If you scroll down you can see that Randi Zuckerburg is listed as a non Executive Director . Mark Zuckerburg has a sister by that name and as we know Meta has been working in some capacity with Core Optics as they pointed out in the call thursday. isMedia Co Ltd did an IPO 7-26-2017 looks like they came out at 3.00 US or 5000 KRW Korean mony on the marketscreener chart i posted here . I did see one chart showed they traded as high as 43,000 KRW or 32.37 dollars but im not finding that one but heres a chart https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/ISMEDIA-CO-LTD-120974011/graphics/. and you can see they traded as high as 22,000 KRW range or about 17.00 dollars US currency in may of 2021 You can see they ended up at 2,705 KRW march 21 2022 or about $ 2.03 US money .Put your curser on the chart and scoll and you can back the chart up to the whatever date you want .
.That was the last date i can find that they traded so perhaps they when private until Dr Kim purchased their line of products and merged with CRTG .Why their stock dropped i havnt found that yet but in 2022 it shows they had 50 billion in revenue /sales or 37 million in US dollars if indeed the figures posted here are in KRW money .That seems to make since . Scroll down and look at sales for 2022. You can look around at numerous sites that list thier financials during the time they were public they all say the same thing . In the news release it said Core Optics had 30 plus patents but in the call i remember them saying they had 90 patents ?? Dr Kim must have had a good business before Core Optics purchased isMedia CoLtd ..So what were his business ventures that made him money and who are his financial associates that put the money together to do all this. How much was he worth . He says he wants to build a mega battery factory and that requires a lot of cash and financing . I think his battery testing patents might have good value . In time we will learn more .
