There are 1,144,000 shares at .06 cents on the ask i see on level 2 someone has put out there to sell . If the company has big news and great data in the near future they may regret getting rid of those at .06 . That makes no since to me. Patience and patiently waiting is far better for 2023 i believe will be a good year for Coretec.
The Eindhoven report already came out last webcast . You might go back and take a look . It was very good. There just deciding on weather they will work with them and the CEA now as the data we got accomplished the mission of proving CHS is what they thought it was . They can now use that data to help with funding and share it with partners and future partners who may want to work with Coretec . They just needed the data most of all to prove CHS . Thats what some of the partners were waiting on based on what Coretec said 2 years or so ago.
If the stock moves significantly higher we will see lots of folks who have held for a long time more than likely selling some shares or all and high volume. We will have to wait and see what kind of news comes out. There could be multiple good reports come out of Coretec with so many things going on. With excellent data from the battery cell testing that could be big if it is beter than what other battery companies have. Still looking for the Adelaide U update.Perhaps they are working out details for future work and will put out a news release whrn that is done. An LED partnership would be great to see as well . Looking for that 8K on that.
There is an order to sell 742,000 shares at 0.025 now . Recently someone had an order to sell around a million shares at 3 cent range. They might be back at it . They may have broken down their order size and were selling smaller amounts but now have put the larger order back in . Wouldnt know but who wants to sell 742,000 shares now when the company is making good progress ,i think they could regret that someday.
Below This was from the 2022 ( 3-21-22 ) 10K yearly report : This all together represents about 256 million shares . Dennis Anderson has no restrictions , I dont think H.C. Wainwright would be restricted its been more than a year, Im not sure about Armistice i would have look it up but its been more than a year. Carlton James has sold in the past and Diversified Alpha fund probably has . Would have to look it up. The investor that received 10 million shares recently by last 10 Q may have to wait a year to sell not sure. No insider has sold so thats around 160 million shares plus what Victor bought or sold through Carlton James ownership. I believe , and we can look at daily volume which isnt huge , most who own shares dont want to sell or have restrictions or are insiders holding even if they could sell. I know these numbers have changed somewhat but i think the are selling is extreemly low even if they could probably 97 % are holding the volume has been very low until the last few days but still not big. I think if great news starts coming in the stock could move higher with most holding since it looks like this company has some very promising development s taking place . Some say the float is as high as 134 million but i dont think you have that much out there looking at the numbers . people are holding and waiting we know that for sure .

Armistice Capital Master Fund Ltd (11) 23,500,000 9.19% - -
Also these parties received stock about 25 million shares.
1. H.C. Wainwright (who closed the Armistice deal March 2 2021 ,for the 6 million dollar investment ) 3 people there received from like 800,000 to 3,000,000 shares ( ill look it up ) Is it restricted ?? Dont know have to read the agreement. Its been more than a year.
2. Dennis Anderson a NDSU Professor and founder of Coretec had 10,000,000 shares (Not restricted in selling stock as far as i know and not with Coretec anymore ).
3. Last 10Q said an investor received 10,000,000 shares
(This doesnt include option to buy shares for Coretec employees. nor does it include the shares count of shares sold by Carlton James or others or shares bought recently by Mr. Keenor options excercised .
4. I might note someone as you may remember a year ago bought like 3 million shares and the price jumped from 17 cents to 51 cents in 20 min. so they have shares out there but who know if they have kept them or trying to sell ,wouldnt know why they would sell after buying at those prices.
That would have been nice to see
He owns Bayside Materials and im sure he is very busy with multiple things . leaving the board at Coretec im sure required time for some meetings etc.. i would bet that its more of a time conflict with his business as it states in the filing. He is still the Senior Consultant at Coretec but doesnt have board meetings and other responsibilities required of board members. My Dad was on the board of a large company at one point but took himself off the board because he needed more time for his own business dealings. The board meetings and responsibilities each month became difficult time wise with his own time schedule and business dealings within that same company . Doug Freitag was very successful at Lockheed Martin and other places . Its good to see hes still on the team at Coretec as the senior consultant but just dropping off the board is not going to slow down Coretecs progress one bit. This is no big deal going forward. Hes great at Government funding and can still advise on that and any topic needed. This is no big deal .
