The most important way to make Actipatch work is by keeping the entire wire tight on skin, to me it’s kinda like the way to complete a curcuit. By far the best way is always between skin and a compression sleeve/shirt.

There would have been ZERO doubt about how successful this launch would be.

I've suggested so many times to create a video (powerpoint presentation) to help explain the miraculous way this really works. The better that this video is, more athletes will be willing to try it. That's all we need to accomplish, getting them to try it, because we know it works.
I dont use FB or Twitter. But if I did, id be tweeting videos of Actipatch and suggest lit hers wear 3 or 4 Actipatches at a time in on the entire compression sleeve.
CAN YOU IMAGINE A POST SEASON WITH NO DEAD ARMS? Today this would be a dinstinct advantage to any team, especially if most of the other teams arent using it. This is why I suggest MLB Network strarting the conversation about electroceuticals in the trainers tool box. Because they each last for 720 hours, technically they could literally wear them 24/7 all month long.

IMO, Actipatch is on another level of this type of product. Once the Actipatch and the Biolectronics compression arm sleeve are introduced to MLB pitchers, it will obviously gain a lot more attention, but even more important, people will know it exists and will go out of their way to try it.
Why arent we showing MLB network hosts the Actipatch. Pubic relations can also make big impressions AND ITS FREE! If we never try to make that connection before the launch, that would be sad. This type of publicity is exactly what we need going into the launch.

Very little sales for over a year but they still haven't had success with MLB pitching arms? Getting on TV with pitchers wearing the Actipatch under a BIEL compression sleeve in dugout would certainly get people talking about it. Why doesnt Keith make an introduction and show off the amazing ability of Actipatch.
Pitchers used to wrap their arm in ice, and studies prove that this only temporarily relieves the pain, AND PREVENTS the inflammation from going away. They should all be wearing ACTIPATCH under a compression sleeve, even on days off - BECAUSE ITS STILL HEALING AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL (it even heats up that area too). Could you imagine having the entire pitching staff - WITH NO DEAD ARMS!
Public relations = FREE PUBLICITY, exactly what we need NOW, preceding the launch. Do we have a strategist? If people were seeing this being used on TV, (I'd bet the cameraman would take a shot of it), then the discussion begins with MILLIONS OF PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT A PRODUCT THAT'S ABOUT TO BE LAUNCHED! (smart strategy in my book).
We are just talking about just 1 sport - Baseball. But what if they reached out to all of sports over the past 2 or 3 years? But they didn't even try. How about Colleges Universities High schools...
Imagine seeing Actipatch on TV during the baseball games. If we did, we would have the SETUP already in place for a VERY SUCCESSFUL product launch over the next few months. I think it would be a GAURANTEED SUCCESS.
Seriously, I've brought this up so many times and unfortunately we're about to launch, and the discussion among millions hasn't even begun. Cant stress enough just how PATHETIC AND LAZY the staff must be. ZERO CREATIVITY in the PR dept! We certainly haven't been busy selling, so why wouldn't they try that approach, this strategy would've cinched it.

I'll post 10 pics of a severely sprained ankle, 5 Before and 5 After they slept with the Actipatch in the ankle brace / sock for 9 hours overnight. This was the second sprained ankle we saw heal literally overnight. My sons was around 21 when it happened to him a few years ago, but in July his girlfriends father slipped on a wet floor at work in July, he's about 50. My son thought it was amazing that it worked again because their was a 30 year age difference, but the results were exactly the same...
Hopefully these signed deals realized the only missing ingredient was Advertising dollars. If they have enough money to attract attention - we know these work way better than most would imagine. They will have to sell millions to move the needle.

A follow up letter discussing the incredibly large share structure would be also be another step in the right direction.

IT HAPPENED AGAIN AFTER 5 YEARS. This time I got PICS as PROOF
Here are 5 Before and 5 After Pics of My sons girlfriend Dad who rolled his ankle the day before the 4th of July. He wore the LOOP overnight in the same Ankle Brace my son used 5 years ago when he sprained his ankle. Pics clearly show how inflamed this was within hours from when it happened. He was using Ice immediately after it happened until my son said not to use ice when using the loop, as its counterproductive. To be honest, the loop was on the injury within 5 hours from when it happened. The reason I mention that is because both injuries (very similar location) were healed OVERNIGHT! My son was 19 when it happened to him suggesting that may be a reason why it healed so fast, because of his youth. But after seeing these pics 5 years later on a guy more than twice his age (approx 50) also healed overnight. this was the main point my son wanted me to mention, and what he was paying attention to.
He slept overnight (8-10 hours) with it and went to the gym to workout the next morning. The "AFTER" pics were after the workout.
Anybody with eyes that can clearly see this but doesn't want to acknowledge this products efficacy would clearly make you wonder WHY after seeing this? When this happened to my son 5 years ago, this was the lightbulb moment for me that will never ever allow me to give up - SIMPLY BECAUSE IT REALLY WORKS LIKE MAGIC....

