I proved my point that I don't stop doing DD.

I have put my heart and soul into obtaining DD for SFOR going on three years now. As a result of repeated effort and constant researching and inquiries, I do also feel that we are on the cusp of great developments. I don't expect most to come to this conclusion, especially if relying just on message boards or also if they read some of the posts at times during the day. You just, as you said, have to do your own DD until you feel comfortable with the investment. What I researched has taken many hours and I am sure you have done the same. I feel lucky and fortunate to be able to be in this investment with SFOR and I encourage others to research why I feel this way.
I concur.
We just need a little bit of buying interest to move SFOR shares back up to .007-.008 in price IMO. Also, with some selling recently, when it does move back up there should be less resistance IMO. Good news will bring familiar faces back into the shares as it is the natural thing to do to correct and get back in if you see that revenue is there. The new faces that Fox Business and blockchain announces bring will also like to see revenue potential news here. This would facilitate their DD and show them that there is huge potential here. Just think, what if we see blockchain, Fox Business, Mcafee, more deals including some of the names from the ACS webinar last year, etc.? We could see a serious run here unlike any other one before with new all time highs. There is no guarantee, but I will be 100% honest here and say I like my chances.
This all really gave me a good belly laugh this afternoon. Thank you for that.
Yes that is just ridiculous to ask Mark about what the good news is after making it obvious one wants no part of being long.
On another note, I truly believe that this month and next month we will hopefully see some awesome news from our beloved SFOR. I can't wait!
Why do you care? Didn't you sell all of your shares?
Could this be a new venture for him and will he require additional staff? Regardless, how will the company pay for this? It obviously can't work on GuardedID and other SFOR initiatives and take on new Blocksafe ventures with the same current staff levels. This is where I find the exciting part to be in the short term. Obviously, new staff must take on these roles as I see it. Could deals be large enough to where hiring 5-10 people would be easy? Also, how long would it take to generate blockchain revenue this year? Does hiring people make this easier?
You're welcome. Here's my thought process. I was not around prior to the Microsoft settlement and I do know that since then, a lot of positive things have come through such as the litigation funding.
While we agree that there is $900,000 left from the litigation funding as of the most recently reported quarter, we also know that there is another $1,500,000 potentially available. I obviously am not privy as to whether or not SFOR can draw on that in January or February if need be. However, I am of the opinion that with the appeal process starting soon, that SFOR can draw the money. That obviously is my own opinion as management is not going to verify that for me.
I agree that fourth quarter of 2017 may not be spectacular, however a modest bump in revenue due to retail sales, small deal(s), etc. may occur. That is questionable and just a potential upside surprise.
What speaks volumes to me is the fact that (and verified by tweets I have seen from SFOR) no deal in progress has been lost. These have seemingly been in process for awhile and with the amount of time has passed, that makes me think they are big. And we have been reassured that they will be announced soon enough. With litigation funding seemingly through the time this will happen, I am betting that it does.
Then there is blockchain which is a package of upside potential in itself.
Then the lawsuits will continue and the appeal process looks good to me with the IPR review going in SFOR's favor.
If the deals come through, my other opinion is that the amount(s) will be significant and material to SFOR. Plain and simple. If the deals happen, the stock will go up. If they don't, it won't. We will see but if Mark keeps up with the latest projection we might know soon. Another key thing for me (I obviously don't know what you two talked about on the phone) is that the deals are still in tact. I am perfectly ok with a projection not coming in as soon as hoped for or expected if it just gets delayed. That is the nature of business and the OTC. We'll see, good luck.
I respect your effort that you put into trying to make good investment decisions. You work harder than most people. That being said, I will offer you one thought. What if Mark Kay is right and a deal will be shared with us in January or February?
In my opinion if SFOR were a pump and dump with loose ethics from leadership, we would have fluff news and/or something to boost the share price significantly in the short term with no substance. The fact that we don't get this kind of news speaks to the quality of leadership and the quality of the business. When there is something significant and meaningful to report, then we will have it. It is coming soon IMHO. The company, being that it does not have fluff news, is that much more solid of an investment in my opinion. Let's face it, if fluff is all there ever could be, there would be no point in being silent while the company waits for true developments. That is a thought I wish the naysayers would ponder and let's be real, deep down they know it's true.
Somebody stepped in for a 975,000 share bid. Gosh, I would hate to be on the sidelines with what we have coming down the pike in January alone.
Simple cash flow management there. Plenty in to handle what's coming out in the next few quarters. If you don't know what the deals are well then email Mark and ask!
$900,000 cash on hand per the last Q and $1,500,000 available if that runs out. We know average around $500,000 needed per quarter. BWAHAHA we can wait for the deals. Good luck sir.
The first batch of litigation funds (per the 8-K) is $1.5 million and then another one of $1.5 million is available if needed in $250,000 increments. This urgency of splitting hairs between whether revenue comes in January, February, or even March is a moot point due to this. We simply have the funds and this distinguishes our situation from the past when we did not have funds. Those alluding to times where drastic measures were taken and tough decisions had to be made are just not realizing the difference. $3 million of litigation funding available is like a settlement in itself and was awarded based on our strong legal position in my opinion. We never had funding like this before and always had to borrow from our CEO or at a disadvantage. This is why IMO we are worth more as a company now than ever before let alone due to the fact we have imminent LARGE deals paying soon per Mark Kay.
The Mcafee deal is with ACS. As we both know, ACS clearly only sells SFOR products. So it is a revenue share but based on my own personal belief, ACS is staffing all of this implementation. More on the bottom line of a 15-25% revenue share for SFOR. It's coming IMHO, matter of fact what we say on these boards will be immaterial soon enough as far as it even mattering what we think. The revenue may just speak for itself and if our margins are good, the P/E will too.
Mcafee is not a lie for starters see here:
https://www.mcafee.com/us/partners/partnerlisting.aspx
"Advanced Cyber Security is a pioneer in endpoint security, with patented, preventative solutions that stop advanced persistent threats in their initial stages. With Advanced Cyber Security’s EndpointLock Keystroke Encryption software, McAfee and Advanced Cyber Security provide the missing link in endpoint security by encrypting all of the endpoint’s keystrokes, blocking credentials and other sensitive data from theft. Advanced Cyber Security EndpointLock encrypts all keystrokes at the lowest possible layer in the kernel and stops the advanced threat in its tracks. It protects the vulnerable endpoint from exposing sensitive information such as data entered during provisioning of corporate VPN profiles, login credentials, and private company information that can lead to a costly data or network breach. It also comes with additional features including anti-screen scraping, anti-clickjacking, anti-subversion, and kernel compromise warning. All Advanced Cyber Security EndpointLock patented features work seamlessly in the background without causing any latency.
Additionally McAfee and Advanced Cyber Security offer CyGate, the most secure, affordable and flexible authentication for banks, corporations, universities, government agencies, healthcare, and social networking. CyGate Keystroke Encrypted Out-of-Band Multi-factor Authentication adds patented keystroke encryption to protect the device being used in the authentication process."
The second paragraph is key, being that it shows a partnership with Mcafee. If you read through all Mcafee partners as even Koog has indicated, being listed on there just means a solution is a partner with Mcafee. However in this case (and a rarity if you study every company on this list) a partnership exists in selling a product. There are only a handful of companies on this Mcafee page that have this based on my reading of it. This is very real and was also referenced in the March 2017 ACS webinar. IMHO this has been in the works for quite awhile. I don't know everything but I think this is as solid as it gets for a nice under the radar OTC stock. Good luck sir.
Doc I don't know man, what you're saying doesn't add up for me. You do you though for sure, I think I am going to watch it play out and see what happens!
If that is how you want to play that one I obviously can't argue with that so we can let the facts speak for itself on that one.
However let's revisit the fact that you yourself even told me that Mcafee is real and will be significant. That alone is going to be huge.
Wrong answer Doc per company Twitter:
@chris_szoka Yes there are funds left.