Effective January 12, 2023, Douglas Freitag resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of The Coretec Group Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Freitag will
continue to support and advise the Company in the capacity of senior consultant. Mr. Freitag’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreements with the
Company’s board of directors or management, but to allow him for sufficient time to commit to his primary business.
https://www.lighting.philips.com/main/products/horticulture If Coretec does get a deal with an LED vertical agriculture LED /QD company Philips is one of the best in that area. But there are lots of other players out there developing better LED lights for this space as well. Heres a link to to that site . its interesting to read how LED grow lights work .
From the web cast in December:
We had a question regarding activities in quantum dot and LED markets. We are currently evaluating an opportunity in that industry, specifically vertical agriculture. In all cases, we are bound by a confidentiality agreement and really can’t disclose much more information until we have a binding contract, at which point we would be issuing an 8-K.
Coretec is listed under silver members !! https://naatbatt.org/members/
NAATBATT now listed on Coretecs web site under partners as a partner for Industry Relationship Building !! The NAATBATT battery conferance is Feb 20-23 2023 I dont see Coretec listed on their web site yet in a membership type but i assume they just joined this consortium or whatever they call it. I bet it opens the door to a lot of data sharing /info sharing with all the other members / partners at NAATBATT , and there are 100s ,were everyone can soon see Coretecs Endurion battery data.
https://naatbatt.org/
https://thecoretecgroup.com/about/partners/
Also something that could add value to Coretec : Looking out for a possible 8K on an LED partnership , its sounds like they are close to a possible contract :
We had a question regarding activities in quantum dot and LED markets. We are currently evaluating an
opportunity in that industry, specifically vertical agriculture. In all cases, we are bound by a confidentiality
agreement and really can’t disclose much more information until we have a binding contract, at which
point we would be issuing an 8-K.
And...
For The Coretec Group, the priority to date is really simple: find the fastest path to valuable data for
Endurion. We will then turn that into financial success. In this case, the valuable data is defined as
scientific proof that our inventions are progressing with the trajectory to long-term use of our active anode
in lithium ion batteries.
And..
.There are many other applications for Endurion. For example, the military is seeking better batteries for its
vehicles, drones and weapon systems, as well as its wearable power for warfighters. The recent Defense
Authorization Bill includes a requirement for the Secretary of Defense to carry out the pilot program to
facilitate the development of battery technologies for warfighters. These are the types of programs that we
are tracking, and we’ll pursue these opportunities as they become available.
And..
.But there are many other potential end users for Endurion, such as battery manufacturers, consumer
electronics, and more. In 2023, we’ll be developing relationships with them.
. And ...
We are currently working with battery testing companies and battery manufacturers.
As we create the active anode material, we will continue to work with them to build and test our batteries.
These partners have deep experience and knowledge, and there is an open dialog with the sharing of
ideas to refine the process and materials. An important note, our discussions and information sharing with
these partners is covered under nondisclosure agreements.
Highlights from the webcast :
Obviously, the battery landscape is really complicated. We view our innovations for silicon nanoparticles
and the engineered SEI layer to be the heart of the next generation of lithium ion batteries, and we are
the first in the world to claim this technology. Because our Endurion technology is applicable to all lithium
ion batteries, we are expecting to protect significant follow-on inventions related to material selection and
the methods that we use. These assets will grow our patent portfolio and underpin the future value of The
Coretec Group.
Highlights from webcast : Talks of battery partners that means more than 1 thats a good sign plus U of Michigan battery lab work in Jan this month. They did mention they have non disclosure agreements with the batter partners.
To wrap up on Endurion, I’d like to close with our current status. First, our extensive lab work has created
active anode material which is currently being tested with our preferred battery testing partners.
Additionally, we will be spending time with the University of Michigan Battery Lab in January of 2023. The
Battery Lab, located in Ann Arbor, caters to advanced battery innovation, and was developed by U of M
in cooperation with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Ford Motor Company. The
Battery Lab is a tremendous resource for us.
About M&A from the transcript of the last webcast: They said previously they
are looking for a company they said has revenue and i believe that would help our stock value.
