Has anyone here tried the product? What is your opinion on the drink?
Since half of the o/s is in the hands of MCIG and they have stated they are not selling, the real market cap if they are not selling is right now 2.5 million. Since they said they will not sell the market cap will always be half until they decided to sell.
Relax it takes time to receive the shares especially since they are working to get the company in compliance. Don't worry you will receive your shares. They are not scamming you by keeping your dividend it just takes time.
Nice day today for Usmj!
The app flat out does not work. It actually crashes before you can see the actual "platform" in action. This is assuredly a stock selling scheme.
I hope most of you took profits today. This is going nowhere.
This stock is a joke
Great job keeping everyone here informed.
I like the enthusiasm on this board
Nice short
The value of the company will turn this. Extremely undervalued at these levels. No BK
No chance of that happening
Seriously this is nowhere close to even thinking about chapter 11. Are you familiar with this company at all?
If this had volume it would take off
The selling here is getting to be way overdone. I have not seen such an onslaught of selling for a while. Though the financials are bad they do not reflect this type of reaction. I think it has to do with the guidance being rescinded. The revenue is not 3 billion but closer to 1.5 billion. Compared to American app this is undervalued. Plus with the summer in swing this should see a pick up in sales given most of what they sell is summer apparel.
Buy ratings or price targets from .90-.1.75
That is obviously a joke. With 1.5 billion in revenue and over 300 million in quarterly revenue there is no way you believe that. The situation is not as bad as trading has indicated
This company is essentially a subsidiary of Phoenix Biopharma and in association with Phoenix Pharms who does update their facebook feed with information that has little to do with this company
This stock should be renamed V-POOR group
What was it the post is not viewable. Please restate what you found on him? I doubt he went to Harvard.
Can anyone verify Marcos background?
I would not recommend this stock nor would I take a position with fresh capital. If you do I would recommend less than 5000 shares. Don't let these guys like marco and Sterlings kid sell you their millions of worthless shares.
Sterling created stealth grow lighting and received an obscene amount of shares in the reverse merger to which he has given to his entire family. What's sad is stealth grow is far from the best light source available on the market. Don't you wish you had millions of shares enough to give away?
This stock is worse than watching paint dry. I'm at a sell
Nobody here seems to understand market cap is not a given. Just because the financials are good doesn't ensure any market cap. The market cap is the sum of all money in the equity at a given time. It is a privilege to have investors put money in your company not a given. This stock has sufficiently destroyed investor confidence and will not achieve anywhere close to a 7 million market cap nevermind 50 million. No sane person would give their money to this company after what they have done. These are all pipe dreams.
Probably one of the final straws was Sterling giving away his shares to his entire family. I would like to see this at .01 or below but it seems to be pretty stable at the current price. Looking back on those 'fat finger trades' wonder what game were being played
Based on the reaction of others I don't know if getting off the grays will even help this thing. There are a lot of problems with financials
Need to see the volume pick up on this one
The settlement sounds promising but I'm not sure it will be easy to get reinstated from the grays
I'm surprised anyone would post the link to such a stupid and incoherent "commercial" that makes no sense and does nothing but show the product for 2 seconds. I hope you realize what a joke this is. It makes absolutely no sense.
I am no longer in this no idea if this will trade normally again
Do you have a Twitter where you can post a pic of l2?
That is a different Vitacig. I believe that article about the old vitacig is why they changed the name to vitastik. The vitacig mentioned in that article is a conventional cigarette with vitamins in it. It has nothing to do with this vitacig
It is clear they are having identity issues. Looks like they have almost fully abandoned the vitacig name and the ticker symbols promised. I think they are transitioning to the name vitastik, after some research there was a previously created product also named vitacig that was a conventional cigarette with added vitamins. It received terrible reviews and criticism from health professionals. Really stupid move to have to change the name after the offering.
Here is the link to the article confirming Mad Catz is the maker of the Amazon FireTV control http://mobile.businessweek.com/articles/2014-04-02/amazons-fire-tv-piles-into-the-living-room
I addressed that. That was the date of lockup expiration on their shares. They obviously felt .50 was a little over valued and that was the day they could sell. The sec halted because THEY KNEW the lockup expiration date was 4/10. However they had questions concerning the stock (All the stuff mentioned if you've been following recent stories) and halted it on the same day so Sterling and Hunt could not sell shares.
The premise of the lawsuits are faulty if any have followed the story's out recently. The sec halted the stock because of texts sent by investors who wanted to sell but couldn't until the 15th. The sec was suspicious and wanted to stop the shares from being sold so they halted. The lawsuit alleges the people selling knew the sec was going to suspend them so they tried dumping shares which is false. They will be thrown out there is nothing against insiders selling after the specific date 3 years after they bought the shares. Additionally there was also outside people who were manipulating the stock. Terrible for Growlife share holders, tough to blame the company, more blame here on sec for halting this and not others in the sector where the same stuff has gone on.
You have to be joking. Have you ever received a dividend IPO before? The trading will open at .05
The case will be dropped because we found out the sec halted the stock on the 14th because that was a lockup expiration on shares that were held by insiders. Therefore those executives selling in or around those days were not selling because they knew the stock would be halted but because that was the day they were allowed to trade the shares they were previously restricted from selling. It seems those lawsuits will eventually be dropped because they assume the company was dumping shares knowing the suspension was coming, when the sec based it on a date where shares would become available
Interesting don't forget there is still a board seat open and will be selected based on a vote from current share holders. Each shares is worth one vote as per the updated corporate governance.
