Here's an idea: let's say four or five years ago, the smartest, most tech savvy people on this board had the solar powered REDBIRD. And that each of us had outside jobs so we could each contribute to our company...as a start up. Like many, many startup companies begin. We hustled some sales...borrowed against those sales from a bank and produced more RedBirds. Here it is, five years later...where would our business be now? Making money....providing a much needed utility and growing. Or dead broke, no sales, no contracts and in debt. Couldn't do any worse than these clowns running CDNL.
Amigo, look-a here. It's January 5, 2017. Many of us haved been shareholders for at least four years. Some, such as you and I have been on this Hub board a few years also. We hold a stock valued at it's lowest. No financials...no announced and completed deals. The one deal it had - terminated. Some guy jetting here, there and everywhere, Trump-tweeting little to no information. This factual history gives you confidence? As Ricky Ricardo would ask his wife; " 'splain Lucy, 'cause I don't get it."
Make A Fuss....Duh...you're right about that. Nobody is coughing up $40mil to a company whose financials are nonexistent. Why do you think the Chinese pulled out? They recognized a good idea fronted by a bad management team.
Cameroon anybody? There are multinational travel warnings for westerners entiring this bandit flush, wild west anarchy. The government is broke, the people live on par with Bangledeshians. Internet cafes, the few there are, house the usual internet scammers offering millions in confiscated funds or hidden gold and jewels. For a small fee, of course. So this guy, CEO KJ McNobody, is gonna take his white self there to score a $40,000,000 contract? Yep, when pigs fly.
Happy holidays long sufferers. Question: Now that the inevitable Chinese funding is gone and all hopes seem to ride on a bankrupt, corrupt, scam filled country like Cameroon...like anyone in their right mind would believe the size of the contract would jump to $40 million...where is CDNL going to get the $$$$ to remain in business? More debt? Not paying rent and other bills? How does anyone from this company jet around to other continents. Sure the few hundred thou squeezed from Hangzhou paid some long term debts....but isn't this debt cycle about to begin all over again? Anyone's thoughts welcome.
Pardon the interruption in this long, useless argument. Haven't been here for awhile. But reading this new info about Aqua Saludable...using Cardinal Systems in Nigeria, Cameroon and Panama...when did this happen? Where's the money generated from these multiple systems? Wouldn't you think that Jones et. al would be crowing from the rooftops about these multiple sales instead of an ocassional vague tweet disregarding these successes? CrrokedNeck, Make A Fuss, 777...you guys seem to be at the forefront of CDNL DD, please elaborate...thanks
Silly..my Bad law firn in Pennsylvania is Duane Morris. I think I had just gone to the Duane Reade pharmacy so it was on my mind. Sorry
ETRAIN...I'm not makikng them fail...the executives are 100% in control. If there is failure it is not because we pursue the facts in the face of the vacuum created by the proprietors of the company. After all, it is us who gave them our money, not the other way around. We have a right to know what's really going on. Sticking our cumuilative heads in the sand and hoping for the best just isn't logical.
My last conversation with Cohen...yesterday, he took more notes about Hangzhou, Cameroon, Arizona services and told me he was passing this and previous info along to enforcement. And that everything is in their files. They're aware of delinquent filings, that's for sure.
CrookedNeck...cool, that's the right thing to do...all you have to do is leave him a message, stating you'd like to file a complaint about CDNL and he will call you back. He's returned my calls, no reason he won't return yours.
Make A Fuss...you seem to find everything communicated from a fellow investor hard to believe, yet you believe CEO factless tweets as he hides to protect himself. I'm on your side here, amigo. Jones is obfuscating reality, Jones is throwing vague crumbs out there. No Financials, no contracts no 8Ks, 10Ks 10Qs. C'mon man. I want to make my investment profitabe, same as you. If you don't like or want to believe what I have spent time finding out, then don't read my posts. Let's get on the same page or move on.
Th...A direct phone conversation with the person doing CDNL's financials.
No Duke. The law firm, Duane Reade, handling the First America Bank debt/loan did not tell me about whether CDNL received the $1.16 million. All they said was CDNL settled with them on the debt to the bank.