There were a few questions regarding M&A activities, potential acquisitions. Over the past few months,
we’ve evaluated and pursued a few potential acquisitions. Unfortunately, those particular acquisitions
didn’t work out, primarily because of lack of strategic fit, or the return on investment didn’t meet our
criteria. We continue to review inbound opportunities, as well as conducting a proactive outreach to a
targeted list of candidates.
We had a question regarding activities in quantum dot and
I believe they were waiting on more data. That inpart has been given through the partnerships at the CEA and Eindhoven U. So since they just got their results that leads to applications for CHIPS ACT funding with a semiconductor company to then move forward with the big boys in the semi conductor space. I think it was all about authinticate of the CHS which has been accomplished to a big degree now next steps since they can share that data with others. If yoy remember a while back they were going to ship CHS to customers to test but most wanted data first so thats why the partnerships with the CEA and Eindhoven took place . Now we also have the data coming from the new silicon anode active material they can use for making progress towards partnerships and licencing agreements or a buyout of the silicon anode buy first they will work with their battery manufacturer to continue to optimize the anode active material according to Michelle , but how long will that take and will any new partnerships come in during that time or a dwal with a company to use it in their battery. Time will tell. I hope they share the data from the testing they are doing in Dec and January.
In Ramez Elgammels presentation here a year ago he shows that CHS for one is scalable as we know and that it is cost effective at the 5 min. mark . Also on the last page of the presentation he states wy it is less expensive to produce and it had to do with the elimination inpart of a purification step other silanes have to go through . So the work Coretec is pursuing with a semiconductor company to refine the process to make it cost effective is just that making it more cost effective than it already is . Thats good if they can make it even more cost effective to seperate CHS even more from the rest of the silanes out there. Lower deposition temp and higher yields plus plus and more cost effective.
A new article was posted on Coretecs LinkedIn this morning on the" EV battery revolution may finally be here " but you have to have a Bloomberg acct. to read it which I don't . Maybe someone does
The nice thing Coretec has going on now is that they also are creating possibilities in the C-Space arena as well as working on a possible partnership with an LED company and are still have a targeted list of potential M/A possibilities. They had said they were focusing on someone with revenue so that would be nice but a M/A would create some dilution of the stock but if they go through through with a M/A im sure it will be in the best interest of the company if they choose to do so. I think that is just a matter of time before that happens because they have targeted that for some time.
February 28, 2022 – The Coretec Group, Inc., (OTCQB: CRTG), a developer of engineered silicon and 3D volumetric displays, has filed a full utility patent on its provisional patent for the development of advanced silicon anodes using cyclohexasilane (CHS) and other silanes.
The full-utility patent – filed February 24, 2022 – builds on a provisional patent filed a year earlier. This patent application covers the use of CHS to produce a wide variety of silicon anodes for use in lithium-ion batteries.
If CHS is used in the new battery anode which it is then creating a cost effective process to scale CHS looms big for the company since that will be part of the cost of a full battery cell. Of coarse they said they are using other silanes as well but havnt said what they are unless they are in the patent they filed in Feb. Will have to look. Im sure someone will pay extra for Coretecs battery if it does outperform other batteries in all 3 areas , energy density , faster charging and longer battery life. Michelle mentioned a while back that after testing is done they will continue to optimize the battery with their battery manufacturer. Hopefully they will release some testing data after January testing is done a the Michigan battery lab. Its great to see from the patent last Feb that they are making a wide variety of silicon anodes using CHS and other silanes. They must believe they have something VERY special since Corwtec said they will revolutionize the battery EV business and i dont think they are just trying to hype this i think they truely believe this. One of the big differences for Coretec is not just their Liquid silicon they have vs the gaseous silanes but this bottom up approach where with chemistry they are customizing from scratch silicon nanoparticles ( SiNP ) and making SiNP so small they help solve the expansion problems with silicon and the SEI protective layer aroung the SiNP. I believe in the last update they had a chart which showed the size of NP aroung 50nm but one also that showed Corerecs from 2-50 nm. in size 2nm is extreemly small. Ill have to look back at that . Also they said with traditional silanes even they are difficuly to " functionalize " perhaps after the ball milling process is used to create them . Coretec having their own process to create their smaller nanoparticles is i assume patented and could be a big deal in future creation in SiNP for many applications. Thet did mention that one reason semi conductor companies are interested in Coretecs CHS is that its a liquid state vs the gaseous silanes. I hope they get the money from the Chips Act so thety can continue to refine the process to create CHS for a more cost effective product. My bet is that they will be successful in doing that . The CEA and Eindhoven have both already said that CHS was used to successfully create SiNP that were better that Monosilane ( the most widely used and it coined the phrase silicon valley ) Disilane neo pentasilane and all the silanes the CEA had wi=orked with . Thats a big deal . Now successfully refining a cost effective process could be huge going forward for the CHS project. Richmond chemical was originally working on the process to scale CHS but apparently there is work to be done to fully accomplish that in a cost effective manner.
