When do you think we will close
Dr Seonkee Kim worked at Libest in south Korea if it's the same guy look at their linkden
I agree , it looked like a lot of companies sales at that time . I do think the Dr. Kim with Core Optics is running things at the company very well , Coretec looked at everything they do all their financials and merged with them , they of course have seen their current overall situation now and im betting that things are run better now than they were before Core Optics acquired isMedias product line . Im looking forward to this new combined company operations and WITH REVENUE ! It should make it a lot easier to Government funds as well for technology development wherever that is needed .
Matt Kappers did say Core Optics has a strong ERP system support and run a tight operation and did say they have good profit margins
ERP FINANCE: WHAT IS IT?
An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an integrated solution for managing all the resources of a company: material, human, financial and logistical resources. It can be used by any company (small, medium, or large) that wishes to improve the efficiency of its operations and reduce its costs. ERP software is both a financial and accounting solution that must be adapted to each company.
When looking at the finance module within an ERP you will see that it is integrated in a way that combines all of a company's operational functions (purchasing, sales, inventory, billing, payment, purchasing, etc.) with its financial data (cash management, balance sheet, etc.).
Managing the finances of a company is an important step toward the growth of a company. ERP Finance management software helps companies to better manage their financial health by making all the processes related to financial management easier.

yes i was posting in wrong but thanks ..so CRTG has at least that kind of revenue through this merger where should CRTG stock be trading ?? They traded from 18 dollars maybe more, down to 2 dollars right before they dropped off the Korean exchange but acually had good revenue for them in all of 2022 like 50 billion WON or 37 million US dollars They traded at 18 dollars in 2021 when they had 44 billion revenue in WON currency or 33 million US currency ...I really like the company and its products and people . I like the idea of being part of a company out of South Korea they are very successful in technology and they , WE , are now doing business in Korea and China i like the move here . And now working to bring more of their business to the US and became public again which they are through The Coretec Group merger and work their way back to a bigger exchange like isMedia Co Ltd was on in Korea . Anticipating the close of this merger and more info on what Core Optics revenue has been and projected to be after the Close of this deal im sure they will share more info with us and can then give guidance and talk about their purchase orders and revenue coming from that. Im NOT worried about the stock right now i dont judge this merger by the trading today or yesturday or next week . Getting to close of this merger and go from there
isMedia Co Ltd , from whom Core Optics did purchased their product line last year , promotional video about isMedia and what they do . Of coarse it is now going to officially part of the Coretec Group , CRTG , who merged with Core Optics . Looking for the close of that deal . Matt Kappers said in the call thursday that they now just had to do some due diligence with the SEC to finalize and close on that merger agreement.

Typo i some posts i was calling Korean currency KRX , thats the old isMedia Co Ltd stock symbol , Korean currency is WON . I do want to know why KRX isMedia Co Ltd dropped from about 22,000 WON or 16.50 US dollars were it traded on teus May 21 2021 to 2,700 WON or US 2.00 range on Friday March 18th 2022
https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/ISMEDIA-CO-LTD-120974011/graphics/. as you can see from the chart there was a gradual drop in price . That may not interest most but it does seem from the financials that in 2022 isMedia Co Ltd had 50 billion in revenue , in WON Korean money which is about 37 million US money and that seemed to be a decent year for them . In April of 2019 they traded about 6000 WON at high or 4.50 US money and that year they had 67 billion WON korean money or 50 million in US money . in They had revenue of 78 billion WON in 2018 58 million US , 67 billion WON in 2019 50 million US money , 21 billion WON in 2020 15 million US money ( pandemic year ) and 44 billion WON in 2021 or 33 million US dollars and 50 billion WON currency or 37 million US currency . The stock traded during that time from 5000 WON 2017 or 3 bucs to a high as far as i can find about 18 bucs or 24,600 WON 2021 , maybe more according to one chart to a low of 2,700 WON or 2.03 US in march of 2022 . I can see the pandemic probably effected the business at some point . Anyway play with the chart and look at revenue quarterly and yearly yourself and see what you think about the future revenue and stock price . Pandemic is over , production should be good , technology is advancing so it will be very interested to see what Core Optics sales / revenue has been and will be for our new combined company . Let me know what you think .
More of isMedia Co Ltd financials . 50 billion revenue im sure stock symbol KRW Korean currency is WON or 37 million US dollars . If you scroll down you can see that Randi Zuckerburg is listed as a non Executive Director . https://www.barrons.com/market-data/stocks/181340/company-people?countrycode=kr&mod=quotes#subnav Mark Zuckerburg has a sister by that name and as we know Meta has been working in some capacity with Core Optics as they pointed out in the call thursday. isMedia Co Ltd did an IPO 7-26-2017 looks like they came out at 3.00 US or 5000 WON Korean mony on the marketscreener chart i posted here . I did see one chart showed they traded as high as 43,000 WONis korean currency or 32.37 dollars but im not finding that one but heres a chart https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/ISMEDIA-CO-LTD-120974011/graphics/. and you can see they traded as high as 22,000 KRW range or about 17.00 dollars US currency in may of 2021 You can see they ended up at 2,705 korean WON march 21 2022 or about $ 2.03 US money .Put your curser on the chart and scoll and you can back the chart up to the whatever date you want .
.That was the last date i can find that they traded so perhaps they when private until Dr Kim purchased their line of products and merged with CRTG .Why their stock dropped i havnt found that yet but in 2022 it shows they had 50 billion in revenue /sales or 37 million in US dollars if indeed the figures posted here are in Korean WON money .That seems to make since . Scroll down and look at sales for 2022. You can look around at numerous sites that list thier financials during the time they were public they all say the same thing . In the news release it said Core Optics had 30 plus patents but in the call i remember them saying they had 90 patents ?? Dr Kim must have had a good business before Core Optics purchased isMedia CoLtd ..So what were his business ventures that made him money and who are his financial associates that put the money together to do all this. How much was he worth . He says he wants to build a mega battery factory and that requires a lot of cash and financing . I think his battery testing patents might have good value . In time we will learn more .

