JAMN has now (as of Jan. 3rd 2022) 20 billion Authorized Shares - sorry for bringing the bad news.
I sold my entire stake in ALRT, this past week. Made 33.89% profit, after holding for about 5 years. I am still keeping an eye on the ALRT and in case of any significant deep (under 0.035) will jump back in. The day I sold my shares, my trades accounted for 68% of entire daily transactions for ALRT, that tells a lot to anyone holding significant amount of shares.
We entered the second quarter of 2021...does anyone have any insights of ALRT activities? Singapore, Canada, UAE...anything!!? We've been patiently waiting for some time now.
I see your point WarMachine regarding Mother Parkers - but, what I find interesting is that Mother Parkers invested 2 million dollars in JAMN (about a year prior JAMN and Marley's parted away) and now they (MP) are doing business with Marley Coffee which makes me think that is some kind of reminiscent relation between these two entities in order to recuperate the 2 million invested in JAMN. If this hypothesis is true, then Marley Coffee still has some kind of vested interest in JAMN.Just my two cents.
Yeah, I am holding too - definitely not selling but would like more agility, better results, some revenue...it's taking way too long and other players are aggressively getting into this domain. Maybe our CEO is not capable to move the company to the next level. I know he is the CEO and he put tons of own money (and his wife too) into ALRT, but sometime is better to hire someone that can deliver than trying to do everything yourself. No word about how the Singapore 'deal' is evolving, no word about Canada progress (if any), the twitter account is stale, etc, etc,... very frustrating.
Not much interest shown in ALRT...I hope there's enough 'dough' to continue the operations.
JAMN (Jammin Java Corp.) was mentioned in this report from 12-24-2020

Couldn't find any official recent information regarding new developments at $JAMN. If anyone on this site has any information of concrete activities in this company (Jammin Java Corp.) please share. TIA
ALRT nice offer...existing shareholders can get shares for $0.05 up to the number of shares they currently hold.

Hi Brophtron, you were very active with JAMN in the past...do you know if any concrete actions are taking place with Jammin Java corp. or is this volume based on just pure speculation? TIA
Does anyone has concrete knowledge/information what's going on with JAMN? Is this hype caused by some developments with Jammin Java Corp. or it's pure speculation?
True. There's no doubt in my mind that some big pharma company will acquire ALRT. Question is how 'cheaply' they'll get it. Sadly, I have witnessed small companies with outstanding products being scooped by the 'big ones' for some miserable 'premiums' on top of their current PPS.
I alerted some big players about ALRT...once you see the volume over 10 million with chunks of 250,000 to 500,000 shares being bought you can just thank me (silently).
I just shared the yahoo finance link on twitter. I would expect @ALRT twitter account to have their news shared but it is not (at least not yet). We need to spread the word in order to get new investors. ALRT has potential....ahem, great potential.
Big players would get involved if the A/S would get significantly lower...when I say 'big players' I mean individuals that will purchase 5 million shares or more 'at once'. CEO should do his part and reduce the A/S (maybe even retire some common shares).
You should ask the CEO to start retiring some of the AS and bring that number significantly down. Maybe every quarter by 1 billion till it reaches 5 billion - that would have positive affect on the PPS and will encourage the big players to make investments in ALRT.
With current AS of 10b anyone who's looking at the stock is 'afraid' to get involved due to potential dilution.
ALRT looks very promising...just wonder if the CEO gets "an offer than he can't refuse" what will be the price tag!!? Any speculations from anyone?
@TheLastOneSitting: Is this called: dilution!!?
First CEO added 240 million shares to cover $12m of accumulated debt, now he is adding another 127.5 million shares to raise $6.4m.
Will the dilution make the PPS to go under $0.05?
With that kind of float ALRT can move dramatically upwards on any concrete signed deal that generates revenue or when actual revenue gets reported. Also, ALRT may be easily 'snatched' by some major pharma players; for them (big players) to acquire a small company with OS of 500 million and great product is a 'God's gift'.
Seems that the Unrestricted OS count went down significantly...as of October 13th is reported as 95 million. Does anyone knows if this is correct? I wonder how the rest of Unrestricted shares become all-of-a-sudden Restricted (which is actually positive for the stock, if it's correct and not mistakenly reported).
Due to the demand they will increase the AS to 100 billion from current 25.5 billion. That gives them plenty of shares to sell to these, so called 'investors' that are willing to give up their money.
Once the OS is very near to the AS they will do a reverse split at 1:100,000 instead of earlier planned 1:10,000. IMHO
hmmm...let me guess, you haven't been involved with BVTK? it did 1:10,000 reverse split and it continue sliding back into the trips territory.
PLYZ used to be a legit company up to a year ago - but, now is just a selling shares scam conducted by an international manipulator/criminal that enjoys your 'invested' money.
yep...wait till they do 1:10,000 reverse split and then you will hold your shares very long...I mean very very long time...ahem, forever
DiabetesSingapore is a charity organization. Based on the look of their web-site (looks like a static html web site that some computer enthusiast put together in early 1990) would say not much of donations are given to them. ALRT's MOU with them is an attempt of the CEO to show some kind of activities going on in these COVID times.

