correction to previous post. started in January 2018
I have 500,000 shares. Started in January 2010. Most recently added 150,000 in December 2020. Have never sold a share.
All Cowboy and no Hat.
What if, maybe, there's a possibility, there's no possibility, according to, I'm gonna tell, what about, he's probably, he's never, he won't, there's no way, he can't, won't be on time, if he doesn't I'm gonna, if its not in the 10k I'm gonna, what about, it says, it doesn't say....etc..etc..etc..etc... 90% of what is said on this blog has nothing to do with reality. It's all conjecture and speculation. I've never seen so many with so much to say about so many things they know absolutely nothing about.
You make absolutely no sense. Incoherent at best.
I own 350,000 shrs X1175.. I'm cost averaged tho at .16. I continue to hold because I still believe something will transpire.
New 8k out.
You're like a flea, floating down the Mississippi river, with an erection, shouting "RAISE THE DRAWBRIDGE!!"
Picked up another 2 million this am to bring total to 17 million. Go SGMD
Are they to hold the purchase orders waiting for free cash flow to fund them? Do you actually believe that the 2019 revenue stream of +$4m is enough to fund $10m of current purchase orders? Don't you think that much of their cash was used to fund the first 40% purchase of BudCars and to acquire the other 30% needs cash? Don't you think that expanding RIGHT NOW in light of the current environment is prudent and requires cash to do so? Don't you think that the margin run-off of the extra 30% of BudCars would be beneficial to shareholder value in the future? Please check the batteries in the calculator you're using to come to the "does't add up" result you are getting.
YA'LL. You like the $10m purchase order revenue but hate the raise in cash through equity sales to fund the materials for the orders. You like the revenues and fantastic upside opportunity of BudCars but hate the raise in cash through equity sales to fund the expansion efforts and acquire the additional 30% of the BudCar company. This isn't dilution for dilution's sake. Where else can SGMD acquire capital to fund these events? Nowhere. When you come to understand the reason for the dilution you also come to understand it is needed to get us to where we all want to go. BTW. I own 15 million shares of this and have substantial skin in the game. Be patient.
I can understand the timing for the increased share count. NOW is the best time to scale the company and increase marketshare. More cars and drivers are needed NOW to continue scaling the company while taking advantage of the current environment. Customers gained today will be "sticky" in the future. It would be nice to wait while the company "boot strapped" its way to growth however considering the associated opportunity costs the increased share count today seems acceptable. 10 billion shares however seems a little over the top.
By BANK, I meant loosely any lending party of any sort.
Ok. So explain to us all, under today's LENDING laws, how any lending institution and legally lend money to businesses in this sector. Or better yet simply give us some names of some lending institutions that should be lending to them considering the current regulation restrictions.
Of course you did. lol
If banks don't or won't invest in this company why should a new investor invest in this POT hole. Get it, POT hole.
Please tell us all how any bank[tag]insert-text-here[/tag], under the current banking regulations, can invest in this type of company. Your vast financial acumen would be of great interest to all.
"We are initially set to open two new BudCars distribution hubs in this area". This is why you are not able, presently, to get service in L.A. As indicated in the P.R. this morning they have not yet opened the service. They are "set to open" the service.
Good call irishdenny. I agree "Focus" is a much better word. This business model has great potential. May good come to you as well.
I have been here since SGMD sold spice sticks and paper products. I own
10 million shares at a cost average of .01783. Granted, SGMD has tried some things that didn't work out however...... THINK! A large portion of the American population wants to indulge with marijuana and literally NOBODY wants to be seen buying it or more importantly stand in line to buy it. Think this through!! "Budcars" name couldn't be a more appropriate brand name and the business itself may excellent franchising opportunities and investors will ultimately pay a P/E premium for the margins this model can produce .
THINK!!
Please consider steering a wide path around this chat line as well.
My god. Ya'll are the biggest bunch of cry babies ever. I'm sure there are some left over "safe spaces" in your environment you can go to and curl up in a fetal position and whimper. I think the change in strategy is a good one given the consumer on-demand environment. We will know in the near term. One last note: Have you any idea what you sound like?
There are always those that find it necessary to "cry" to the world of their investing woes. If you can't stand to lose money then go do something else because trading stocks is not for you. But for gods sake shut the f..k up. Nobody cares!!! I own 9 million shares of SGMD at a cost average of just under 2 cents. I would venture to say I have more invested than most all of you "criers" put together. If you don't own the stock any longer then please go away. And if by chance you do still own some shares then by all means sell them and then go away. Nobody wants to hear any more about the grocery money you lost. You are laughable.
