“The Insider Sentiment Score finds the companies being bought by corporate insiders.
It is the result of a sophisticated, multi-factor quantitative model that identifies companies with the highest levels of insider accumulation. The scoring model uses a combination of the net number of insiders buying the prior 90 days, the total shares bought as a percentage of float, and the total shares owned by insiders. The number ranges from 0 to 100, with higher numbers indicating a higher level of accumulation to its peers, and 50 being the average.”

Justice is incoming...FCEL is not going to move otherwise.
Ok. So maybe a buy out instead of a donation...
Someone want to forward this to management? Until the NS is dealt with, nothing changes.
A $10B donation could be made to this company and the price wouldn't move. Please prove me wrong.
CEO’s and Board Members to get sued if they don’t take action against naked short selling 🚨

I think the last question in the conference call and subsequent response may have triggered a few shorts. Getting nervous? “FID”
Exxon will be buying this company. Just a matter of time. IMO.
So who has been dumping shares the past 3 years, causing this endless downward spiral in share price. Retail? What’s really going on?
May I ask a simple question? With all this ongoing institutional buying, why has the share price consistently moved in the opposite direction? See chart:
https://fintel.io/so/us/fcel
You can debate the company all day long, this is the problem:

gns anyone?
What is FCEL and it’s unique patented technology worth?
https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/exxonmobil-is-in-no-hurry-to-spend-its-$32.7-billion-cash-war-chest
Just an opinion, but I think XOM needs to make a decision soon. Hydrogen is here, others are certainly interested in acquiring FCE? Again, just IMO.
How is it this company is trading in the 2’s?
Good article:

Maybe it’s been posted? Worth another read IMO. Some interesting language. Is Toyota considering buying FCEL?
Any one else building a Tri-Gen facility in the CA ports?
What are these guys thinking? Seriously…
https://fintel.io/so/us/fcel
“Proxy Fight”? Looks like it.
XOM vs. BR? Would I be surprised if multiple parties are looking to acquire FCE at this stage of the hydrogen game? No.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/h/hostiletakeover.asp
What is Jason Few’s plan? XOM needs to make a move IMO. Maybe Toyota? The hydrogen economy is now officially booming.
Company management has been quiet, nonetheless they have worked hard and brought much value to FCE these past two years.
Sorry, I missed something…page 82.

Carbon management
“Carbon capture and storage – We are collaborating with FuelCell Energy on fundamental research into a novel technology that uses proprietary carbonate fuel cells to concentrate CO2 from large-scale industrial and power plants while generating power, thus lowering the effective capture cost . We are exploring options to conduct a pilot test of this next-generation fuel cell carbon capture solution
at our Rotterdam facility . Work like this will play an important role in achieving significant global emissions reductions.”
I like some of these words. Exxon says… “novel”, “proprietary”, “large scale”, “generating power”, “lowering”, “cost”, “next-generation”…the last sentence is the best.
Looks like it’s still game on. According to the webcast, these are stated, high priority objectives, seemingly attainable via jointly developed technology with FuelCell Energy.
Watching the share price this past week one word came to mind, “desperation”…
Personally I own lots, and will be buying lots more. Thanks for the sale prices.
Big news coming in 2023. All IMO of course.
Shalom
Not one mention of FCEL or MCFC’s throughout the entire webcast.

Recorded April 4. So why the silence from Exxon and FCEL alike, they have worked together for over a decade. Is the JDA technology being shelved? Or is it so revolutionary XOM does not want to disclose information for competitive reasons?
XOM Q1 Earnings April 28.

FCEL’s share price is obviously getting crushed for a reason, maybe big news soon.

Market conditions have nothing to do with what's happening to FCEL's stock...
Maybe we shareholders should hire ShareIntel? Does Few care if his stock is victim to Naked Shorts?
Good thread here on the NS problem, you'll see the post I am referring to, 8th or so down the page.
This is the reason we are not moving, good news is not going to help. Check out GNS, look at the news they have put out in
the past two weeks, manipulation there is unbelievable.
https://stocktwits.com/soldierofcourage
A Revolution has begun. I wonder if FCEL management will join? Does Jason Few "have our back", who does he actually work for?
Want FCEL to Move...have Jason F join here:

This is the problem...systemic...market wide.
Heavily invested in FCE and have been for some time. I was very Pro Jason Few when he canceled the RS, but have my doubts now. The lack of information, leaving shareholders in the dark, is not acceptable. No excuses.
PR soon? Please correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't this to be completed by years end? Anyone have a completion date? I am currently searching for one. PR could drop at any time? Shell and Chevron are both involved in this project.
https://acceleratingcleanenergy.com/projects/molten-carbonate-fuel-cell-mcfc-demonstration-pilot-canadian-natural/
I wonder why this CCUS project is rarely discussed or mentioned by the company? Appears to be much further along than Porthos, yet the focus is continually on the JDA with Exxon? Why no updates from management? Maybe I missed it?

FCEL’s patented technology is the hub of Exxon’s big CCUS plans...hmmm.
15 days...
"WHEREAS, the Parties agree to conduct a joint market study, each Party bearing its own costs, to define application opportunities, commercialization strategies, development requirements, and identify partners for potential pilot/demonstration projects and assess fuel cell/stack/module manufacturing scale-up and cost reduction, with a target completion date on or before October 31, 2022."

