv box, the Dish box or the Comcast/Xfinity box? - Nada.
There's always Roku, right? LOL.
UF caught the eye of who exactly?
Ultrasham is on a grand total of.....wait for it......wait for it......
ONE 2015 4K TV BRAND
It's fourth quarter, and failure to launch on any 4K TV released in 2015 from.....wait for it....wait for it...
ANYONE ELSE
Not Sony, not Samsung, not Hisense, not LG, not Panasonic, not Toshiba, not JVC, not Sharp.
UF caught the eye of all major television manufacturers? Whaaa? Come again?
Sony Bailed on UF - Partnering With Amazon
Sony completely bailed on UF and their crap. Sony just announced HDR support for their 2015 4K TV line and struck an EXCLUSIVE deal with Amazon. All new Sony 4K TV purchases will include $100 in Amazon HDR movies exclusively. Major marketing campaign nationwide. Massive support from Sony for real HDR from Amazon.
UF is off the table. Not launching - Sony bailed. No more updates this year planned for Sony TVs - so no UF. Another one bites the dust on this scam.
http://www.digitaltrends.com/home-theater/sony-expands-hdr-support-to-x850c-x900c-x910c-makes-deal-with-amazon/
UF Only Available on One TV
Nine months into 2015, and only one TV brand released this year has UF available to download (if you're willing to hunt around to find it). What a massive market miss. 10 major TV brands in the US, and Nanosham can only manage one? No wonder the revenues are non-existent.
In July, Nanosham claimed that UF would be available on "95% of all 4K TVs and STBs this year, with updates coming in weeks." Well, September is almost over, only three months to go, and UF has only managed ONE TV brand - cheap Vizio.
So every single 4K TV sold this year from Samsung (doesn't work on Tizen), Sony, Hisense, Panasonic, Sharp, LG, JVC, Toshiba and the rest doesn't have UF. Users are now set in their collective ways with these sets. They have them set up, and they already have their "go to" channels and apps for content.
Nobody outside of the web boards is sitting around all day hitting refresh in the app store waiting for the almighty UF to appear. They've already developed their viewing habits. Set in stone.
Wow. All of this year, and no working app on anything other than lowly Vizio. Sony just released an update for their 4K TVs - Ultraflops nowhere to be found - AGAIN - whoops.
Nanosham swung and missed completely. 2015 is shaping up to a complete bust.
Nanosham's answer to this massive market miss? Crow about stretching out old HD movies available for free everywhere and attempting to charge the few folks with Vizios to pay to watch.
Right after the Sony launch, right? LOL
What a load of complete futuristic (aka total fabricated lie) BS that is. Just like Nanosham's announcement of having the UF app on Sony TVs, which was issued ONE YEAR AGO and has yet to materialize?
What a scam.
Ultrasham isn't available on Hisense TVs - AT ALL.
Ultrasham isn't available on Sony TVs - AT ALL.
Ultrasham isn't available on Samsung 2015 Tizen TVs - AT ALL.
Ultrasham isn't on LG TVs - AT ALL.
Ultrasham isn't on Panasonic TVs - AT ALL.
Ultrasham isn't on JVC TVs - AT ALL.
Ultrasham isn't on Toshiba or Sharp TVs - AT ALL.
Are they still on that crap Seiki brand?
JUST THE FACTS. FUTURISTIC FABRICATED LIES OTHERWISE.
Sub-penny again today.
The paint job barely got it back to a penny.
Wonder if investors are starting to realize that 2K digital files don't (and can't) magically become 4K. Looks at the price points listed by UF for Paramount's flicks - all library 2K 3.99/4.99 prices - not the premium 9.99 4K price point. Enough said.
Wonder if investors are starting to realize you have to go back past the DI (digital intermediate) to the original film to have any chance of capturing the data points necessary to transfer the film to digital in true UHD.
Wonder if investors are reading how the industry leader in film to digital (Sony) takes anywhere from six months to three years to complete the process of creating true, quality 4K digital from film masters.
Wonder if investors now realize Nanosham isn't actually in the real 4K game at all - not in any way outside of their own dilusions. So I suppose it's down to just figuring out how much the ice sculpting business is worth to put a true valuation on this scam.
Seems an audit would take around two days max, no? Of course NTGL has only one line item total on the entire income statement and that audit still isn't done.
Yea - everything about this company just screams winner. Shocked it's not at a dollar - LOL.
For certain, seems as though Wire Transfer Taylor wasn't in Friday and didn't open his mail until this afternoon. Foley got it Friday, hence that 14.5M share dump. We'll see what the rest of the Nanosham insiders jumping ship have to unload tomorrow.
Happy One Year Anniversary Nanosham!
One year tomorrow since the "Ultraflix on Sony 4K TVs" public press release was issued. The release was issued on Business Wire, through the press and repeated and embellished over and over by Bennie and a host of paid pumpers for an ENTIRE YEAR.
I thought the Nanosham idiots just put out two press releases clearly denouncing pump and dump promotions and communications?????
So, one year ago the company itself puts out a clearly false, complete bag of lies about Ultraflix being available on Sony 4K TVs. At no time whatsoever has the UF app been available on ANY model of Sony TV - EVER.
Nothing more than a illegal pump and dump communication intended to allow insiders to dump into imaginary news devoid of truth or facts.
Hardly a shocker that corrupt insiders are now being called on the legal carpet for breach and fraud.
Hmmm - wonder what that means?
Should we spell it out for everyone, or are their enough people non clouded by the misinformation and lying pumps to actually understand what's obviously going to happen here in the next month? I'm out of posts for the day, so I'll leave it up to others to divulge the obvious, if desired.
Next Insider Dump Coming
Davey pulled a nice one Friday, dumping the minute the shares came off restriction:
On September 9, 2014 under terms outlined in the Company’s Employee Investment Stock Option Plan, Issued DavidFoley, employee, 14,500,000 shares of restricted common stock containing the restrictive legends.
Get ready, the next insider dump will be bigger - just one month from now if they can keep the doors open and fight off lawsuits and the SEC long enough to last:
On October 14, 2014 under terms outlined in the Company’s Employment Agreements, Issued employees a total of 35,307,929 shares of common stock containing the restrictive legends.
Insiders dumping left and right. Everyone jumping ship. Lawsuits filed and the SEC banging on the door.
All the paid pumping and this crap hasn't even touched .012 since July. And it isn't ever getting there again.
Get out of this POS before your shares go worthless.
