It fell 76% because someone sold 16,000 shares for .0004. Probably a typo when placing the sell order. Meant to type .0014. At any rate they made $6.40 instead of $22.40 and the share price jumped back up and has been at .0015 or above since. But agree with gosox12... need that CE gone!
Sorry link does not work... Search YouTube for "This Is What Happened When 150 Russian Tanks Entered Bakhmut and Vuhledar". At about the 6 minute mark there is talk of the use of civilian drones for recon etc.
See around 6 minutes into video for comments about use of civilian drones by Ukraine military...

Just saying... but it seems funny that 10,000 shares sit on the ask while any amount over that is bought up very quickly. Makes it seem like no one is going to get anything over .0002 so might as well sell at that price. Meanwhile someone(s) is buying all they can get. Game on! I am going to hold on to at least a few million shares and see what happens. GLTA!
6 European Oil Majors Throw Coal Under the Bus - http://realmoney.thestreet.com/articles/06/03/2015/6-european-oil-majors-throw-coal-under-bus
More demand for Bio-Coal coming. Less cost for existing coal plants to burn Bio-Coal than to retool for natural gas. Carbon credits as well.
More dilution? No - this is just the 6K for the offering announced back on May 13. See the PR at the end of the 6K.

How is it great news. Time will tell but...
It could be great news because potentially VGPR has a new supply of BIOCOAL to sell and it is a supply that appears to be already available. BIOCOAL revenue coming in ahead of the completion of a second BIOCOAL plant in SC in 1Q2015.
Again - hope to see PR soon to verify my speculation. But remember things have to happen in order - 1. VCOR setup (done), 2. VGPR/VCOR agreement reached (hopefully in progress), 3. PR announcing deal.
VGPR-VCOR
My speculation on the VGPR/VCOR connection…
Remember in the CC that MM talked about a possible deal (real soon now) to speed deliveries of BIOCOAL ahead of the SC plant completion…
From VCOR website –
“ In an effort to create a real solution for today’s power generation, Vencor International has developed a torrefied wood pellet product that provides a clean alternative to the growing need of coal- fired power plants worldwide that is both carbon neutral and has a high energy output.”
“Vencor International currently has the capacity to manufacture more than seven tons of torrefied wood pellets per hour.”
So my guess is that VGPR will market this new BIOCOAL similar to how they already are marketing for BioChar Now (Gaspard’s other company). I hope a PR comes out soon to confirm. If true then great news for VGPR!
naturalborn - Vega is a development stage company, your ratios don't apply here - it is about potential at this stage. Come back in a year or so and let's look at valuation ratios then.
Quote – “Imo- the last sentence makes it sound like they are planning on breaking ground for stage 2 in the first quarter not having the whole project completed as previously stated.”
No, the sentence reads...
The building that will house ATP-SC's torrefaction machine has not broken ground yet. That is part of phase 2 on the site and is scheduled to be completed during Q1 of 2015
Vega Biofuels Lays Out Construction Schedule for Pilot Torrefaction PlantPhase 1 Construction Started at the Company's Allendale, SC Site
MARKET WIRE 11:14 AM ET 10/30/2014
NORCROSS, GA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/30/14 -- VEGA BIOFUELS, INC.(VGPR) announced today that construction has started at the site of its Joint Venture with Agri-Tech Producers, LLC in Allendale, SC.
Vega recently announced it has entered into the Joint Venture to build and operate a pilot manufacturing plant in Allendale, SC to produce Bio-Coal, among other torrefied products. When completed in Q1 2015, the plant will use a patented torrefaction technology to produce the Company's green-energy Bio-Coal product from plant and wood biomass, which will then be sold to power companies around the world. A clean and renewable alternative to traditional coal, Bio-Coal has a high energy density of up to 13,000 BTUs, and is a fuel that meets the EU's requirements and those of the Renewable Portfolio Standards and Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) in the United States.
The Joint Venture, ATP-SC has leased a 15-acre site on which its operations will be located. Its sub-tenant, Statiol, SA, will also locate a pellet plant on the site, as a part of phase 1 site development, which includes Statiol's investment in shared infrastructure. Recent pictures show the portion of ATP-SC's site on which Statiol's construction has begun. ATP-SC's facilities are to be developed in phase 2 as Statiol completes its construction. In addition, Statiol's experienced management will be assisting ATP-SC's operations, including pelletizing some of ATP-SC's Bio-coal output.
Immediately adjacent to the manufacturing site, ATP-SC has leased a 40-acre farming site on which various bio-crops will be grown for demonstration and testing purposes. ATP-SC celebrated National Bio-Energy Day, on October 22nd, by announcing that the farming site had just been planted with canola, a winter oil-seed crop which will be replaced by bio-crops in the spring.
Michael K. Molen, Chairman/CEO of Vega Biofuels, Inc.(VGPR), stated, "We are happy to announce that construction has started at the Allendale site. There was some confusion about the pictures we released a couple of weeks ago. Even though construction has started at the site, the framing work shown in the pictures is part of phase 1 site development. The building that will house ATP-SC's torrefaction machine has not broken ground yet. That is part of phase 2 on the site and is scheduled to be completed during Q1 of 2015."
Hanging in - seen this before with similar development stage pennies, big ups and then downs are frustrating - VGPR has a solid and potentially very lucrative plan IMO. Only time will tell - I think in a year those who stayed in will be rewarded.
Thanks Loyal and Taemujin, please keep up the fact based DD!
Products - I started to order the emergency light on Amazon, but then thought... Better to buy more CYBL :)
My CYBL stock order is in, in a month or two I will order a "free" Cyberlux emergency light (and a new camper to put it in)!

May be life in the old girl yet!
"Green Hygienics (GRYN:OTCQB) has a clear and compelling competitive advantage in Brazil," states Dave Ashby, President and CEO. "Given that we have worked hard to develop key relationships and are already on the ground with 12 - 2 megawatt wind turbines under contract at an extreme discount to market, we have some key advantages. The economics for other companies in this case not to mention the wait time for their turbines, time to build and deliver and logistical challenges make the barriers to entry for competitors severe and far more costly."
Ashby continues: "We acquired an option on the turbines through one of our principal shareholders and when exercised, would give us a cost of roughly $2.5 million or about $0.06 on the dollar. To replace these would be likely be in excess of $24 million. We are in the enviable position of owning an extremely valuable and sought after asset, which we could either sell, or arrange a JV to build a 24 megawatt wind farm. Once built, it would generate immediate and significant cash flow."
The revenue opportunities are no less compelling. Comparing the average North American wind farm economics and Brazil, using 35% and 60% daily wind time respectively, the annual production of energy would yield $6.6 million gross revenue for the former and almost 6 times that to $34 million for Brazil, which has almost twice the wind 'feed stock' and significantly higher power rates.
That's right. I sold some to recoup my initial investment and then sold a little more for some good profit. Still have a significant holding that I will ride as far as it will go now.
Walmart - Don't we have a Walmart solar panel connection?
At Wal-Mart, Obama praises steps on solar power...
The White House said it chose Wal-Mart because the company has committed to doubling the number of solar energy projects at its stores, Sam's Clubs and distribution centers. But in choosing the giant retailer as the backdrop for his announcement, Obama also triggered a backlash from labor unions and pay equity advocates who say low wages paid by Wal-Mart fly in the face of Obama's vaunted push on pay equity.
