I have been trying to research this company but never find any current information. I just spoke with:
Michael J. Bongiovanni
Greentree Financial
19720 Jetton Road, 3rd Floor Penthouse
Cornelius, NC 28031
Phone: 704-892-8733
Email: mikebongiovanni@msn.com
He is listed in the quarterly reports and fillings as the investor relations consultant. When I spoke with him, he blatantly lied over the phone and said that he has never been involved with CMIT. He clearly has a past with cmark international inc. because he is not just listed as the investor relations consultant on one financial filling, he is on all of them. IMHO he may have had insider knowledge of the companies' downfall, after Charles died. He would probably also benefit from selling shares into a pump if he was holding. I filed an official complaint with the SEC about much of this as well as telecommunications being disconnected without notifying investors.
Has anyone found any information pertaining to CMIT symbol or Cmark international inc since the telecommunications disconnect and website removals?
Do you know how many shares currently need to be covered? I saw a previous post saying 3 million but if that were the case, why haven't we gone up 100%+ yet?
Anyone know what MMID CSTI is? there is a 700k block of shares showing in lvl 2
One thing is for sure- regardless of if a merging company deals in the MJ sector or not, as long as the merging company is profitable imo, this will take off like a rocket due to increased volume during a r/s and the small float that cmit has.
I agree that hemp would benefit greatly, the only other company I could think of to be interested would be mjna. MJNA would also benefit a great deal because they could cut their share structure down significantly and they are very diversified.
Talk of a MJ deal with HEMP has been posted on cmit yahoo finance board http://finance.yahoo.com/mb/CMIT/
At eod, down 10% and way oversold. with the publicity coming, this will be a rocket on Tuesday morning imo.

Did you see that almost 150k shares went through in the last 45 mins? I think it is interesting given that the average volume per day is 67k. You have my attention, I'll do some research over the holiday weekend and see if I can dig up any info on what is going on.
I did some research and can confirm the site is down.I do not really believe that this is due to a merger. I tried calling cmark also and found that their telephone has been disconnected. I'm also looking at the level 2's and can see about 200k shares for sale by etrade and ameritrade firms which makes me believe that buyer confidence in this particular case just doesn't exist and that people are running. jmho
Mark my words, IMO we will be seeing a squeeze shortly. We saw one earlier this morning and it is setting up perfectly for the end of the day or morning squeeze. The ask/ bid spread is huge, we've gone back into oversold territory and all of the shorts are going to have to cover soon .
15% Bounce in seconds! She is a volatile stock!
Etrade is allowing me to trade shares, I bought after the r/s though.
Looking at L2 and streaming charts. We are way oversold, imo I expect to see a big bounce either today or tomorrow. Any thoughts on this?
What is the split ratio? Was thinking of investing a couple $1000 but not sure if it's worth it at this level
I was able to trade some shares on Friday
Washington Dispensary Now Takes Bitcoin for Cannabis

