Mr. Lumb:
Approximately 98 per cent ($498,422,955) of Fortress's touted net asset value of $508,583,381 turns on the entirely unsubstantiated valuations of Copperstone Mining and Bouse Mining. The balance is attributable to another pink sheet outfit changing hands for less than three-10ths of a penny.
Your vaunted $400-million extraordinary dividend, if it ever materializes, will just be another extraordinarily worthless paper shuffle.
What ... no valuable oil or gas reserves?
If I recall correctly, and I'm sure I do, well before CMKM's stock registration was finally revoked, bulldog Bill was on Paltalk proclaiming his belief that the company's properties held valuable resources including oil and gas.
Here are a couple of questions I put to Mr. Frizzell back in 2005:
8. In a PalTalk session following the Sept. 6 "derivative rights letter," you indicated that several "experts" had provided some opinions regarding an evaluation of CMKM's mining claims. Can you provide the contact information for some of these experts?
9. In the same PalTalk session, you indicated that CMKM held oil and gas rights. What is the foundation for that claim?
Bulldog Bill did not respond, though his pitchman John Martin later indicated through an intermediary that he might deign to talk to me if I could provide some proof of having written anything positive about any company.
NSDM-forever:
I didn't see the Gold Star news release before I finished this:
http://www.stockwatch.com/swnet/newsit/newsit_newsit.aspx?bid=Z-C:GXS-1487714&symbol=GXS&news_region=C
It will be interesting to see what becomes of all this, but I doubt it will end well for the late-to-the-party investors in many of these closeology plays.
H24ever:
lol i see a lot of "Gloating" going on' And the end game hasen't even been played yet !!
I guess you must be talking about this self-congratulating revisionism from phxgold:
Just follow the thread there is 5 pages of Boards 66 gurus that stated everything I said was wrong but aparently according to the NASD everything I said was not only right but BANG ON DEAD BALLS RIGHT ON EVERY POSSIBLE level. Scoff if you will but DAMN I rock BYE!
Well, perhaps you shouldn't be piling on; phxgold clearly has some issues.
Wounder what Bill has for us ???
I expect just more of the same silly drivel that he has been spooning out for the past several years.
Chunky44:
phxgold, you are one smart cookie. You were on top of that stuff back in 2005. Tell me, when did you first realize there was no naked short in cmkx?
Now, that's just mean.
Ha!
Phxgold:
Well, that certainly is quite a collection of links and a decent collation of information largely gathered by other people, some of it by me.
However, I don't see what it has to do with just how many of your other supposition-based formations ever materialized.
Perhaps you really have forgotten the rubbish you used to spout when you were part of the Paltalk SS badgering, bullying and booting people with the temerity to question the fantasies you and the other CMKM cheerleaders espoused.
Phxgold:
But qa silly thing happened.
KW got his hands on some some info that equated a loose thread on a favorite old sweater.
it appears the sligtest lil tug is causing things to unravel a bit.
Long before Kevin West developed even a partial clue his "favorite old sweater" had been reduced to a tattered pile of yarn.
Now I believe it will be pretty easy to prove the default to 1010 was planned as was the suit by etgmf to cancel the shares.
Conspiracies, let alone imagined conspiracies, are never easy to prove. And the Tyler team's record when it comes to proving anything at all is dismal, to say the least.
again its supposition but thats what I see forming here.
Just how many of your previous supposition-based formations have ever materialized, or have you, like many of the former CMKM/Casavant cheerleaders, conveniently forgotten all the other tripe you have touted?
Jarta:
As you suggest, there is really no mystery here.
Your post addresses the matter in general terms, but a specific Nevada local rule, which is actually cited in the motion (LR IA 10-3), applies to government attorneys:
Unless otherwise ordered by the court, any nonresident attorney who is a member in good standing of the highest court of any state, commonwealth, territory or the District of Columbia, who is employed by the United States as an attorney and, while being so employed, has occasion to appear in this court on behalf of the United States, shall, upon motion of the United States Attorney or the Federal Public Defender for this district or one of the assistants, be permitted to practice before this court during the period of such employment.

Mastaflash:
I feel soiled just being in the same country with you!
