Brophtron, you are correct, MP's is dealing now with Marley Coffee - the reason I said "re-involved" is because MP's put the money into JAMN when JAMN and Marley Coffee were together. You are saying MP lost they're 2.5 million USD, do you know that for fact? Did they sold their shares? Maybe there is some kind of deal between MP's and Marley Coffee that will allow MP's to somehow recuperate the 2.5 million invested earlier in JAMN. Like I said, it's very intriguing that last year we had 500 million shares traded in a single day plus we also had couple more days with 100+ million shares traded - I doubt that such high amount of shares were bought by individual investors...but again I have no other knowledge of "Who bought those shares?" Time will tell, for now, JAMN is just a shell with no product and no employees, but things can change rapidly for good, as they unfortunately changed for bad in the recent past. GLTA.
Interesting movements in JAMN with latest buy/sell activities. Last year they also had big time transactions (if I recall it correctly, one day even over 500 million shares traded). I checked 'the entire internet' and so far there are still no indications, direct or indirect, that JAMN is being re-linked with Marley Coffee. All the pertinent players (Brent Toevs, Anh Tran, Rohan Marley, ...) are not communicating - at least not publicly. The only common link is the Mother Parker's; a Canadian company that actually put some dollars into JAMN and now is roasting and packaging Marley Coffee - wonder what the incentive or deal got them re-involved ...
Please note that Jammin Java (JAMN) officially ceased to exist on March, 2nd 2018.
Jammin Java company doesn't exist anymore, no CEO, no employee(s), no product(s) - only the ghostly ticker JAMN is what still somehow exists. Do not waste your hard earned dollars on this non-existing business.
JAMN share price can literally explode on any news that the operations of this company are restored...there is so much accumulation that reaching penny or multiple pennies levels can happen in matter of hours, the most maybe couple days...GO JAMN
Yep, this will explode very soon...I would say before May. The total amount of JAMN shares traded is more than a billion in one year period. That tells me something is developing in this company as-we-speak. GO JAMN
Would be great if Marley Coffee a private non-publicly traded company buy/acquire the JAMN, for the amount that JAMN owes them (2.5 million). That would give them clean path to be public company with Rohan in charge. Just speculating at this time... but it makes sense, plus the ticker symbol is perfect for MJ induced coffee.
All, Please disregard the “sasha70” posts - account was/is hacked. The Administrators are informed and they should block the account.
I sincerely hope Mr. Chan is on top of the things - I do have some $$$ invested in ALRT and I didn't wanted in my post to be negative...I just Googled both companies (the ones involved with ALRT) and used their addresses. I was surprised to find out that IDEAS LLC has no business web site (hint: we are in 21st century). Let's hope that soon will get some good news and we will all be more content.
Aspire Cerebro "office" in Canada is actually someone's house. The one in Mumbai seems legit office space. The other company IDEAS DWC doesn't have even a web site - seems like someone's gig (hint: LLC).
I truly hope that Mr. Chan choose the right partners for ALRT promotion and awareness in overseas markets.
The shell - it’s worth around a billion... but only big players can acquire... like Starbucks for example.it happened before with Green Mountain.
Last year (2018) we had a period where the volume was in hundred of millions, if I recall correctly one day we had over 500,000,000 shares trading - not sure who got those shares and what's the intention, but seems that something is 'in-the-play' with this company (JAMN).
I see your point(s)...but, for the record: YRCW did not filled for Bankruptcy Protection. They did restructured the debt and they're still in process of re-organizing the company: from new trucks, new trailers, new technologies, getting rid of unused real estate, introducing flexibility for drivers (long haul and also short distances - cutting down on third party services)...so, this company is on the right track to become a modern and most important a profitable business. Some big investors noted that and they're buying now since it's a perfect entry point for them (big players like JP Morgan buying two million shares of less than 34 million YRCW outstanding shares).
You keep saying BK (or BK’s)... did we missed the bankruptcy!!? I am following YRCW for quite some time (since 2006) and I don’t recall any bankruptcies. Can you refresh my memory? When these BK’s happened? TIA
"Someone in the know will start buying"
That sounds like classic example of "insider trading" (hint: "Someone in the know" = someone that knows things that only insider knows).
I don't think that ALRT CEO will allow these kind of games to take place. If you look who owns majority of the shares in this company, coupled with CEO's personal capital ($$$) involvement, as well CEO (life) time spent in this company and his current age (68 yrs old)...I would really not expect anything shady regarding ALRT. Just my 2 cents...
Hmmm... NCR sells Jammin Java coffee. It even offers the free samples. Not quite sure who makes the Jamming Java product cause they claim ain’t JAMN (Jamming Java Corp.) Strange!!?
Disregard the “sasha70” posts - account is hacked. I informed administrators they blocked it for awhile...
I don't comment on rumors. GO JAMN
Rumor has it... he is still involved with JAMN. Rumor has it...comeback in the works. Rumor has it...big lenders want this to succeed...now, these may be just rumors.
JAMN!!? Coffee + CBD... anyone? Chris Plant making things come true!!?
Rumor has it...JAMN back in business.
Nice job, emsco. Your DD shows that this company is on a serious path to make us some serious money. I like the fact that CEO has his own money invested and that he is releasing PR’s only if there is a real need to inform the investors. I think that by the end of the year some significant deals will be concluded that will catapult ALRT into stratosphere.
Bravatek and it CEO are on the SEC radar.
The SEC may not move blazing fast but rest assure that they're moving and they're addressing everything that's on their radar.
Again, BVTK and Cellucci are on the SEC radar.