I dont see others as competition when Coretec has the only silicon active anode material like they have . No one not Amprius nor quantumscape or sila nanotechnologies , Tesla , Ford , BMW , no one has this new silicon source in their anode that Cortetec has . These companies need Coretecs new silicon and custom made silicon anode active materials in their anode and AND THEY CAN ONLY GET IT FROM CORETEC . AS Matthew Hoffman said in the last update Coretec has the ONLY Technology like this in the world and Its all about this liquid silicon used as a started material that is worked with , doped etc.. and the chemistry possibility outcomes all from a chemistry stand point .Some have failed to use this silicon as a source for technology but Coretec appears to be on the cusp of doing it succesfully .They all ,according to their patents and ive read many , they use the traditional gaseous silanes that have great limitations but Coretec uses a liquid silicon as a starter material , Si6H12 , as a starter material. For instance if you read Amprius patents you can see that they use several traditional gaseous silanes in their anodes as do others but not Coretecs liquid silicon source Si6H12. Thats the big difference plus Coretecs custom making their silicon from scatch with chemistry instead of using the ball milling technique everyone using mined silicon to make Si nano particles ( SiNP)but Coretecs silicon source Si6H12 allows them to do things with the creation of a new type of anode that those other traditional silicons will not allow from a chemistry stand point.I believe the other silicon anode companies can get to market with their silicon anode first but they will still need Coretecs new silicon anode active material to be the best. I see the possibilities of these companies buying out Coretecs new anode active materials or licencing the use of it . Those are the 2 options Coretec has because they are not manufacturine a complete battery themselves but suppling the anode material. Have a great weekend !
Coretec uses a different base material for one in making its silicon Si6H12. Amprius uses several gaseous silanes according to their patents . Coretecs silicon Si6H12 has 6Xs the silicon in one molecule than other silanes. You can watch the Endurion video just put out on you tube.Amprius doest not have the custom made silicon nanoparticles or SEI layer solution Coretec is using and it looks like Coretecs silicon nanoparticles( SiNP ) are smaller than Amprius SiNP. I believe amprius would be a potential buyer of Coretecs new active anode materials for there battery opposed to being in competition with Coretec . Th shareholder call 3 months ago Coretec CEO said amprius and quantumscape where companies he said were similar to Coretec.
The Coretec Groups new video on their new silicon anode battery . Testing now at the Michigan University battery a lab started in part by Ford Motor Company in its search for better batteries . https://thecoretecgroup.com
Here it is ! One of the motivations that started behind the 3D project
https://www.stevensmagic.com/shop/mirage-3-d-instant-hologram-maker/
That would be nice for Martin and Judith Keating to see C-Space get finished and commercialized , they both worked hard and long on the project. I remember he showed me a 3D hologram of a little piggy sitting up on top of a flying saucer looking object through a small hole in the top of it. He got it at the Tulsa air and space museum that was part of what got him excited about the possibility of creating a 3D object of some sort . I went out there and bought me one as well and still have it .

In Jan they are testing the Battery anode at the Michigan University battery lab which was started by Ford motor company and Michigan U. Have a great day and let me know what you think. https://thecoretecgroup.com
Nice find good DD . Im hoping Coretec will give us a report that involves next steps in their partnership with the Adelaide team . It does look like the scalability questions looms . If they can successfully scale the glass image materials and the glass is made larger as well and still has the functionality they need it to have to commercialize C-Space then that is going to be exciting to see what Coretec can do with it . Its been a long project and I know Martin Keating will be happy to see C-Space completed. He is still here in Tulsa and I would like to see it completed not just for Coretec but Martin and his wife Judith put a lot into 3Dicon over the years.