Perhaps that soiled feeling comes from being caught trying to pass this document off as a dismissal of the animal cruelty charges against Rufus Paul Harris:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=20577307
Again, was Mr. Harris responsible for that misrepresentation or did you come up with it on your own?
Hunter6110:
Been there done that and was banned after my very first question to Dufus....and the board.
I was banned without ever asking a question.
Mastaflash:
Hey Lee, you going to mention animal cruelty charges dropped in your next article? No? Didn't think so...
It is quite possible that I will mention the unsubstantiated claim that the animal cruelty charges were dropped.
By the way, did your "fearless leader" try to pass this off as a dismissal of the 16 counts of animal cruelty or did you fabricate that fantasy all by yourself?
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=20577307
Aimgator:
Great articles as always on CSHD... any new stuff going to be coming out?
Thanks. I expect there will be a few more articles.
Has James Gee talked in depth about to you about the evidence or he cant because of everything going on....
We have talked about some of the issues.
Janice:
What was the "dog leash thingy"? Do you know?
No, I do not know.
Perhaps it is related to the tale about the "Demon" who allegedly shot two of Mr. Harris's dogs and then just smiled and walked away -- according to the first version of the story.
If so, I suppose pursuing a court case might be a bit of overkill, so to speak.
Lee
Well, every little thing must be hunky-dory in Conversion fantasyland, then. After all, "the dog leash thingy" was the most significant issue facing Rufus Paul Harris and this purported multibillion-dollar outfit.
Something was dropped, but was not the SEC case. Perhaps the dog leash thingy.
Good grief.
Lee
don't despair.. my lovely neighbor is baking a cake full of hacksaw blades as we speak.
hasher5:
Well, thank your lovely neighbour, but neither the cake nor the hacksaw blades will be necessary.
I have no problem with a sanction imposed for violating a rule that I did not check, but cannot pretend that I didn't think existed; notwithstanding the fact that the vulgarity was in a message I copied, not one that I wrote. I posted it to make an obviously fleeting point, but it was a violation of the rules.
However, this nebulous nonsense about having some "calming down" to do that is directed at me, with only one message posted in the last 24 hours, is a bit more than I'm prepared to stomach and I'm certainly not about to negotiate being "sprung" over such nonsense.
So, this is my last post on iHub.
And the "calming down" refers to what exactly?
In the Jailhouse now...
Matt:
I take it that I am in the Jailhouse for posting the content of a private message sent to me by an iHub member that contained some foul language; is that correct?
Lee .. Joe tells the truth.
Oh, I'm sure he does, but you were asking about something specific.
Does he tell the truth all of the time?
I think not.
Lee can you confirm that ..
Spelliscey sold the Carolyn claims to DeBeers as averagejoe contends ?
Gump:
No, I can't confirm it.
As far as I know, it isn't true.
for the last few days ive been collecting some of these worms posts and sending them to this guy
Now that is frightening.
I can just imagine the significance that anyone would attach to the complaints of a junior subpenny pink sheet stock tout and the terrible consequences that will befall anyone on your worms list.
maybe in some bizzare theoritcal way it does? This IS CMKX afterall.
Indeed it is CMKX; and "bizarre" and "theoritcal" or something close to theoretical, if that is what you are trying to convey and happen to be a Sterling spec-o-lation passed-off-as-theory buff, may well be connected to CMKX by virtue of the definition of the terms.
While I find that such questions are just silly, perhaps I'm not enlightened enough to see the bizarre theory behind them.
Nor do I think the great guru Sterling's latest lame attempt to revive the bizarre 8-per-cent "theory" is anything other than silly.
Then again, I don't think D. Roger Glenn can walk on water or sits on the right-hand side of anyone of regulatory significance, let alone religious significance.
I hear that things have hit some sort of snag with respect to the dreams of USCA returning to its rightful exchange within hours thanks to the amazing D. Roger Glenn.
Apparently the latest PalTalk plan is to get the IRS and Homeland Security involved. I suspect that could take a day or two. Ha!
Good grief; it's probably a good thing that these Internuts spend most of their time plugged into PalTalk.
Donations to be in shares only.