Testpilot had posted that there shares were locked up for one year ..Have to check though
looking at isMedia Co Ltd sales / revenue you can check it out at this link . It is consistent with other sites that list their financials . isMedia did an IPO in 2017 and seemed to quit trading March 23 2022 and traded at 2,705 KRW or 2.03 cents US currency . They traded as high as 43,050 KRW in 2021 or 32.37 US currency and were at 24,600 KRW or 18.07 US dollars in 2021 at one point . Not sure why they dropped to 2,705 March 23 2022 before they quit trading .. Revenue you will see was 50 billion KRW in 2022 or 37 million US dollars and 78 billion KRW currency or 58 million US dollars in 2018. Whatever site you look at their financials calculate the KRW money to dollars US . On this site you can change it to quarterly or annual. You can even look at stock prices below just put in the year you want . It does show 2023 sales / revenue . I wonder if they moved to a different market because on the charts they just stop in march of 2022 or went private ?? I did notice at one point news releases that they partnered with Remark Holdings and Greenbox about NFT platforms in 2021 . Look at other sites and compare but they seemed to say the same thing about their earnings . We will find out from the company soon enough when they close on this deal what they have under the new company since Core Optics just purchased this line of products last year . Coretec did say their profit margins were good in the press release
Profile of isMedia Co LTD from this site .... sounds like what Core Optics purchased but not sure how accurate the sales / revenues are now

Armistice had 23 million shares up front then 50 plus million pre funded warrants which I believe they might be getting closer to almost be out of based on big column and again that's it until we go to 7.99 cents and with restrictions can get 82 million shares but only 4.99 percent of OS at a time . It's all in crtgs SEC filings 10 ks 10 qs etc
My opinion is still that according to SEC filings and agreements with Coretec Armistice still has had millions of shares 13 million left on hand as far as I could see last Feb14 2023 and got 12.5 mil may 2023. It's all out there.they started with Like 50 million pre funded warrants and I think there the big seller. They have 82 million warrants at 7.99 cents or above they can exercise rights to with restrictions. They have to be close to selling their pre funded warrants. For we've traded 20 million plus shares recently. We hit 5 cents a while back and we ended up at 1 cent then it went back up and then hit 1 penny again last week . I don't see insides selling million of shares at st time we see big orders going through quickly . I like this deal I trust management just look at isMedia revenue before when they were public I just wonder how much of that was CCM sales and the rest had to be from much bigger holding other tech they had cuz they had 56 billion in sales did i see that right from the market watch post I did with that companies financials . No worries here

heres some news reports on isMedia Co Ltd
When isMedia was public until March of 2022 they must have a alot more assetts and technology products than now because the Market Watch page shows their revenue in the billions It shows a chart from 2017 to march 2022 they must have gone private then ?? Could they have sold off a lot of other product lines and Core Optics bought their last line of products , the CCM product line ?? perhaps Would like to see what the CCM product line revenue was in 2021 time frame when they were public but they were in Korea and filings may not be accesable like you can look up US companies old filings .

Gunny your opinion ...when you look at the isMedia web site under products it seems all of those products are now listed at Core Optics web site . https://www.ismedia.com/en/
https://www.coreoptics.us/
At this Wall Stret Journal site they have an overviews of the isMedia company and they have a web site link to the isMedia web site but it looks like their revenue was really good , couldnt be the same ??