One more CCUS deal...
Utilizing FCEL/XOM joint technology...
“ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions is working to bring lower-emission technologies to market, making them accessible to hard-to-decarbonize industries in the United States and internationally. It is focusing its carbon capture and storage efforts on point-source emissions, the process of capturing CO2 from industrial activity that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere.”

What should we be expecting here...due in 21 days:
"WHEREAS, the Parties agree to conduct a joint market study, each Party bearing its own costs, to define application opportunities, commercialization strategies, development requirements, and identify partners for potential pilot/demonstration projects and assess fuel cell/stack/module manufacturing scale-up and cost reduction, with a target completion date on or before October 31, 2022."

Appears we are moving beyond the JDA soon. Good news for shareholders?
I think it interesting that XOM is just now beginning a CCS pilot project in Rotterdam, yet Canadian Natural (including Shell, Chevron) is finalizing one utilizing FCEL's technology. How does that fit into the XOM/FCEL equation?
See video "Capture carbon the clean way":
https://www.fuelcellenergy.com/platform/carbon-capture
Is it possible FCE could find itself in the midst of a bidding war?
Not new, but scroll down to the map, click on the white dots for an explanation of each individual project. These are only known CCS projects being planned by Exxon. How is the company going to meet this demand alone, not to mention all the other business quickly coming their way (ie. 50MW grids)? Listened to the last CC, again, and they elude (and they are elusive) to increasing production capacity, 100MW+ increase/year. Even so, it appears there will soon be an overwhelming, exponential demand for all of FCEL's products. I don't see how they can go it alone? Expecting big news from the company soon, a revised business plan. Merger? Or a buy out. Something. As we all know, the hydrogen infrastructure is happening now, companies are not going to wait decades for these products.
https://corporate.exxonmobil.com/climate-solutions/ccs-in-action
Any mention of increased production capacity? Are they ramping up and keeping this quiet also. How is FCEL going to meet current demand (XOM, Toyota, Korea, California, Carbon Capture, SOFC’s, Microgrids...) + backlog. Another mystery I’m waiting for management to address. XOM alone has inked how many global CCUS deals? Sorry, but I’m having trouble with the math when the company is currently struggling to complete two projects. I can only guess they have significant resources tied up elsewhere?
Revisited this today:
http://www.businesskorea.co.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=95288
How is it legal to withhold this information from shareholders? Secondly, why would management not PR such a massive project? They are obviously withholding significant information from investors. What could possibly shelter them from doing so? Potential buy out offer? Been invested here since 2019 & keep up to date on the company, but the lack of information from management is blatantly calculated. What is the agenda?Seems there is a lot to be disclosed to investors in the near term and potential vertical move for the SP. Is the current silence due to FCE being bound to the XOM JDA? Expecting the joint market study this month correct? Any thoughts on that? Thanks
So where is the Press Release? Trust in the CEO is starting to wane unfortunately. Why did he purchase shares at $17.99? Had hoped he was pro shareholder after canceling that RS a while back, but not so sure at this point.
http://www.businesskorea.co.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=95288
Darren Woods interview. Lots of CCUS talk...buy out coming?
https://www.cnbc.com/video/2022/06/25/exxon-mobil-ceo-talks-climate-change-with-david-faber-full-interview.html
Thanks. All I can say is the MCFC's, FCE's core technology, cannot be defined as a "project patent" under the JDA (Section 6 & 7). Exxon's claim from their own website:
"position ExxonMobil’s Rotterdam refinery as an attractive location for a hydrogen project with CCS and for pilot testing ExxonMobil’s carbonate fuel cell technology."
https://corporate.exxonmobil.com/Climate-solutions/CCS-in-action
Exxon did not enter the JDA with a MCFC. Modifying FCE's patented, pre-existing technology does not give them ownership of the original MCFC patents. Exxon does not have a patented carbonate fuel cell. Hopefully the company will clarify.
Buy out price for FCEL?
Hopefully at least $17.99/share. We'll see.
Exxon owns MCFC tech?
That's a pretty serious claim with lots of legal ramifications if not true. I don't believe taking ownership of Fuel Cell's MCFC technology was a stipulation in the JDA. I like Jason Few, I trust him. As a shareholder this is significant and should be addressed.
Anyone aware of this?
"With potential support from the European and Dutch governments, the initiatives could position ExxonMobil’s Rotterdam refinery as an attractive location for a hydrogen project with CCS and for pilot testing ExxonMobil’s carbonate fuel cell technology."
I have been invested in FCEL since 2018, first time I have seen Exxon claim the carbonate fuel cell technology as their own. See link below, scroll to the Porthos section for full context.
Thoughts?
"Current plans aim for having the Porthos infrastructure built and functioning by the end of 2023."

Fraud, until proven otherwise. Certainly Chris, after he essentially liquidated Neah Power, had no idea a battery factory would pop up in India. Still watching from a distance, but very open to legal options if he fails to communicate with shareholders. Have been merciful, patient for well over a decade. Shalom
Nice video. So when do we expect to hear from the Dr. now that his massive factory is up and running? Still holding a bunch of currently useless shares in my account. Do we expect XNRGI to go public? Found my Buzz Bar in storage the other day, brought back wonderful memories of D’Couto’s public scam of a company, Neah Power. Prove me wrong Chris...zero communication. Fraud.
Thanks for that, may still be a bit of hope for this investment.
Can you post that correspondence?
Been invested here over a decade...Sad stuff.
