BSEG ($0.0352) CHEAP SHARES I'm a buyer - looks like someone is panic selling. We're right around where we were prior to the blowout earnings!
CHEAP SHARES GET YOUR CHEAP SHARES!
Stock is almost back to where it was before the big earnings came out -- I believe a mistake by market.
Do you know what a 15c211 is for?
Oh yeah you are right. I always have trouble with currency translation. So in that case we could see stronger net income from hedging, but comprehensive income (not on income statement) will take away from that.
You're right it should be good for exports, although my understanding is this is really a USD phenomenon lately, so it might not necessarily help them export to countries other than the US... Anyway, always interesting. I'm in it for the long-term.
Where is this 15c211? Link? Thanks.
It looks like the AUD weakened significantly (vs. the USD) in Q4 (July 1 - September 30) -- It was down 7.4%, which should have a major positive impact on AYSI book value.
The only thing that would offset this is the degree to which they were hedged. But because of the translation of assets and liabilities into USD that would occur on Sep 30 (for the balance sheet report) I think we could see as much as $1,800,000 Other Comprehensive Income:
$24,600,000 book value, increased by 7.4% = an increase of $1,800,000
This is a rough and very imperfect calculation, and like I said financial hedging may offset a lot of this.
NGHT ($0.0427) Matt Finston has a new SA instablog out estimating Q3 revenues and commenting a little bit on Q4's Something Wicked Festival:
http://seekingalpha.com/instablog/20467391-matthew-finston/3346885-nghts-q3-should-show-50-percent-yoy-growth
He is the one who estimated Q2 revenues to within 1% recently.
BSEG ($0.05) I had sold up above $0.08 iirc. Then I saw this tweet from the company:
Team Big Screen has a busy week ahead. Many items off our 15c211 are coming to fruition - Exciting times with the... http://t.co/FTH6f5a1aK

HHSE announcing new in-store agreements again today!
Maybe they weren't kidding when they said revenues to triple, shareholder value to multiply by ten, and this stock is money in the bank!
I agree the movie will be big (for little HHSE). It's tied to a prestigious Academy Award winning film.
I would just factor them into a diluted share count, while also accounting for the infusion of cash they would create.
August 5th the price was $0.013. We're not high here.
Nah we're good. You worry too much!
Nice we hit $0.014
Thanks - FY 2014 is the one that just ended in May.
Thanks for posting that.
How did capex in '14 compare to the previous few years?

Still got all my shares.
Good - AYSI can continue to help them save money :)
AYSI also just last week was putting out a pretty aggressive call for salespeople on FB and Twitter.

HHSE ($0.0096) - It looks like two mass alerts are going out on Monday regarding HHSE:
Sierra World Equity and Kourtland Wissler Picks. The latter has over 200,000 followers on Twitter and 10,000+ e-mails.
A lot of other things are going this stock's way, too, in particular the bullish statements made by the CEO last week. Thanks for bringing this one to my attention, otc.
It's definitely not a prank. He's a guy with 214,000 followers on Twitter, which can be verified here:
https://twitter.com/KourtlandW
Here is his website, for which he has gathered 10,000+ e-mails:
http://kourtlandwisslerpicks.com/
It looks like his inaugural pick is going to be HHSE, so I would not want to be short (or simply not own) the stock right now. My guess is that his reach is farther than Sierra's.

I'm sending this stock out to 10,000+ emails on Monday. Good luck to all.

Yeah I'm not sure you'll be able to buy 1 share under a penny, so I hope you have a decent stack already. Or maybe up the price you're willing to pay. The interest in HHSE has ballooned over the past week; just check mentions on Twitter. It is Saturday and it's getting more mentions than ever. Plus it looks like multiple mass alerts are going out Monday.
A ton of new interest is coming into HHSE. Yesterday this tweet was received by 214,000 stock market investors, almost all of whom had never heard of HHSE I'm sure. It has been retweeted 118 times so far, so has maybe reached another 100,000 or so investors on top of the original 214,000.
Over the coming weeks, some percentage of them will dig into HHSE, do some due diligence, and come away with the same conclusion that many of us have come to: that even if HHSE isn't worth $0.10 like the tweet said, or $0.06 which was the CEO's low-end value, it is safe to bid it up to 2 or 3 cents. That leaves a HUGE MARGIN OF SAFETY from the stock's current price.
Opportunities like this are very rare. As more and more investors become aware of HHSE's huge discount to intrinsic value (which they will because of CEO's statement of $0.06-$0.10 yesterday, which will fuel social media), the stock price WILL adjust. It might take a few weeks.
I assume you are betting on continued profitability.
So if that roughly $475,000 of CD were to convert right now, hypothetically, that would create $475,000/$0.0025 = 190,000,000 new shares.. is that right?
What caused the price to spike in April?
Major Twitter users with followers in the tens and hundreds of thousands have picked up on the opportunity in $HHSE and are getting the message out to literally hundreds of thousands of investors over the past 24 hours:
https://twitter.com/KourtlandW (214K followers)
https://twitter.com/OTCBBpinksheets (44.7K followers)
Only 530% upside left until we hit CEO's low-end of fair value :D
Towards the end of the trading day yesterday, a guy with over 200K followers on Twitter tweeted out a bullish take on HHSE - that it was worth $0.10. The effect of a simple tweet like this could only be beginning to resound in the stock. Remember also: only 3 weeks ago HHSE was trading over a penny. It was 1.5 cents only 2 months ago. If momos get a hold of this there is a ton of upside: multibagger in one trading day because of the tiny nature of the company and the gross undervaluation + the CEO's comments on fair value being $0.06-$0.10. Don't underestimate the power of the CEO's words there - whether you take him at his word or not, the huge gap between his valuation range and the present price creates a huge upside here. Even if it were only worth $0.03 that's about a 300% upside right there. Margin of safety.
Well said, too, Matt! That's the thesis right there, explained succinctly with chart and all.
I see this a lot in nano caps: they are priced based on something depressing that happened years ago. When operations turn up, the stock often doesn't, because it's a small group of investors who are familiar with the stock and many of then got burned bad over the course of years. It is like the stock price (but not the operational company!) has PTSD. Yet lo and behold improving results do eventually re-assert themselves as the main force influencing stock price. If you can come in after the traumatic event, and AFTER things have clearly begun to turnaround, but a little BEFORE the market gets over its rearview mirror vision of the future, you can do quite well in these situations.
Explosion to the upside coming tomorrow.
Stock market is forward-looking. This is the main point most investors like yourself miss. What is NOT priced in? What HAVEN'T people anticipated? The Something Wicked success is replicable. But most investors aren't thinking beyond just what is on paper today. NGHT is developing a skill at putting on BIG, newsworthy shows in an industry that is fractured and amateurish. They will bring efficiencies and know-how beyond What they are doing today. Rave culture goes back 20+ years and humanity's urge to dance for hours amongst thousands of others is timeless. The company's growth is a train that will absorb this temporary dilution as if nothing happened. Investors will pay a lot for a growth story, which they currently aren't doing with NGHT. Your analysis is small.
