Armistice still has 82 million warrants they can exercise at 7.99 cents with some restrictions. They got 23 million up front for the 6 million dollars they gave Coretec and the 52 million pre funded warrants so they dump all they can now and hope they can get to sell the rest 82 million at 7.99 cents I think is 6 million plus some dollars wonder if the merger allows modification of that agreement like give them some cash some shares to get them out earlier ?