Next thing, for BVTK and it's honorable CEO, is to get a letter from SEC saying that they're under active investigation.
As of this past Monday the SEC has my complaint and inquiry for investigation of BVTK and it’s CEO. It may take some time but at the end the rule of law will catch with these scamsters. It took more than 2 years for SEC to investigate another complaint of mine for EVTI but the CEO is finally under FBI investigation and avoiding jail time, temporarily, on a 2 million bail.
Just look at the One Year Chart - seems that BVTK is ready for a permanent flat-line. Nothing is going on in this company regarding generating revenue, absolutely nothing. Entire past year was just selling 'stories' - classic carrot and stick - the carrot dried up, lost it color and started to stink...so, no new followers and the old ones got tired of Tom's stories. IMHO

Just be patient, I firmly believe the JAMN will be scooped by some of the many lawyers that are taking over the 'dead/inactive' companies/tickers. They're about to get a resolution to their complaint for $2.4 million owed to Marley's co. - if the resolution is positive the speed of 'hijacking' the ticker will be increased substantially, since the ticker is much 'cleaner'. I recently, made 800% gain with one of 'hijacked' ticker (TR?N) that I had in my collection for more than 2 years - needles to say, I was 90% in RED for the two year period and in two weeks after 'hijacking' I was up even 1200% and I sold once it started to retract for 800% gain.
JAMN is dead. The company simply doesn't exists anymore, the CEO gave up on it. What's left is JAMN ticker that can be hijacked in the future and used for avoiding IPO path (much more expensive) for another company. That's all - AMEN.
so, justlookin, seems that you didn't spoke with Christopher Plant, contrary of what you've been claiming.
JAMN is a dead, non-existent company - the shell will be 'hijacked' by some predatory lawyer in the future...it happened to so many OTC 'dormant (inactive)companies' before and should happen to JAMN too. IMHO
Hmmm...accumulation!!? I don't think so.
IMHO this ticker is now played simply as a speculation: buy couple millions on 0.0001 and sell them if you lucky at 0.0003 for 200% gain.
Nobody is accumulating JAMN shares. The CEO is MIA. Attempted to contact him at: @cpsells, chris@chrisplant.com and 303-332-4747
No response(s) whatsoever.
JAMN is dead and non-existent anymore. Chris Plant gave up on being CEO, per current SEC filing. Chris doesn't want to reply to any attempt to be contacted in regards to JAMN - not on twitter (@cpsells), not on email (chris@chrisplant.com), not on phone (303-332-4747) - the guy simply doesn't want to be involved with JAMN anymore.
Yep, dead as dead it can be...JAMN does not exist anymore. The shell itself can be worth couple hundred thousand dollars if someone wants it...it’s always an alternative (buying the shell) to the option of going public through an IPO.
Hmmmm... PR this coming week!!?
IMHO chances to see that are minuscule...I would put it this way:
It's more likely for Stormy D. to pay 20 million dollars to our President for breaching the silence contract, then to see a PR from JAMN this week or even this month and I will dare to say even this year (2018).
just my two cents - JAMN is dead and non-existent as of last SEC filing.
Yep, I agree- it’ll be shortly after North and South Korea reunite. Shortly after that JAMN will hit a penny PPS. GO JAMN long and strong...I mean decades long.
hey, justlookin - I am not calling you a liar, however I don't believe you that you spoke with Chris.
The previous CEO Brent was available on his cell phone and om twitter too.
Current CEO is not available - the cell number (first number that you mentioned) is going directly to an answering service, the fixed number (second number that you mentioned ) is the old Jammin Java office number and since the office doesn't exists anymore no one answers it.
I can tell you that there is at least one person that spoke with Chris, however he tricked Chris to call him back after leaving a message on Chris's cell phone regarding a real estate property that Chris was advertising.
So, nobody spoke with Chris after directly mentioning JAMN, that's why I doubt you.
Game on!!! There is greater chance of North Korea to become a democratic country in the next 12 months, than ‘Game on’ for JAMN. This company is non-existent as of last SEC filing. The CEO basically gave up on JAMN.
Brophtron, there is an old sayin' "You can bring a horse to the river, but you cannot force him to drink water"...it's evidently that justlookin want's to learn the hard way, so let him do it.
JAMN used to be a real company couple years ago, when Brent an Rohan were giving interviews on CNN, Bloomberg, on the floor of stock market...but that's now 'the past times' - I am almost certain that JAMN doesn't even exists anymore, the stuff that sells on Amazon is left over 'deals' that will eventually expire with the time.
The new CEO CP was not doing nothing with JAMN and the recent filing was a way of him saying 'I'm done, I'm not interested in this (JAMN)'.
IMHO.
Yeah, I kind of agree with your assessment. The company is dead, they don’t exist anymore, they stop SEC filing...however, couple individuals here are trying to mislead others into buying. They post old news from a year or more ago, they are glorifying the real estate guy that ‘on the paper’ is the CEO but didn’t do nothing for JAMN except filing the de-registration couple days ago. GLTA even to the ones trying to revive this cadaver of company.
I personally don't think that there is a substance anymore here with JAMN. The SEC filing was confirmation that JAMN is dead, that is ceased to exist anymore. There is no more anything 'to follow' ...I see that some individuals here are trying to make impressions that something is happening, but the reality is that this ticker is dead...that's all. Next week will be very quiet (post-mortem) and probably will sink back to 0.0001
I personally think that JAMN is done (toast). It was done long time ago when the Marley's decided to pull the plug from partnership. Yesterday's SEC filing was the last nail in the coffin for JAMN. Amen.
