This will never goto 0.50 like TIPV, but it can go to 0.78-0.80 as the lowest point.
I think it is safe to start adding little by little from 1.10 and gradually increase if it goes further down.
I will repeat again, it has to go back to 1.10 before it goes above 1.60.
Infact, now I have a gut feeling, it might even go to 0.80 to 1.00 as some else had pointed.
As I said earlier, this is going to test 1.10 support before it goes back up at some point.
Today's news was another attempt to off load warrants that have matured.
This is going back to 1.10 in by tomorrow and may be 0.8 to 1.0 by end of this week.
I don't thin it will go any lower than that.
NRTI can never sell their product as dietary supplement as they are banned by FDA
http://www.naturalproductsinsider.com/blogs/supplement-law/2015/05/fda-products-containing-cbd-cannot-be-sold-as-die.aspx
This is true for any penny stock, if there are not catalyst, they don't hold gains, but rather they test the support.
IMO this will test the 1.10 support again before it moves up for good, it could be early next week, most likely on monday.
If it jumps back up, it will test the resistance at 1.35. If it goes past that with big volume, then the next resistance is 1.60.
This will repeat itself until the new catalyst or news bumps it beyond 1.60.
VPOR is still in business. It did worry me that there were practically no updates on social media until now
https://www.facebook.com/TotalVaporOfficial?fref=ts
It is true to some extent, even in the news about canadian companies, along side of TRTC , VPOR did get mentioned
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/nutritional-high-building-multi-state-120000761.html
Anything is possible, the way, they decided to postpone R/S and lock their preferred shares till end of December. They can always decide to extend it by 6 more months. A lot can change for this sector between now and December which can force them to reconsider their decisions.
http://time.com/3987552/dea-marijuana-heroin/
This will go back to 0.95 before it goes back up
Increase their position, you mean AS or OS?
TRTC is going to internal buy and sell between their entities in NV and CA to circumvent the Non profit scenario. Just as someone mentioned earlier. There are loop holes in the law that can be exploited to provide benefit to the company and its shareholders.
This is at the same stage where PRAN (Prana Biotech) was when it had its drug for Phase 2 clinical trial. It was compared with it and that is still at 60 mcap. This one is already above 100 mcap now. I think this will go back to 70-80 mcap every soon.
Tomorrow, this goes up early morning as shorts try to cover. If it remains green after power hour, it will continue its uptrend and will soon cross 0.20 and into 0.25 when the results are announced.
Found a link that bans companies from advtg cbd and hemp products

Terrasphere is the same company from where Nicky B came and is the original inventor. It was suppose to be a good system, but both Nick and Mike blew the whole thing and were not able to make any sale out of it.
Even today its not being used anywhere.
The POC that Mike did and was trying to sell Biocube has not worked so far.
http://www.affinorgrowers.com/en/investors/news-releases/affinor-nominates-global-vertical-farming-leader--nick-brusatore-to-executive-chairman-of-the-board-of-directors
I think Abattis should sell Biocube division and its rights and just focus on Biocell and Licenses.
There is also a possibility of not unlocking Preferred stock.
The RS if at all done could be also for uplisting. One of the member had earlier mentioned that cleaning the books is also to ensure they are in compliance and can get up-listed.

Do you know the article date. As per it, 6 new flavours were to get introduced for ViPova
Its a good thing to get "Thumbs Up" from food chick.
Any food critic or any person using it for Pain need to start posting their experience and provide reviews in the social media. That will help create branding.
Please count me in if you are able to get the lawsuit going. I have lost more than 95% on this POS.
Mike Withrow and Jennifer Pham are related and Jennifer Pham has been dumping all the shares.
If anyone is willing to join, we can file a class action suit against Mike Withrow
I do share the same concern as you. It is difficult to PR or market and explain why ViPova tea and not Bhang chocolate or TRTC- IVXX wax or NRTI's NuLief or ETST's CBD product or GBLX's CBD capsules etc.
Each product out there, some in form of dry plant, some to be used with vaporizers, some as wax, some as oil and some in other forms of edibles is available.
How does ViPova tea compare with them and how do we make a leyman realize the potential of using ViPova products and not other products.
There are different strains to available, and I believe ViPova is using a specific one for consistency, so either people like it to have it in form of tea or not.
Selling/Marketing is going to a big challenge for Lexaria more than product development.
I just hope Chris is readying this board and is able to get his A team to work on Marketing and Branding strategy.
Just told I spoke to a gentlemen who has prostate cancer and is undergoing Chemo. I sold him the idea of getting ViPova tea to give him relief from the Chemo pain. He is going to try it since I explained him how different LXRP product is from other CBD product available in the market.
I think reaching out to workgroups/user groups that are potential candidates for using Medical marijuana with a tea party etc. is the best way to engage them and make direct sales.
We all need to ensure we make this as famous as any other brand that is available in the market.
Check out TRTC's IVXX, it has become a house hold name in California and is now available in 26+ dispensary in span of 6 months.
It is very important for Chris and his marketing team to PR why LXRP and not other products.
I am not completely in agreement with you. Your statement was correct for Mike Withrow who screwed us all big time and is the main reason why Abattis is in the position it is in.
However, things have changed and the new board including CFO/COO Rene David has a plan in place to pull it off from this mess.
Hemp Water is the 1st product. They have other 4 products ready to be launched and are getting ready to be launched next.
Look at Lexaria corp (LXRP) or ENRT, they too had to forgave their pending license which I believe was even ahead of Abattis in the licensing stage and venture into ViPova Tea and V-Love lubricant business.