The fellow handling the updating of financials...from Padgett Accounting Services told me that the Chinese did not release the monies, but are controlling it in an escrow account. They gave them some monies, to pay off some debts, but are doleing it out like you might give your child an allowance. Clear?
The bank was paid. They settled. The attorney told me and I posted it here a while back. Pay attention.
Duke, Duke, Duke. Court records- proceedings and judgements are all public record. Unlike many hope-and-a-prayer participants on this message board, I make calls, track down information and speak directly to the sources. They tell me what they can and also tell me what they cannot share. I spoke to the attorney handling that case at that law firm several times, dating back to before the settlement. With a little effort you can do the same things I have done. I like knowing all I can about where my investment monies go.
PS Duke...there is no insider trading...these are government and private legal and financial entities simply reporting the state of affairs involved with this company.
None of those mentioned have anything to hide. And none asked me to not reveal who they are. There is no liability in truth or fact.
$1700 is more than the entire worth of CDNL. Lend them some money if you believe so much in this incompetent group.
No volume? The last transaction was 200,000 shares...
Hey gang! I went to Bed bath and Beyond and cut a deal. They'll be shipping 1.5 million Britas to Hangzhou...clean water for ewverybody. Err, and I sent one to KJ's office too. Unfortunately it came back as Undeliverable, address Unknown. BTW...share price...0.0047...circling the drain.
Silly...I've spoken to him twice...apparantly your "snooping" has failed you.
READ MY EARLIER POST. DAVID COHEN ATTORNEY. DELINQUENT FILINGS DIVISION JUST CALL NUMBER FOR SEC and follow instructions for filing a delinquency complaint. A live person will ask your name, what you are calling about and then connect you to him or someone else in the dept.
SEC- This how it works. Dial the SEC 1-800 732 0330 wait until the subject filing a complaint. press that number Delinquency filings...a LIVE person asks your name and what you are calling about. You are then transferred to an SEC attorney. Mine was a man named David Cohen. I have a record on file regarding my discussion with him. If anyone calls, lodges a complaint about delinquent company filings 8K, 10K 10Q etc. you will get to speak directly to an SEC attorney. Last I spoke with David Cohen, he told me exactly what I had previously posted on here to you all. Try it if it's important to you.
Make A Fuss...neither I or the S.E.C. said it would be immediate. What he said was "We are aware of Cardinal Resources delinquency and they are on our watch list. We will take actionif thyey do not file soon" That's all. Nothing more.
To be honest camel, I haven't heard anything about the relationship between Mr Jones and the Chinese. I do know this, having breached their agreement to release at least $1.16 million of the first half of the monies. If Cardinal can finalize and implement a pay schedule either directly with Cameroon (doubtful, since they can't afford $40mil) or through IMF or EXIM, they can tell the JV partners to take a hike. Sure give them back what little of the $1.16 theyh were paid, then move on. What are the Chinese going to do? Sue? They already breached the intial contract.
yes gitreal, that is exactly what I am saying; the funds went into escrow. Some funds were given to Cardinal with which they paid some debts...other debts still outstanding, and the remainder of the initial $1.16 million remains in escrow under the control of the JV chinese partners.
Numbers don't lie. As today's low bid of 0.0048 reflects growing lack of confidence in this company. gitreal, copterdoc and camelsaremything thanks for keeping it real. As I stated before: there is no audit underway, the interim CFO, who is not on staff, but being paid a fee and hourly is plowing his way through a laundry list of back financials to get up to date. When Kevin Jones mentioned the Chinese money is in escrow. That's correct; but it is in control of the Hangzhou people, not Cardinal Resources. This is an ongoing, unresolved dispute.
Obviously borrowing a few K from a long time shareholder to write something we've yet to see, reflects the stringency CDNL must exercise to survive day to day.
Like the rest of you, I hope the money dispute is settled, debts are repaid, large contracts like Cameroon can be implemented and everyone profits. Until then CEO Jones is not communicating what is really happening and the SEC is moving ever closer to pulling their registration. I spoke with an SEC agent, so that is a fact. Believe or don't believe. Your choice
CrookedNeck I chose not to reveal the name of my source, that person did not ask ask me to do so. I don't betray confidences. If he/or she chooses to go public, that is their right and their choice not mine.