All for you Kingfisher4 and that goes to all shareholders i hope this turns around for you it has potential to do well we re all in the same boat
According to the call Core Optics was born last year to acquired the CCM product ( testing ) line from isMedia a company out of South Korea https://www.ismedia.com/en/ they didnt buy the whole company for it looks to be a huge publically traded company so i wonder if you ( anyone ) can find the CCM product line revenue they brought in from that line ?? I saw a Wall Street Journal site that listed them and their revenue earnings etc .. Need to see if they have a quarterly report out there .
https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/kr/xkrx/181340 does looks like the same company Core Optics purchased the CCM line from ?? What do you think ??
When did Core Optics acquire isMedia ??
https://www.ismedia.com/en/m11.php
In the presentation today they said Core Optics purchased the compact camera module , CCM , product line from isMedia ...heres their web site this company has revenue and will find out when at close of this deal ..im a long term no pumpin no dumping here . i was in 3dicon from 1999 to 2006-07 time frame got out and bak in around 2014 and my stock went to .0002 ouch but i kept buying stock for the last 9 years still waiting patiently still believeing good comes to all shareholders anyone who has a positive sttitude is always considered a pumper and dumper ..not me have a good day also this web site is nice i wish core optics would have the look this one does same products moved to core optics site
https://www.ismedia.com/en/m11.php
im looking through all my posts because i do not believe i ever promised the value of the stock to go to a dollar i dont pump stocks to dump and the dumping you see is someone who wants to seel their stock even if its at the bid or below the ask because thats what they choose to do ..
I did state this :
Somewhat related but unrelated to CRTG but Matt Kappers joined Amlitech on the board on Jan 25 2021 just after Amplitech got listed on the nasdaq on Jan 8, I believe .. Amplitech revenue in 2023 was only 20 million and they trade today at $ 1.96 ...So I believe Coretec can make more off their silicon anode tech if they get a deal with Ford and others such as battery manufacturers... Matt Kappers has some great experience with many companies and I think he today is getting us hooked up with the right companies to get to that first revenue and maybe even a nasdaq listing one day but I think we could see CRTG over a dollar for sure with the right partnerships !!!..The best is yet to come...
I still think im right about going to a dollar one day and Coretec did get a deal with a company with revenue we just dont know how much yet but i still believe this comapny could go to a dollar since the right partnership has been done in the form of a merger
You might let me know where i said it would go to dollar land after the anouncement . My opinion has been all along that Armistice who has millions of pre funded warrants could accually keep the price down if they sell shares . I do believe that a 500 Wh/Kg battery that charges to 80 % in 6 min as Coretec has stated and is a drop in portable technology would have great value . I will wait for you to post the post that i said that CRTG would go to a dollar at the announcement of the Corporate development news which came out last week .It would have to be word for word .. I accually stated that i believed we could be seeing a merger since the company had stated a while back that they had candates on a list but didnt find any to give them the value they wanted at that time .. But it looks like they have found the value they wanted out of this merger with Core Optics .. Time will tell what their financials look like as the deal closes soon enough .
You state i said exactly these words ... " You were plainly stating a while back that based on the great information that delayed the last scheduled call, once announced would put us to dollar land value. " .. im looking for that post myself
In the call Dr Kim said Under Step 2 / CCM Test & Calibration House : Core Optics has been nominated by Sony TO BE THEIR AUTHORIZED CALIBRATION HOUSE . ... Heres some info on the work Sony does ..
From the article and more at the link ....In the imaging and sensing field, Sony has a great selection of cutting-edge products, such as intelligent vision sensors with AI processing functionality, ToF image sensors that can be used even for AR/MR, and automotive image sensors critical to realizing autonomous driving. The unique technologies that lie behind these products are all world firsts, and include back-illuminated CMOS image sensors, stacked CMOS image sensors, and Cu-Cu direct bonding. We asked those involved to tell us more about these products and technologies and give us a peek into how they came to be developed.