no we are not diluting or giving any shares and explained it in our 8k we produced when we took the investment.

Two words: litigation funding so yes we can wait for revenue and company is in a better financial position than ever. You do realize the market has priced in nothing good happening anytime soon and that if it does (to the tune of millions) something good might happen? Litigation funding, lawsuits still in process, blockchain development (did you see what recent PR's have done for companies and Mark already said we would have one in time?), Fox Business TV where we might actually get new investors other than iHub ones which we sorely need, and last but not least big revenue deals such as Mcafee. Gosh, I would hate to be on the sidelines right now much less a seller here. But then again what do I know and I can't advise anyone on what to do as I am not qualified to do that.

That's true especially when it is going to go up higher than ever IMHO. You really are my friend!
Exactly! It is not a stretch by any means to expect great things with the facts we know.
I trust Mark and can read the writing on the wall via Mcafee's website spelling out that ACS and Mcafee sell Cygate together. We share revenue with ACS and things are happening IMO. It's as simple as that. If we are right with this thesis we stand to make a lot of money. It's your choice whether to believe or not believe.
I'll buy the fear thank you.
You and I both know it's coming soon enough.
If it's material yes we will and IMO we will hear about it in at least a PR no later than February 2018 if our current timeline sticks. It will happen as Mark has said several times. Gotta be patient as I do as well.
Revenue getting paid by big company is not kicking the can. It can only go as fast as it can and it is in ACS' hands when it gets delivered and up to Mcafee, etc. when they are satisfied with testing. This is not deliberate kicking the can, it will happen just as HSN did.
Chris Henry listed as Board member on Wyoming filing. Is this a new employee or officer of SFOR??!! :)
Blocksafe Technologies is huge! This could take our share price to another level in it of itself IMHO!
