Thankyou. Most likely a mix in my opinion. To what extent, God knows. Further, your scenario would be most likely on a day when the sp has multiplied, as the men in suits would not sell on down days as they are not in the business of losing money.
But as i said i am just a beginner and so my words are speculations.
I am however shocked with the functions of the share market and i do think that we need regulations and the banning of some practices.
Is it reasonable to say that 100% of investor money is going towards their debt?
If you say a significant percentage then what is that percentage,if i may ask?
I agree with him on that. The developed world has too much invested in conventional sources of energy. Further, taking it down and setting up new infrastructure may cost just as much ( both in money and in pollution).
Why not try to optimize what we have and let alternative energy be something for the developing countries to deploy.
Unless of course existing infrastructure can be modified so that new energies can be plugged in at the switch of a button ( like we are seeing with solar).
In laymen terms how difficult is it to do the changes?
Fair enough but we all need to start some where.
I am at very basic level.
Are you sure that there is no way to work out how much
Money which is interest free and that which is not has gone
into HYSR?
P.s I have already started to read the 10k
I admire you enthusiasm and your rigour.
Thanks.
I wonder if the less expenditure on the tech has been a result of their connections with the universities they are working with.
In other words are they getting a discount?
Let me see if i can get back to the medieval times.
Best regards
Thank you very much.
I will endeavor to do as you suggested.
Please could you give me some guidance on how i should plan to calculate the interest free funding (e.g equity based) HYSR has received over the course of a number of years.
The 10k does not give me the complete picture and i really need to work out how much interest free funding they have used towards developing this technology.
Only then will i be able to determine which is greater the interest based financing or the interest free financing.
If you are feeling like a mathematician today you are very welcome to help me on my journey and i will be very grateful.
Best regards.
Please could somebody help me with the questions in my previous post. I just need some direction. Thank you.
Thank YOU.
Please may you review the questions found in my most recent post. Your help is much appreciated.
Please forgive me for my ignorance.
However, my questions are genuine.
How do I work out (1) The total interest bearing debt of the company in comparison to its total assets?
(2) The amount of interest free equity the company has had, over the years to develop its technology?
Please could somebody help?
Please could you help me with this figure? I did attempt to work it out myself but I am not familiar with the layout and the numbers are too many.
Please could you work out on my behalf the total interest bearing debt of the company in comparison to its total assets?
Thank you very much.
Thank you very much for the information.
Would the notes ( In this companies case) carry any interest or is the conversion equity based?
Further, buying debt may possibly be the case but can we really pinpoint what we are buying as it is the sentiment one attaches to their stock purchase that counts.
For example, if i think that i am buying shares in the technology does it really matter who sells me those shares? If for example, Tom sells me his shares and he uses that money to buy illegal drugs am i buying his drugs? I don't think so as my sentiment ( understood in terms of my individual capacity) was to buy a stake in the tech.
Best regards
"A share of HYSR has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with the value of HYSR technology!!!! The value of a share is a value placed on the emotional value of a piece of paper. That fluctuates every minute, every hour, day and so on when the technology does not. More importantly a share is a thing sold by the company as DEBT. You are buying DEBT when you buy shares. That is how companies finance themselves (i.e. buy selling shares) until they can sustain stability via revenues. You should look at a quarterly and you will see a line item for shareholder debt."
Please could you elaborate further? When you say debt you don't mean that in the traditional sense, or do you?
Further, i always thought shares reflect both the emotional value as well as something more tangible, i.e a share in the companies tech.
Understood.
But that does not necessarily mean that the IP is worth ‘0.’
Are there not individual components to this (e.g. the coating, the new cells, the method of reaching the voltage etc) which are worth at least 100usd?
The patents and the tech so far is not worth anything?
Please could somebody hazard a guess( educated guess) on the value ( in terms of money) of HYSR technology. I mean they have a number of patents and they have demonstrated a prototype ( although not fully theirs as the cells in the prototype are for demonstration and are not the ones made by HYSR).
Your help is much appreciated.
Buyout? Tesla perhaps???
could there be any connection with Eguana??

Thanks for your reply.
I was theorising on the assumption that there are 1000s of redundant solar panels out there.
Thank you very much for your insight it is much appreciated.
If for one moment we turn a blind eye to science and focus on the number of solar panels which are already in existence but are redundant due to nobody buying them, etc (based on production of solar panels and the drive down of costs I would assume that there are tens of thousands lying in warehouses (allegedly)) can we not tailor these panels for the purpose of producing hydrogen?
Advances have been made both in smart invertors and software so why not use what we already have to give the industry the kick start it needs?
My thanks to all those who have kindly offered their view.
I understand the efficiency side of the debate and the fact, if I have understood correctly, that HYSR tech bypasses some of the mechanisms which are energy intensive. However according to solar city, ‘A typical solar panel produces about 200 watts of electricity based on the efficiency and size of what's installed. For example, if you have 25 panels installed, you may have an output of about 5 kilowatt hours (kWh).’
If that is the case then surely the total output of one panel or many panels would compensate for any in efficiencies when it comes to releasing hydrogen from matter. After all the process requires very little voltage, 1.5v. Furthermore, although the initial costs of the set up would be greater (agreed) but the fact that these costs are historical and have therefore already been realised, in addition to the fact that scores of solar panels are redundant from the time the technology was made available, the reductions in price (mass productions of the panels (economies of scale), this would suggest that the un economical argument may not be applicable anymore.
Thoughts very welcome.
Hello,
Please forgive me for my ignorance but the solar industry has been thriving for many years. With some countries bringing down the costs of solar panel with new cheaper techniques. Why is it not the case that the solar panels which are already in existence, are not used to produce hydrogen? I mean the initial costs have already been materialised and even if they are more expensive why cant they just be connected up to produce the hydrogen?
Thank you.
Hello Blekko,
Several months ago on the HYSR board, you posted something about penny stocks and how best to make money from them. If i can recall correctly you were saying something about the best time to sell. Back then i did not read the complete message, however i did intend to look for it later. I have tried to look for it but i have failed.
Please could you repost the message or pm the message to me?
Best regards
Tide.
Thank you very much for your insight.
Please could somebody explain the following:
HYSR’S up list to NASDAQ how will it work and what consequences will it have on (a) the number of shares one holds and (b) the sp?
Thank you
In my opinion, the men in suits would need to regulate HYSR so that the technology can only be used by a select few. For the reason that cheap hydrogen production would significanlt impact the economies of oil.
go, go goooooooooooooo yeah mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!
yeah baby yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh lets go to the moon.
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Please correct me if i'm wrong but did they not annoucance a new contract with a diffrent univerty a while ago? If they did then would they reanounce it when the contract ends with the current university? I would think not as it is old news.
Hello. Then why does it say on yahoo finance that they have a eps of 0.08 and p/e of 0.05?
Does this not suggest that they are in profit? Please excuse me for my ignorance.
why does it say on yahoo finance that this company is making an EPS has a P/E??? Is this false? If not does it suggest that this company is making a profit?????