LG Innotek news 6 months ago im interested in learning about Core Optics relationship with LG Innotek Coe Optics Dr Kim said today they are a leader in their field . I think their reveue will very good and projected revenue going forward with be as well . Patiently waitng for this to be public !!!
https://wccftech.com/apple-bezel-less-iphone-under-display-camera-supplier-lg-innotek/
LG Innotek listed as a company Core Optics does business with gets most of their revenue from business with Apple suppling Apple with Compact Camera Modules ( CCM ) Nice article about their work with Apple . Folks this is the company , Coe Optics , we have stock in . I get it that investors want to know in what capacity Core Optics works with LG Innotek but i think we will learn that it will be good . Not knowing all the details of who Core Optics sells to , how much revenue they ,generate , purchase orders , pending orders etc.. and when new products are coming out not knowing the big picture yet , keeps our stock from rising i dont care is selling . This companies stock i believe is way undervalued and in time we will see an increase in how investors value the new company and we will see a much higher stock price .
from about 8 months ago
https://bgr.com/tech/lg-innotek-is-expanding-its-camera-module-factory-for-future-iphone-production/
They mentioned LG Innotek ..for now only 7% of Core Optics has come from the smartphone business but they do have the worlds first ToF tester that they said would be next money generator .. They did pit Apples up their as someone they have worked with so if most of LG Innotek revenue comes from making CCMs ( compact camera modules ) for Apple then that could involve the new CRTG companies and some excellent revenue. They also mentioned SONY has nominated one of Core Optics machines for use as far as could tell. Will have to look at the manuscript . We will soon know more as its just due diligence type work with the SEC before closeing the deal .That should not take to long because they did a lot of work on this before they even announced it.
LG Innotek Co., Ltd. Korean: an affiliate of LG Group, is an electronic component manufacturer headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. LG Innotek produces core components of mobile devices, automotive displays, semiconductors, and smart products.[1][2] Most of the company's revenue is generated from selling camera modules for the iPhone.[3]
Since Core Optics is in Korea and now in USA Koreans can buy stock in CRTG . Though it is a OTC market i dont think that would keep some in Korea from buying CRTG if they know about Core Optics and their merger with The Coretec Group . As i understand they have their manufacturing done in the Republic of Korea . Word im sure gets around to some extent . Also Carlton James is in the UK so im sure Simon Calton has got the word out . Volumn has picked up some but Armistice could be selling all their pre funded shares . I can only assume that but someone is selling a lot of shares at 2 cents and below . Then if it goes above 7.99 cents they can sell their 82 million shares with some restrictions of sort i think . Will have to look up the agreement

So is the dial in pin for the webcast? Or for a pin when accessing call by phone isid register a 3rd time a finally got one I registered for the web cast
Absolutely it will exciting to meet the next CEO Tomorrow Matt Kappers did a great job though perhaps he stays on in some capacity
Never got an email back but just registered again and it took me the conference call page with elevator music lol
Armistice still has 82 million warrants they can exercise at 7.99 cents with some restrictions. They got 23 million up front for the 6 million dollars they gave Coretec and the 52 million pre funded warrants so they dump all they can now and hope they can get to sell the rest 82 million at 7.99 cents I think is 6 million plus some dollars wonder if the merger allows modification of that agreement like give them some cash some shares to get them out earlier ?

WE HAVE A NEW SONG TO SING EVERY MORNING YOUR FEET HIT THE FLOOR BECAUSE YOU KNOW CRTG IS "MOVIN ON UP "
CRTG will have revenue and evaluation ratios listed here How are they going to look ??? This will be very important for shareholders to know
Key Evaluation Ratios
Because companies differ in size and the number of shares they have issued, you might want to use ratios to compare the value of different stocks. Several key ratios can be derived from a company’s earnings reports—and you can easily find many of them using FINRA’s Market Data Center. Here are a few ratios commonly used to evaluate stocks:
1 Earnings per share (EPS): Calculated by dividing a company's total earnings by the number of shares, a company’s earnings per share allows you to compare the financial results of companies of different sizes. EPS is one indication of a company’s current financial strength.
2 Price-to-earnings ratio (P/E): Calculated by dividing the current price of a stock by its EPS, the P/E ratio is a commonly quoted measure of stock value. In a nutshell, P/E tells you how much investors are paying for a dollar of a company's earnings. For example, if Company A has a P/E of 25, and Company B has a P/E of 20, investors are paying more for each dollar earned by Company A than for each dollar earned by Company B.
3 Price-to-sales ratio (P/S): Calculated by dividing the market capitalization of a company by its revenue, the P/S ratio doesn’t factor in profit, which can be helpful when evaluating companies that haven’t yet made a profit.
4 Debt-to-equity ratio (D/E): Calculated by dividing a company’s total liabilities by total shareholder equity (total assets minus total liabilities), the D/E ratio allows investors to evaluate a company’s leverage and how much it is using debt to fund its operations.
Sonce Core Optics has revenue they will at some point give guidance and have stock analyst for CRTG buy , hold or sell ratings they will have earnings calls as well . The company will have stock reports involving financials listed in this link here : How eill all that look . Coretec did say Core Optics had good profit margins thats all we know now
