Can you make heads or tails out of the future dilution situation?
I think we gotta face the fact that we might have to buckle down for the long-term -- like a year or two. At the same time, the stock price has almost been cut in half from its highs, so that indicates bad news is priced in. (IMO, *more* than priced in.)
If they lost that overflow work, it would be significant: coupled with the Companion revenue it's almost $1M, roughly equal to the past year's growth: $1.7M to $2.75M, IIRC.
On a *slightly* positive note, Companion's share of revenue in Q3 was 11%, not 14% as it was for the whole 9 mos. -- a not totally insignificant difference:

Now, why did PFHO feel it necessary to express uncertainty about the overflow work? Maybe they realized in losing Companion they have to be a little more proactive in expressing risks about their large customers. They didn't expressly say, "We think this revenue is going away."
I think this is a great opportunity to add/initiate.
BWMG ($0.0028) had a $131,000 profit.. I just can't get a handle on the share structure.
NGHT Diluted share drop is because they had a loss so to show more shares would be anti-dilutive.
NGHT It looks like we will have to wait until the annual results come out. Revenue growth was less than predicted by Matt Finston, and gross profit was less than the year-ago Q despite higher revenues.
I haven't dug into this one yet, anyone else notice anything worth mentioning?
Yup, good point Raw.
NGHT One would think so.
RNWEY.. $0.1528..

RNWEY.. $0.1528...
Hank you like the company, I assume? A little unclear.,.
Friday would be 45 days but I'm not sure that they're bound to that limit.
NGHT - I don't get why this one is so lethargic. The improvement over the past few years has been ideal.
As long as there isn't some fundamental negative change to the business, I think we're about to rock!
Make 33%+ in 6 trading days with Pacific Healthcare?
PTA.V, ashy - Has the company guided that they should get similar netbacks on the Suroco oil?
(BTW great work on the calculation, thank you for posting)
PTAXF Anyone able to poke a hole in Value Digger's thesis yet? I couldn't, but I am admittedly not an energy/oil guy. #Long
I don't follow too closely, but isn't there potential for A LOT more dilution via convertibles? Not sure if the 100M number is a good number to use.
O/T but that bump up is definitely not due to a deposit of cash?
totally bro
OTC What happened in May 2012 (on your chart)?? That is an insane gain in one week.
OTC That is a hell of a chart. Congratulations! How many positions do you typically hold at one time?
Re: O/T Thanks otc. I literally just started it.. But I do have something planned which will definitely be of interest to followers of this board.. Stay tuned, will post here when it is ready.
NGHT - Something Wicked took place this weekend. No catastrophes so that is good.
T -- good to see you here.. I just caught my eyes onto this one today. Have been reading the SA posts/comments all day + the ceo.ca content. Having trouble poking holes in the thesis, although admittedly I am not an oil guy (learning and DDing at the same time!)
Agreed - I feel quite good about my prospects for a double+ in the coming months ($0.045 basis).
NHTC I got back in at $10.77 this week. Stock is lower now. Think it will be a good "swing trade" again. Company came out with equally strong revenue number to last quarter; stock not rallied yet just like last time - delayed reaction?
10-Q is out:

If you look at it through the lens of cash, it looks much better. (vs. GAAP-view) $1,000,000 FCF, paid down $700,000 debt, increased cash by $200,000. Ramped up f'n resin sales, definitely harming GM, and more nestable sales harmed GM too. Maybe Phaedrus can answer this: does a ramp up in resin sales at negative gross margin really lose money for shareholders or do they have to be using that machinery/paying that fee already anyway? They left out cost of resin sales for the first time.
HHSE Cashed my shares in - figured an approximate double in a week in a speculation was too good to risk. Actually, got worried when it took so long for Form 4 (2nd one) to some out.
The GM was very high (33%) a year ago.
Stock should appreciate again:

Another $30M quarter shows Q2 was not a fluke.
I agree, it looks like the Broady shares were gifted.
That's what I thought. Today is 45 days since Aug 31 end of Q1.
There's still time + it's only 7pm in Oklahoma.
O/T Just for the record, otc and I were not discussing BSEG or any other stock that has been discussed recently (or maybe ever) on this board.
I believe we were both buying more BSEG at end of day Friday. I know I was. I think my conviction is a little deeper now than his, because my investment now is based on trust that management's "rosy" talk of future is solid.
OT otc I sent email to the address at the bottom of your blasts. Can you confirm that you got it (from Nat Hunt). I don't have the capability to private message on here. Thanks.
BSEG They've got a Stop sign on OTCMarkets now. Hadn't this switched to a Yield only recently?
BSEG It was the tone of the comment that excited me. I can't link to it now, but I'm sure you can find it. Also exciting is the fact that it seems (?) linked to an up listing or further legitimizing of BSEG in the eyes of the public. In this context we know that Jiang took another company to NASDAQ, so I am excited. I had actually gotten out until I read that 15c211 comment. So.. In short it is just the TONE I hear coming out of the company that leads me to believe I can do quite well here.
BSEG Yup I was buying today, too.. The comments I am referring to are the 15c211 comment and the one just referenced after the bell tonight, regarding them being concerned about big shareholders missing out by selling now.
BSEG otc I hope you can find some patience with this one. My conviction is pretty deep now based on recent comments by the company.
BSEG That is terrific! Good for them for not wanting their investors to sell at EXACTLY the wrong time.
