LOL. Hey there...
Oh ok. At least there was a response. Too much going for this company for them to let this crap happen. Hopefully Kevin is not lying and everything is cleared up and trading resumes. This was a big f**k up. Fingers crossed.
Kevin Cornell, AmbiCom's CEO, stated: "It would seem that when the SEC delinquency letter was sent to Alain Lewand, our previous CEO, in August of 2017 at his Norridge, Illinois offices, he was unavailable to receive it or refused acceptance of the letter. At the time, Alain was the CEO and a member of AmbiCom Board of Directors. The Norridge, Illinois office was at that time listed in SEC documents as the valid address for AmbiCom. No other board members of AmbiCom at the time or since, and no current management of AmbiCom, were made aware by Alain that this letter existed. We will escalate our current actions to file all necessary documents to lift this suspension and become current with our obligations."

From McAfee CEO after spinning off from Intel...
McAfee wants to partner and buy its way to the top of the cybersecurity food chain to establish itself as a force within the industry that can connect the growing number of startups in the space via the central McAfee platform. The plan is incredibly ambitious for a company that is on Day Two of finding its identify separate from Intel. Young believes that capital from TPG will enable McAfee to acquire security companies more broadly that may not have fit in with the initial Intel vision.
From CEO last month...
Speaking ahead of a McAfee conference in Las Vegas on Wednesday, Mr Young said the company had been busy in the six months since it was officially spun out of chipmaker Intel. It planned to unveil new technologies focused on security operations, a product featuring machine-learning and new security capabilities for companies that have transferred their applications to the cloud.
Mr Young said that while all of the new products so far had been created by McAfee, he was on the look out for potential deals to enhance the cyber security platform. “We certainly believe that there are a lot of exciting companies in the industry,” he said. “We’ll certainly be more aggressive than the company has been in the last several years.”
We are so married. TPG+Intel=McAfee+SFOR+ACS. I cannot imagine anyone else in this courtship. Only a matter of time. IMO. After the 7 litigations are settled.
SFOR owns the OOBA patent and Cygate is encrypted OOBA. Not an infringer but a product of SFOR and ACS.
LOL
I think you are right... IMO, It would make sense for STI getting bought too. ACS is the sales arm of STI. For ACS to be worth 100s of millions of dollars, they must have strong contracts signed (OEM, bundles, etc), not to mention the Keystroke Encrypt patents which is all good for STI. If I had deep pockets, I would buy both...they go hand in hand.
Yup...until 2020 regardless if STI gets paid the $9M for the keystroke encryption patents. And for OOBA patents and Cygate patents STI will get paid royalties.
Hear Hear! Go SFOR!
I did not take the bet because there was a pump. I took the bet to get you off the subject of the active SAM registration. You were making a big deal about it. It was worth $100 to change the subject. ACS in the Webinar mentioned Government contracts but that they cannot discuss and I know they only use SFOR products or SFOR white label products. From my email to Kay and speaking to SAM customer service, SAM registration was not a big deal. Kay says they can register if a contract is signed and not needed when negotiating. SAM customer service says ACS just needed to be registered. But if STI wanted to register, it can be as quick as 2 weeks.
Yup I remember. I am up over $100k with SFOR. I would be happy to paypal you $100. Still have to wait to end of year thou...
Ok good. I know you really are rooting for SFOR...can’t wait for Mr. Sunshine to reveal himself :)
Patience my friend.
Leading edge...along with lawsuits and revenue, SFOR is going to explode. I think Kay will not entertain any buyout offers less than $10 a share IMO.
Very nice. I believe no one else is doing encrypted out of band authentication. Game changer! It’s getting very hard to concentrate at work. Go SFOR!
Damn...gravy for SFOR!
Wow. It’s 4:40am in California. Nothing like waking up to this post. Thanks ZP!
Can’t wait. Thanks ZP!
Snap! Thank you!
Thank you Z!
