IMO, the talk of dilution is an indication that the company is trying to catch up on finances. I read all of the filings from last year and saw a section talking about how the company needs to reduce debt to become attractive for potential buyers of the Cmark business. If your source is credible and warning about the dilution, then cmark must be trying to seal the deal for a buyout/ reverse split.