Silk Road may be dead, but in at least one Washington State city, people can still buy marijuana and related products using bitcoin.
Medical marijuana dispensary Kouchlock Productions, which opened on Monday February 3, began accepting bitcoin for its wares this week. The dispensary, based in Spokane, is said to already have sold the drug in several bitcoin transactions.
In Washington State, medical dispensaries were legalized in 1998, under initiative 692. This allows dispensaries to sell the drug to patients with terminal or debilitating medical conditions including cancer, HIV-positive status, hepatitis C, and anorexia. A patient can be granted a permit by a naturopath.
While medical mariijuana dispensaries are legal in the state, they are still federally illegal, which makes it difficult for them to process credit cards. This makes bitcoin a useful alternative for them.
Along with Colorado, Washington State legalized pot use in November 2012. Washington’s measure, Initiative 502, allows for the drug to be purchased from licensed retailers. License applications opened late last year.
Paradoxically, now that I502 has been passed, the days could be numbered for medical dispensaries. State Representative Eileen Cody has proposed a bill that would limit the amount of pot that patients (as opposed to non-patients) could possess.
The reasoning is that the untaxed medical dispensary business would undercut the legal business, which will be subject to taxes. The current limit for patient-owned pot is 24 ounces in any form, whereas I502 allows for personal possession of one ounce of usable marijuana.
Counter staff at Kouchlock Productions confirmed that the company was now accepting bitcoin. However store owner Scott O’Neil did not respond to questions yesterday. News reports suggest that the store plans to transition to a non-medical licensed retailer when licenses become available. Eventually, it is estimated that there will be hundreds of retail outlets in the state.
Some businesses are hoping to extend beyond simply selling the drug, which the government will also now allow to be grown for non-medical purposes.
Revenues from marijuana sales, both legal and illegal, amounts to around $1.2bn a year in Washington state, according to public policy research. 80% of the pot is said to be consumed by 200,000 particularly heavy users. In Colorado, where retailers are already open, taxes from the pot business were estimated to be between $1.24m and $3m in the first 30 days of operation.
Alaska is said to be close to becoming the third state to legalize pot, and entrepreneurs are getting interested. Diego Pellicer, founded by former Microsoft manager Jamen Shively, is building a brand of marijuana products, in the hope that the product will become legal in all states over the next ten years.
Bitcoin users can’t legally order their marijuana over the Internet. I502 does not allow for home delivery or Internet orders, but nevertheless, home delivery based on phone orders is already a common under-the-radar occurrence in Eastern Washington.
It is now legal to own an ounce of weed, and lawmakers have said that they consider how it is delivered to be irrelevant. Law enforcement are said anecdotally to be disinterested in investigating these services, and they continue to flourish in advance of retail businesses opening this spring.
I agree, I sold some shares last week to buy into MJ sector. Made 300% in a week! People are now puling out from the MJ sector though and I anticipate a lot of reinvestment into the 3D sector and other long term stocks with newly found profits. All is jmo, I'm long and strong with sigma labs
Doubled my position on the dip at .05, holding strong!
IMO we soar high tomorrow. It is setting up similarly to SING which went up 380% today!
Bought in this morning when it was already up 150% on the day for a long term investment, so glad I got in!
Although the threat of dilution is usually seen as a weakness, I see it as an indication in cmit's current predicament.
IMO, the talk of dilution is an indication that the company is trying to catch up on finances. I read all of the filings from last year and saw a section talking about how the company needs to reduce debt to become attractive for potential buyers of the Cmark business. If your source is credible and warning about the dilution, then cmark must be trying to seal the deal for a buyout/ reverse split.
Let's be honest, most people watching this stock are hoping for that exact event to occur. The train is leaving the station, sometimes it just takes a little longer than what we'd hoped for. Always do your own DD,
GLTA!

I agree as well, we saw how the pps reacted to volume last week with an increase of 100%+. IMHO we are primed being at such recent lows. Only place to go from here is up and at a fast rate. I would be terrified as an MM right now, especially since people like myself just locked in profits from the mj sector and are looking to diversify.
I'm a long holder of this company and believe it is going places, but just want to ask if anyone has thoughts on if the new version of the website will really be released in upcoming weeks when their current website has a post saying "give us 6 months" while talking about the new site and the post is dated January 5, 2014?

Ive been following this stock since last September. With a float this small, it won't take long for this to go up like a rocket.
I suppose it is important to note that my limit order was for 250k shares @ .004 and that is all that went through
Just picked up 150k shares, couldn't get them under .0035
MMs are keeping it way down IMO
I averaged up today and doubled my position. Excited to see this ride after the state of the union address coming up. I believe Obama will at least mention banking regulations for the marijuana industry during the speech which could have a substantial effect on the MJ sector for the week.
This is all speculation of course and jmo, always do your own dd
Reached .04!
Huge news! FederAl banking regulations being changed to accommodate marijuana companies

Big news, I don't think it will be going down much longer. Banking regulations are being changed to accommodate marijuana companies. Several of the companies that MNTR hold in its portfolio have been and will continue to increase rapidly which is constantly increasing the value of MNTR's portfolio and our shares.
Anyone know what MNTR's portfolio looks like with regards to specific ownership percentages in those other companies?

I agree. With everything going in the MJ industry and the low float, this can get big IMO
Extremepicks.com listed the stock on their website as a potential investment. I've seen their follower base flock to stocks and run the price up many times. Some of their potential plays are good, but I have been burned on the ones that I went after so I'm going to sit on the sidelines and watch this one play out
Blast off! With q4 released, and a "significant growth" since last quarter, we can be sure that this will rocket past the $1.00 soon IMHO
I agree, I'm a mechanical engineer and can see the sigma QA technology take the place of extremely expensive conventional Quality inspection equipment for a fraction of the cost. I'm long... mark my words, this company is going to be huge.
Is anyone still holding long on cmit?
Just bought into MJNA yesterday! with this rapidly emerging CBD industry, I can only begin to dream of the profit potential.
Any idea when Q3 financial reports will be released?
Any ideas on when the news may break? I picked up 70k last week at .013 and am excited seeing consistent daily volumes over 500k. They released their 3rd quarter earnings last year on November 15, I suspect maybe they will release more news then? Any thoughts?
