Yup , I should have listened to the nay Sayers and now have much respect for a few of them !

When the move starts more people will not sell same day they instead will sell some to get their investment back and ride the rest free .
This creates less stress and allows them to hold overnight and for longer term .

This will also help the Share Price move up once we EVER get started again ...

We will always have the 1 tick flippers tho .

The ONLY two things to worry about is dilution (is it over) and a R/S which I don't think FINRA would allow so soon after raising the A/S . They would have to cancel the A/S raise first . Do your own research on this .

Also don't buy this with money you can't afford to lose and you won't stress nearly as bad ...

Risk / Reward think about it before buying any stock .

Reward for me is higher than risk at this point ...

People buying for the day not willing to hold overnight and then sell at same price they purchased when they see it's not " the day " for it to move up .

Imo that's a large portion of the daily trading ...

I'm sure dilution has been a large part also just saying people don't hold overnight on something like this . Once it gets out of trips people will be holding for longer runs ....

Sucks but not blaming them ... it's the OTC where nothing is safe .

People loading up here ... Big moves coming imo but it does take some patience... I think it will make a move above $1 next week and continue up for a while .

Slow and steady is how we want this to move up but there will be jumps in Share Price from time to time .

Actually it would make sense to raise the A/S so the "friendly investor" doesn't have the chance of a hostile takeover by owning more than 51% .

Raise the A/S and there is no chance ...

A share buyback via "friendly investor(s)" would also allow for NO R/S and the company could then use the FI(s) for loans when needed ...

.0002 stacked ?! Lmao roughly $25k Bucks and it's gone .

My point is with all the dilution (which seems to have stopped last few trading sessions) in the hundreds of millions you would expect the ASK to be around 3-500 million at .0002 .

BUT it isn't which goes back to what I have been saying is that there must be a share buyback or "friendly investor" soaking up all these shares to sell much higher at a later date .

Only way we will truly know is via filling , PR or shareholder letter from company .

Again at $200 per million at this share price it is well worth the risk for me ...

Remember that QB status filing ? Yup, they wouldn't file that without some kind of a plan ....

And of course their is always the threat of a R/S but don't feel they will do that anytime soon, if at all . Especially if they do have a "friendly investor" or share buyback planned ... a friendly investor can be used as note holder but in a way he/she can sell at anytime which forces the company to want to keep the friendly investor happy by keeping the share price up . In turn the PR's and filings will be more forthcoming frequent ...

That's the mindset I'm talkin' about ! GXXM
