There was a firm conformation made to the court that the amount of must be redacted and several other pages so that there can’t be reverse calculation .

A side note, I approached court room 2a , judge Williams court room, there was a mag test at the door. I asked security guard why is this her, it’s a civil case. Response, this is a criminal trial and is being presided over by a visiting judge. I don’t think that was the reason for our for our delay. Additionally, there were other court rooms empty.

Just arrived home. The court clerk said” the postponement order was verbally issued at 11:00 am so that was not 24 hours notice as court was to start at 10:00 am today. Williams missed the deadline by an hour.

Can a judge order the parties to reconvene where we left off at the trial where Judge Andrews was presiding over? further, can the judge also order all settlement talks that took place since the Andrews trial be negated all monies returned to their owners further all legal fees be returned. And retry the case from where we left off.Can a judge issue sanctions to all lawyers that were involved in all parties that were involved?

Are you kidding? Hope you can make it, as your better with the twists and turns of the legal process/ terminology. Since the trial so many incidences have occurred that following the complexities has been difficult to understand. At the time Whitman moved to the international law firm I thought it was a great move for us. I interpreted the move as a hint of Whitman s confidence in the case. What s it now 3 judges at the same court house that this case has been before. A general observation: each of there office’s are likely within a 100 + - yards of one another.they don’t talk . The court house building is big , but not big enough to require two cafeteria s . Unless of course there’s a dining area just for judges. Could be, all the better much deeper discussion. Imagine, three federal judges filing a complaint to the SEC. Who / what/ when / where/ how / why…. When proven will make this a historical award.

My thinking it’s the judge that wants to put him on the stand under oath to grill him on he not showing up at the hearing and release on the redacted information… specifically the dollar amount. Could it be the defendant’s paid him to get involved and thus screw up the process so we are where we are now? If that’s so it would confirm how strong a case we had going into the trial and how large of amount we would have been awarded. That said if this theory is proved and there was a retrial punitive damages will be history making. Perhaps this is also part of this judge’s motivation. I will be going to the hearing if it’s in open court. Was there when he did the no show and it was revealed that the NDA was breached. This is going to be more interesting then when the judge dismissed the jury mid trial because the attorney for the cable company s . Zombiewolf & I attend both sessions…. I hope he’s going to this as he’s followed more closely and has better insight into the Legalistic process where I have more insight into tone and body language and communication.

What would help would be write ups in trade publications. The first contract may be the stimulus for such an article. That will draw attention of other publications and that’s where the unearned increment ( that of free publicity) comes into play…. Off to the races, we’ll need to be prepared for that.

Yea, and you’ll help the pps selling. The concept of supply v. Demand applies here. The more shares available will only depress the pps.

As I was misinterpreted before when I suggested the pps would go below.01 what I was looking for was a bargain pps ( not being a detractor) as I believe contracts will be forthcoming as there are so many industries where our products can are applicable. It’s a stock that has built in diversification. It’s a no brainer.

Maverick is a private company. I wouldn’t expect them to say anything. Why should they, they have pctl to make agreed announcements. Perhaps that’s why ( aside Arts influence) we get controlled information on an appropriate need to know .