... Brent Toevs, JAMN's former CEO will still be associated with the company as he will work with new management by running its outside sales group.
--------------------------------------------
Chris Plant and Scott Johnson have joined the company and its board of directors. Their bios can be seen in the companys most recent 8K.
"I am honored to join Jammin Java Corp and I have great hopes and aspirations for the company's future. We fully understand the enormity of the task of turning this company around given everything. However, I believe that we have the tools and resources to give this company its best chances to its shareholders and debt holders. There are many things we still need to overcome, such as extremely heavy debt load, but I believe debt holders will want to give us a chance to make a business pivot in order to give them a chance of getting paid back in the future rather than getting very little to nothing. We believe in our connections and our ability to continue with the Jammin Java line with some of old management and enter into an exciting new area. Specifically, the new management team has decided to explore possibilities of using its coffee brand and entering into the legalized cannabis industry with coffee and coffee related products. We have hired a California based consulting company that will assist in exploring these possibilities. The Company will consult with legal experts in this area to ensure that all legalities are satisfied in each state the company conducts cannabis related business. Additionally, we have talked to investors about getting through the next few months, working with industry experts to transform the company and getting an additional infusion of capital," said Chris Plant the incoming CEO.

Have anyone got in touch with Brent or Chris or Scott, recently?
I don't want to bring negativity or to discriminate against anyone ... but have anyone on this board questioned "Why it takes so long to produce a revenue contract for ALRT?" Have anyone on this board questioned the 'length of existence' of this company, ALR Technologies? Does anyone knows the age of ALRT CEO?...no pun intended and no age discrimination either. Did any of you on this message board posting message regarding to ALRT asked themselves if the ALRT is just an illusion, someone's 'project' that lasted more than originally expected or it's real... by real I mean REAL competitive product of a real company/business that actually is intended to resolve an existing (health) problem or it just exists for the sake of existing? This "business" is around for long enough (Yes, talking decades) and it raises questions as the ones mentioned above, since the reality is cruel and indicates absolutely NO RESULTS after all of this time...
It may sound like a big number (120 million shares) but compared with a year ago it's just a fraction. Last year, on April 11, 12 and 13 almost one billion shares were traded (precisely 912,800,523) and still nothing happened with JAMN...unfortunately, this is still just a pure speculation ticker with no company and no product behind it.
You mentioned 'Updates' in your post...Are we suppose to see any updates? Or it's just your speculation? As far as we all know...JAMN doesn't exists anymore as a company...what's left over is a ticker symbol and more than 2.5 million dollars owed to Marley's...
I agree 100% ... ultimately that should happen. It's a nature of capitalism, the BIG players are acquiring the smaller ones. Wouldn't mind ALRT to get scooped by some BIG player for $5 a share. GLTA
I hope that CEO and his team are pushing hard for the product to hit the market - it’s coming to “now or never”. Big pharma is coming with their patented technologies... just look at Abott Laboratories and their solution for permanent monitoring of A1c levels without need of a daily ‘poking’ for a blood drop. Come on Mr. Chan, we need the deal(s) to happen... we need revenue and that will lead to profits.
Hi JoJo, can you specify the name of the company (CMVT)...I searched the net and I could not find the info regarding reaching $72 pps and then a split 3:1 and things you mentioned...I know this is an ALRT message board and we should post about ALRT, but I was intrigued with your post. Were you talking about Comverse!!?
