So how do folks feel about AGRX? Seems to me that dilution above and beyond the ATM is a given. Need a big uptick in scripts to avoid the additional dilution. Am I too pessimistic?
Good to hear from you Irish!
Best to you Postes!
What is the fully diluted share count of NWBO? Thx
CBB - Deer in the headlights is spot on with JT
Pardon my ignorance, but when will trial results be unveiled?
JL - Montana here from the AMRN board. You seem pretty high on Exro. I did some reading, looks intriguing. Any thoughts on a good entry point? Hope all is well with you.
I’ll go one further, it’s a sham that the courts are even allowed to invalidate a patent that has been granted by the far more knowledgeable patent office.
Thanks Kiwi. You're right about the EU. I'm still so angry over the court-sanctioned theft that has happened.
Not to be a sour puss but, what does any of this matter if generics are gonna steal it all anyway?
Sorry for this question as I'm sure it's been discussed but, when are we supposed to know if the en banc was accepted or denied? (been out of the loop lately)
I bow to you!
Eight - see my post earlier today for a link to the file
The Amicus is on my Google drive along with other appeal docs. Amicus file is called Marjac_Amicus. Link to my drive is: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YycWgFMDq0DTjslS_s--WhabwxY1nwVb?usp=sharing
Is this in reference to Amarin or generics?
Evidently Reyna had a change of heart. Course, I don't think he or the other two clowns even read the briefs.
A little off the current topic but Prost’s dissenting comments on the Teva/GSK case blatantly revealed the political ideology that infects the court. If anyone ever wondered, well wonder no more. Is there anything we can do to shine the light on her?
Begs the question of whether Thero is as clueless on supply issues, etc as he is on most other things. When generics launch and, if they undercut our price, won’t virtually all our current scripts go to them?
So we have thru November before scripts tank.
If Afib is truly a concern with IPE, how could the FDA not have it on the generics label? Seems insane
The notion of a “skinny” label is complete bullshit. Nuff said
Rag - I was under the impression the generic label only addresses high trigs
Rag - confused here. Is there anything in generics label for high TG that would indicate inducement to infringe?
ILT - Thx. As I said, I was speed reading:)
Based on a very quick scan of the brief, it appears AMRN is sticking to the same losing arguements. Did not see any mention of Kura and Apo B.
The left has no bottom as we’ve clearly seen the past 4 years
What a load of BS
Kiwi - excuse me for butting in but, most believed the lazy ass judges would at least read the briefs
Well, the company is an unmitigated disaster. A dumpster fire, if you will. Still, many think EU could fetch double digits on a BO. Many also think as long as Thero is around, we are screwed.
Kiwi - so do you have an opinion on potential EU revenues?
Cardio - why couldn’t they?
Thx Kiwi! Will look again
Study - You don't think the market has already priced in generic launch? (by LB, were you referring to LBL?)