They too are doing everything possible to increase their own shareholder value. So is Abattis.
The main difference though is that Abattis has many revenue streams identified, although none has materialized in a big way, but they all have potential.
Biocell - 10 NPNs (in batches of 5 and 5) to be launched in coming 2 yrs.
3 license application including a CSL lab.
Vertical design grow systems
Biocubes
Extraction, Flash freeze , NO2 technology. Not sure how they all get used and applied, but they do have those IP.
Most of the companies in MMJ space has already diluted and have taken convertible debts to raise financing. Abattis is sensitive to shareholder interest and has gone the PP route.
I am not taking their side, but I think the new management and board is much more sensitive to existing long term shareholders and will do their best to pull it from this mess. Its not going to happen overnight, but I think this time next year, the price will be atleast 30-40 cents with revenue from 3 product of about 2-3 mil.
Chris has pointed it out right. FDA has sent warning letters and there are many products in the market with miniscule or no content of CBD as claimed in their advtg.
http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/PublicHealthFocus/ucm435591.htm
I think Lexaria has a advantage here if they can prove the % of CBD they claim to be in their product is actually there and its bioavailability is even higher than any of the other edibles available in this space.
Looks like we may have a WINNER here.
Anything is possible. If the patent comes through and a company like GWPH or some other Pharma wants to utilize the same methodology of delivery CBD's , guess what, LXRP will get to $100 too.
Do we know if the "Hemp/CBD" delivery method for the so called Hemp water is using liposome delivery method?
Not sure why they have choose No 4 product in their presentation as their first product launch instead of Comfort/Soothe etc. they have.
I am sure there has to be some rationale, may be in terms of COGS v/s Revenue potential etc.
I just hope this management does not make more mistakes as the earlier one as this is probably their last chance to pull this up from the bottom.
I don't think they will get another round of PP if they screw this one up.
It depends on whether they dilute and acquire or partner and merge. You are right, we are on the naughty list, thanks for ex-CEO.
But I think the current management has good plan in place.
Liposome delivery, is it not same as LXRP's lipid delivery?
Mike Withrow has messed up perception of ATTBF as a pump and dump and had himself been dumping all his shares. He pretty much followed Nick B from RSSFF and both are equally responsible for the setback Abattis is in.
The last I know that the litigation with Bhang Chocolate has gone into "Arbitration", but it has been more than 3 months since then and there has been no updates.
This company had good future if they didn't have fallout with Bhang Chocolate. I am not sure if any of their other investments or companies who's logo's are shown on Ihub are really part of their investment portfolio.
Am waiting some updates or PR from CEO about its investments and future prospects and litigation with Bhang.
History is going to repeat itself, wait until next year, and mark this post.
Bonus is very reasonable compared to last year.
It is just $48500/- at 0.10.
I think those are the perks of working for a startup.
From past two months Attbf has been holding tight between 0.5 and 0.10 range, if it had to go to subpenny, it would have already done that.
Infact unlike other stocks which have taken convertible debt to the tune of 2-3 mil (look at vpor, srna, trtc etc.) attbf has not taken any such debt yet.
they intend to preserve the share holder value and that's why doing private placement whose price is locked in at 5c and 9c(warrants). So it is no way going to sub-penny as you wish.
there are many people stuck and are more than 90% down on this one, they care a less to sell this low and rather be patient and lock them for a year so that it recovers back to levels of 0.40 to 0.50 cents and then rides back to $2-$3 around elections time next year.
their share structure is still much better than many who have diluted the hack out of existing shareholders.
It is all fault of prior management and the shareholders(bag holders) that gave into the hype and bought in again.
When Attbf got listed to QX, the stock surged to 0.75 and that proved the company was a lot more transparent and probably the only one which is in QX of all the mmj companies trading in OTC.
Investors like me got lured into putting more money into company which proved it was more up to date in filings and more transparent.
Guess what, the Nick and Mike withrow had ego issues and eventually they both dumped their shares on us. The company is no where now.
However, they got together and are trying to be cash flow positive. They even settled the lawsuits, they are going step by step and clearing up the mess brought on existing shareholders by ex-management.
Lets say it that this is their only chance, otherwise they will end up selling license just like (ENRT/LXRP) or selling one their IP or part of their company to sustain until they are able to get their revenue cash flow +ve.
I don't think you have much choice but wait it out as the rules around edibles have just started changing in Canada and also in US.
Infact the senate appropriations bill for CBD across US can get approved by Nov/Dec. That will open up lot many more opportunities.
I am not defending the actions of Abattis ex-management which screwed us big time, I am just asking to have more patience.
Even today it has just 81 mil O/S much less compared to the likes of TRTC, ENRT ,SRNA etc.
http://www.drugpolicy.org/news/2015/07/senate-appropriations-committee-allows-marijuana-legalization-move-forward-nations-capi
From my DD, they want to hit the ground running and that's why they are going to stagger their product launches of their NPN's such that each can generate +ve revenue and support the other product launches.
I think this is a good move. They have Phythalabs which is already generating revenue, even though not substantial, it is being used for R&D of their other products when CBD from marijuana becomes legal this year.
This stock as very low float. As per Chris, the results of Bioavailability test are due anytime now. If positive or if Amazon allows them to sell tea bags or any new product launch news, this will go back to 0.40 to 0.50.
Cannabidiol made from industrial hemp is legal to purchase and consume in any state. However, if you obtain Cannabidiol from medical marijuana, you must be located in a state in which medical marijuana has been legalized.