Good grief; can you just imagine the conscience-wrestling over the possibility of donating "nekkid" shares?
lol, over at RB some are already comparing themselves to Job.
Well, perhaps some of the motley assortment of remarkably uninformed touts and starry-eyed naifs should dust off the Good Book and have a boo at Luke 6:39.
And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?
Actually Lee, its a misquote from the Bible
It isn't a misquote at all. I wasn't quoting the Bible, nor representing it as a quote from the Bible.
Interesting thought: if all the companies collapse, will they blame God?
Well, if the history of grossly overblown stock promotions with fanatical followings has taught us anything, above all else it is that many of the stuckholders will at least profess to be faithfully awaiting the Second Coming of this nascent megacorporation for years.
I recognize that, "A Tale of Two Cities"! I'm right, aren't I?
No, I do not think you are right.
As I recall, the memorable opening from that Dickens book is, "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times..."
And I'm finding the religious angle increasingly interesting.
Oh, yes; it is interesting.
However, even if it turns out to be more than a grossly overblown subpenny pink sheet stock promotion, I still don't think it would qualify as an affinity scam, notwithstanding all the Bible-thumping rhetoric of many of its touts and starry-eyed followers.
Time will tell.
Indeed it will.
Meanwhile, I don't think we need to await the fullness of time to recognize a grossly overblown subpenny pink sheet stock promotion trumpeted by a motley assortment of remarkably uninformed touts.
Please do not perpetuate unconfirmed and unsubstantiated information on the message boards, forums, blogs and even on PalTalk.
This from one of the most egregious unconfirmed and unsubstantiated rumour-mongers associated with this promotion.
USCA is under a gag order at this time as a result of the recent trading suspension imposed by the SEC.
Hogwash. There is no gag order.
a midnight PR, sure would do this ole lady(cmkx) some good
Well, what could they announce; Melvin's facial hair makeover?
The man looks...well, if not distinguished, then certainly goatee-ish.
Good job Melvin!!!
Would something like that work for you?
T'was my bible for many years....lol how sick is that.
I think I may have read a verse or two.
For some reason, it seems the phrase "black shiny FBI shoes" has been etched in my mind.
If there is a huge securities short-selling fraud perpetrated here by big crime syndicates this investigation will lead to it and finally expose it.
Absolutely.
And if pigs had wings...well, they'd be winged pigs.
And if I could talk with the animals...
Get serious.
Time only will tell but why do you think 40 odd Thousand people are attracted to this Stock.
Perhaps the answer is in your question.
Odd.
wow.. all i asked is if you could buy the stock if you were Jewish, in light of the christian slant of that website, and it got deleted
It was an interesting question.
I don't think the religious overtones or even permeation of this promotion have passed without notice among many of the so-called bashers.
I was, and remain, intrigued by it.
I asked one of my PalTalk sources whether she noticed any significant "exclusions" among that bunch. Frankly, I really wasn't thinking in terms of Jewish shareholders.
In any event, I was told that one of the PalTalk members was organizing kosher meals for the Las Vegas party.
She also mentioned that another Jewish PalTalk regular had expressed some concerns about the praying led by a pastor that went on in PalTalk. Apparently that did cause a bit of a flap, but in the end it was decided that he was a stand-up fellow whose views and beliefs were welcome.
So, I suppose the answer to your question is that Jews are certainly welcome among the cult-like faithful.
But don't worry .. the game is just now starting.
Gump, the game is all but over.
Good grief.
Here is another dandy that probably doesn't show on the peerless D. Roger Glenn's resume.
FSRC.
It closed at five cents today. It also announced a 1-for-7 stock split today.
SENQG
That symbol is incorrect. It should be SENGQ, Storage Engine Inc.
However, we're not debating Glenn's integrity either.
Well, I'm not anyway.
Notwithstanding what anyone might think of the Saskatchewan fishing adventure with an assortment of CMKX touts like guru Sterling and the heavy (no pun intended) Koch representation or the Ecuador junket with luminaries like Topo, the man may be a model of integrity.
He is still just a run-of-the-mill securities lawyer.
By the way, in spite of the fact that he was associated with all of them, I rather doubt that companies like this figure prominently in his resume:
BREK
PFOO
SENQG
VIAP