But let's look at it this way. It's Friday afternoon, November 4 2016. There hasn't been anything more than vague tweets for over a year. Our pps is circling the drain at 0.0065 with low volume. And yet you continue to level criticism at me and others based on nothing but your personal beliefs. Nobody likes to lose money on an investment, but you seem to posture on higher ground than anyhone else; I've actually made the calls, spoken to the right people and am generous enough to share it. What substantive actions have you taken to learn the truth and facts?
Make A Fuss. Since the FAB lawyer told me what they paid, I take that as fact. Please share facts that show $950k was paid. Has anything been published, a breakdown of who was paid and how much? Maybe I missed that info.
Look-a here Power...you may believe what you wish. My information and what camel has written, is true and from reliable sources. I have no reason to make anything up that would have the effect of driving our shares even lower. Other than your visceral reaction to what we offered others on this board, you have no factual basis to say it's B.S.
The lawyer representing First National Bank told me, they got paid, and that case with CDNL was settled and closed. She did not tell me, nor would she have any knowledge of whether CDNL received the full $1.16 mil. Perhaps I assumed at that time, since the bank got paid, CDNL received it all. In fact, if you look at Yahoo Finance it is published that CDNL received $1.16 million tranche. Well, they did not. Shoud have. Didn't. My bad if, in my enthusiasm for our investment's success, I wrote what I BELIEVED AT THE TIME to be true.
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette...last Monday's edition. Very interesting. Amongst other debts, $328,000 owed to EAST CARSON ST., PITTSBURGH landlord when Jones et. al defaulted on six plus months of rent. Law suit underway. Check it out.
Crookedneck: May I ask what DD you have done to establish the facts about this company; other than what KJ tells us in his tweets and occassional updates?
To be fair, I called the attorney handling the FAB bank case and found out that was settled. And I posted that information right here.
Has anyone contacted the Chinese company of their JV to see what's going on with the contract? Has anyone contacted the project in Arizona? How about the appropriate government agencies for the Cameroon project.
I wrote to Hangzhou Valley Water...waiting for a reply. Nothing KJ wrote in yesterday's update is verifiable.
And by the way, I've called CDNL headquarters numerous times...all seven employee extensions. Never once did anyone pick up with phone or return a phone call. Not once...over three months.
Lastly do you or anyone else have verifiable evidence that any RedBird or any CARDINAL water system has been delivered and current in use anywhere in the world?
Not looking for an argument with you or anyone else on this board...just trying to find verifiable information. That's part of my DD.
Camel....they hired a CFO. Asaab can release an 8K on any and all material events ( Cameroon $28mil, contract completed yet never stated it was signed). 4 day SEC reg. to file on any material announcement/event.
Other staff; if you call CDNL phone there are seven names with extensions listed) who can release info about REDBirds sold (China, Hangzhou bought two didn't they?
And what of the milestones established in order to receive another piece of the $2.65 mil...first half of the $7.5.
Additionally what of the JV partners intended selling and distributing water systems throughout China and Asia. Certanly even for the $1.1 Mil they gave, wouldn't they be motivated to sell and profit?
This guy is talking in circles, Camel, yet any criticism of him by me you are anyone else seems to result in a smack down from this board.
My bad it was Penny Killer #22713
Jerry32...scroll down. What about my other questions? Nobody else can fulfill informational and fiduciary responsibilities required of a publicly traded company?
A simple question for you TRUE Believers...KJ returns to the US. Now, finally we all anticipate filings, info on the "completed" Cameroon contract and info about the "audit". Instead, CEO Jones tweets he's going to Death Valley for a month where Internet/cell phone availability is terrible. There are at least six others working at CDNL, including the new CFO. Are they all going to the desert? Nobody else but Jones can do anything? Is this adding up to a situation supportable for sucess?
So, Jerry are you going to tell us what he said?
Sorry...double posted.
Putting aside this endless debate about 8Ks, financials, where Kevin Jones is or isn't and his twitter this and twitter that...
Does anyone here have any knowledge or proof that even one single RedBird system has been delivered and is providing the 50,000 gallons of cleaned water per day to some needy villgae, town or any location anywhere in the world? Especially since May when CDNL received the $1.1 million? Not criticizing, just asking
