Home delivery is a necessary evil, especially since the only people that can technically buy the MJ are already handicapped in one way or another. If I had major health issues and knew I couldn't get myself into a car, or even out to a cab to catch a ride to a dispensary, you bet your ass I would call a delivery service. Whether the city of L.A. likes it or not, this needs to be available to those patients. It's not like the government gives enough of a F'k to help these patients out... Prescription pills can be called in by a doctor and picked up by anyone. Think about that for a second. I could walk into a pharmacy and with enough of a word game could pick up and pay for anyone's prescription in there. How do I know? I've done it for family members (with last names different than mine), that's how. People can't take someone else's medical MJ card and go pick up the goods from a dispensary to help out the patient as far as I know, thus the need for delivery.
This is freaking huge! My uncle was raided a few years ago even though he was selling legally to dispensaries. It almost ruined him and made zero sense overall. I'm happy to see this even though I'm not a patient myself. Big big news here!
Can't disagree with you on any points, even though I wish I could.
It hasn't necessarily been a free-fall, but rather a very slow slide downhill. Honestly the slow slide has been worse because you want to think that any day it could go back up.
Pretty much stuck now, learned how to trade with this one and a few others, and to me that was worth the losses for the education.
I have to figure things out for myself, and this one taught me a pretty good amount.
As for her comments, it's pretty much been the opposite of everything she's said. If she really cared about any of us we wouldn't be sitting allll the way down here. I'm just curious as to what's going on behind the closed doors that has caused this. A ton of money changed hands, all the share increases over the last few months, and with nothing visible to us it really makes me wonder what the hell they're doing over there? I would like to think it's not going straight into their pockets, but it's starting to look that way...
We had better hear something by Friday or this nightmare is only going to get worse... It has been way too long since the last update... Like, unacceptably long. This isn't a gray market pot stock for goodness sake!
I'm thinking we'll hear something Friday. It's been entirely too quiet, and we at least deserve something. Why the hell haven't they PR'd the RD infusion? What are they waiting for? The only people that know it's there is this board because of our awesome DD squad. The GenPop needs a PR to open their eyes. Dilute this thing to the moon, then recover like a boss. Let's see something $MRIB!
No last minute dump today?
How long has it been since news? I know the IBox isn't keeping up for whatever reason, but I can't remember the last time we heard from $MRIB...
Same here...
I guess this is better than dumping into news and pissing us all off to the point of riots. I'd rather them not give us any info, dilute the snot out of this thing, finish dilution, then BOOM!
One can only hope...
Why is the last PR we have listed in the box from October 3?!
Did anyone figure out who did the voice-over in the commercial? I've listened to it a few times but cannot place the voice. I feel like I've heard him before though, like a cross between Dean Winters and someone else.
Tienes a link to this "widened SEC investigation?"
What causes the yield sign?
They already told us that the fins will be late, so isn't bringing up the fact that there's a yield sign redundant?
Well hey, on the upside, at least there wasn't a massive plummet at the bell! Maybe a nice PR tonight will turn this beat around....or maybe we just pool our money and hire Gloria Estefan to sing away our sorrows...
Brace for impact...
If they go dark again, I'm road tripping to CA with a pitchfork...
I think this is going to take a while to recover now... There's no one PR that they could put out that would bring us back to anywhere near a penny now that they've poisoned our confidence.
This sucks, but I'm holding... maybe for v3.0...
Welp, if this goes any lower I'm likely going to dump some other positions and shore up this one.
What in the hell... 25% red just like that.
No sense in selling now, I don't need a cup of coffee and a few tanks of gas that badly.
And the ask is below the bid?! What in the literal F'k is that?
Ahh I see.
Well, as a consolation prize, if it holds for 15 minutes we'll rocket to the top of the Breakout Boards ;)
Scottrade just flashed $MRIB $2.89 or a 90,000% increase.
LOL, I love that even if it's a hiccup!
I see nothing that points in that direction...
This is an excellent find, though the dates in the document worry me a bit.
The document was filed on September 11, 2014, and it states that the agreement should close in 60 days or less. That would mean November 10th should have been the closing date if it goes by calendar days. (19 days remaining in September, 31 days in October, leaving 10 days in November.)
The 10th was this past Monday. Let's hope we hear something soon about this!
GO $AEGY!
It has to be going to something big in my opinion. If they're deferring their salaries at the same time, that money is going into something else. What that something is, we don't know yet...
Man it's dead in here today...
It's because even though the PPS was at .01, the ask was still at .0001 so you couldn't go anywhere near that cent...
Imagine if this PPS holds for another 20 minutes...
It's some kind of hiccup, ScottTrade isn't recognizing the current PPS. Keeps telling me my order is too far from the actual.
Man there are some scanners going off right now HAHA!
I'm holding this just for the hell of it. Even if I end up with 140 shares I'm still sticking around because from the looks of it Haltain keeps their books on track. Who freaking knows at this point but it has to be better than where we're sitting right now!
I bought in the 00s and watched this run to a nickel and still didn't sell. This has a lot more potential than just being the target of hecklers and pump groups. It all comes down to how long you're willing to wait really. I want to see organic growth, not artificial growth through a huge group like Big or others. Those rises don't last because of the nature of how they bring in their people...
Man I am so glad they put this together. It's much more personal than the MoneyTV spots they do. This wasn't the lightning round PR re-read that those usually provide, but rather a non-rushed discussion on what's really going on.
This was great and I'd like to thank Marani and Don for putting this together for those of us getting more and more nervous about this investment.
GO $MRIB!!!
I did, back then it was only 3000 shares for me because I only held 60k but I absolutely received them.
The typo in the (14c) where the preferred shares are listed at 50,000,000,000 (billion) not 50,000,000 (million).
It's now in two places, both the prelim and the definitive. It's a typo, but needs to be fixed.
Maybe ask them if they're planning on focusing solely on the growth of Carmela's and shelving all other ideas until this has expanded beyond Ohio.
Thanks Tron!
Umm, it wasn't actually in Paris, France....
Same with Virginia. Even if they spread to Virginia, having a contract with Costco, Total Wine, or even a huge chain like Safeway wouldn't do them any good because liquor can only be sold in state run ABC stores. They're playing it smart and not wasting energy or resources.
It was always said that Costco was a 10 store trial run, I'm sure that's what they want is the big national chains but it can't happen at the snap of a finger.
Virginia can't sell liquor anywhere but the ABC stores which is ridiculous. I grew up in Wisconsin where you buy your liquor while you grocery shop. We have Total Wine here, but it won't do Marani any good to get here unless they can get it into the ABC stores...
Love this guy!
Couldn't have broken it down any better!
$MRIB!!
This is going to be a lot like the 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon.

Production company is listed as "Manifest," which as far as I can tell is Kevin Kerslake who is himself, and is focused on the EDM industry.

Granted... that PR was 2013, HOWEVER, we know that movies/documentaries aren't exactly fast to produce. If this whole RI/Amiga thing falls apart, I know I'm going to watch the documentary, and maybe that'll bring this back to life.
P.S. watch a few of Kevin's videos on his page if you're into EDM at all. I'm very impressed.
Good to be back man,
DM
Hooooo whoa look at it all!! Thanks Belgian!