I'm done loading with 9,000,000 shares.
Key phrase given in guidance. “We have an ambitious plan to create a viable path toward another major acquisition while extending our stepwise climb onto a major US exchange listing as we continue to expand operations in a rapidly growing market,” stated Jimmy Chan, CEO of Sugarmade. In my opinion SGMD will, in fact, trade on an alternate platform prior to uplisting to NASDQ. Albeit 1/300 RS has been highlighted I believe the pps will be considerably higher prior to the actual RS and consequently result in a much lower ratio than 300/1.
We have a growing $26 million top line company with increasing 36% gross margins having a market cap of only $8.3 million. Seems undervalued.
I guess if you're worried about grocery money you would be worried about "trips cumming". Long term investors looking to take advantage of emerging industries do not worry about short term "trips". I guess "rookie" is a matter of perception.
Ya'll need to consider the REASON for the R/S. Not all R/Ss are bad for investors and I for one believe this will be a good thing. SGMD is a growing company, taking a leadership role in a $24-40 billion industry. The company's reasoning for the R/S is to uplist (not to maintain a listing) to a market giving them better investor visibility and financial leverage. I currently hold 5.25 million shares of SGMD and continue to value this investment. Take everything you read with a grain of salt regarding the pros and cons of this R/S.
SGMD has a $14.2 million Market Cap with:
$40 million revenue stream producing profitability and positive EBTI with additional revenue streams in the making. Distruptive in a $25 BILLION industry forecasted to grow to $40 BILLION in the short run. Do you really think this stock will stay, long term, at 1.7 cents per share?
These market makers are sickening.
Hopefully you stand by your word. Goodbye.
how many shares are outstanding with this company?
This is on the brink of rolling over. Entry points will be cheaper shortly. By afternoon I would expect.
I have carefully considered recent posts from long positions vs. posts claiming that JBZY is a scam. It is my opinion that the long position has unequivocally won the debate. I will continue to hold my considerable and substantial long position. Thank you for the solid DD you have rendered, proving without question, the validity of JBZY and it's potential value.
Finally completed trades of 4,905,333 shares for return of initial investment. Now have 15,809,667 free shares. Run Baby Run!! Papa needs new shoes. lol.
HALT CODE H10: This is the published reason why STBV has been halted by the SEC.
What does it mean for a stock to be halted?
A trading halt is a temporary suspension in the trading of a particular security on one or more exchanges, usually in anticipation of a news announcement or to correct an order imbalance. A trading halt may also be imposed for purely regulatory reasons.
Why do they halt trading on stocks?
A "non-regulatory" trading halt occurs if "significant order imbalance between buyers and sellers in a security" exist. (The NASDAQ stock exchange does not implement non-regulatory trading halts.) Before trading resumes, market specialists must determine an appropriate price range in which the security can trade.
[b]H10 Halt - SEC Trading Suspension
The Securities and Exchange Commission has suspended trading in this stock.
It would appear that via the H10 HALT CODE that STBV has been suspended from trading.
BTW.. I do not now or have ever had a position in STBV.
I used that email address yesterday and Richard responded to me within 1 minute.
FRZT down 86% last 3 weeks. Do you think the correction is over. I'm looking to buy 50,000,000 shares. After all... Its Garfield for gods sake. If you think of all the hats and trinkets sold the last few days I would think this is going to spike up from here.
The .0475 gap has been filled (w/.047) and now trading accordingly.
DD? I can understand why a hat is so exciting if the stickies here represent the best DD on this stock. I hold no position in this stock nor will I in the future. I simply stumbled on to this and found the posts extremely humorous. I'll not post here anymore but thank you for the grins. GO GARFIELD! LMAO...
I can't wait until the open tomorrow. I don't think I can go another day without owning a stock where a hat is actually considered a positive catalyst to move the stock price forward. Not to mention the trinkets. Throw in a pair of socks and this could go parabolic.
quote:
"Imagine when Freeze Tag has ALL the features incorporated in the game!!? Bigger better prizes, many more sponsors, several more mini games, more hats, apparel, more trinkets, etc, etc, etc. Marketing campaign could start very soon!!! MANY CATALYSTS TO LOOK FORWARD TO!! GO FRZT!!"
911 trades...... News is forthcoming???