Embarassed to say I received yet another email marketing actipatch. Just for the record, I am very aware of the products. Just curious why they dont spend the same amount of time to make an ad that targets TEAMS SPORTS?
Try sending an email to all Pro and Semi Pro sports teams with a linkn to a landing page that is showing 20 seconds at a time, of a well thought out power point presentation that will captivate them. When finished they will see a Q & A with answers to the questioms we've all had when we first realized how magical these devices truly are. When finished targeting sports teams, then target schools K - 12 and community colleges and Universities.
By accident someone will call with questions, and then more and more will start to inquire about this technology.
HERES WHERE THAT MAGIC HAPPENS:
One call could simply blow the roof off. Be aware of the fact that when people discover something like this, they will discuss it it with colleague's at work, friends, family AND believe it or not, they too can talk!
Just imagine what might happen if the company put half an effort into these campaigns.
Maybe the family really is better off marketing to us, they keep paying the bills, and seem to be quite content PRETENDING!
Which device is the priority?
The products work so great, is the priority Recovery RX which in my opinion would make this company more profitable than Amazon as it would very quickly become the SOC and spread throughout the world. Why wouldn't it become a mandate for all surgeries if its reducing time spent in hospitals, and greatly improving the quality of the surgeries when used prior to the surgery? And also sped up the recovery time when used after the surgery.
This product by itself could greatly help the healthcare mess, then the other retail goods (Mueller braces and other companies like them), will come running when they realize how good this works. Or, are they trying that in reverse, trying to get into retail first which will pull the Recovery RX into the conversation.
IMO, The push / pull marketing will immediately benefit all the other devices from the brand recognition, but I dont see anything even being primed. Not sure how that will work without more EFFORT. At some point, I dont know when, BIEL will try to inform people outside this message board that there is an option for pain, inflammation, cuts, bruising, road rash, twisted or sprained knees, ankles and wrists... AND ITS FDA CLEARED!
Sports is pretty dead right now because Coronavirus, this would be an ideal time to educate the sports world, Jr. High, H.S., Community Colleges and Universities and all PRO TEAMS and their affiliates. This is one example of what I meant as priming the market.
Brilliant concept out there called GOTOMEETING. Up to 50 seats per online meeting. Share powerpoint presentations online and have Q & A after the meeting.
Has anybody seen or heard from Smart Insole??? That market is already primed if they sign that deal with Dr. Scholl's. I never heard the explanation of why they immediately pulled the product from market after receiving FDA clearance.
To me, that made absolutely NO sense. Especially after KN kept using the word IMMINENT in describing the Dr. Scholls deal. In my opinion, that was the perfect description of DECEPTION, just stringing us along that entire time.
That still needs to be looked into in detail in my opinion. That was the moment that all the eyes watching this stock deemed management completely INEPT, and now we have thousands of eyesballs watching this try to unfold with their fingers crossed. By now we should have hundreds of thousands of eyeballs watching this... and benefiting from the investment.
We are now stained to the bottom of the toilet 3 years after recieveing those two clearances in Feb 2017.
All the while, our SLEUTH CEO continues with the most UNATTRACTIVE share structure I've ever seen in BB.
Nearly 70B and counting I think is the running total, and nothing but silence from our Sleuth CEO.
Patience gets so frustrating when we arent even trading 1M today compared to 70B mess. Good luck and keep your fingers crossed.

My son rolled his ankle while catching a young very strong German Shepherd. The ankle blew up to the size of an elephants foot in just a few hours. It was so painful that he'd cringe if you just pointed at the ankle area.
It happened late afternoon, so we put an skeleton ankle brace around the ankle and placed the actipatch under it over night (8 or 9 hours). [THIS IS WHY I FEEL IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO SHOW THIS TO ALL SPORTS TEAMS, Jr. High, H.S. College, semi-pro and pro teams, their training staffs and doctors etc], BECAUSE THIS IS A REALLY BIG DEAL.
When he woke up the next morning he was standing in the doorway of his bedroom and said "hey Dad, look". He was standing with ALL HIS WEIGHT ON THE BAD ANKLE, which was already reduced 95% from the night before. Within a week, he was back at dog training.
Everything weve used it on it has worked. Some injuries may take longer to start feeling the effect because everybodys injury is going to effect that person differently. Even if you put it on and feel nothing after a day or 2, (TRUST ME, it will work in a matter of days and you will be very excited about it's future).
When do we expect the return of our CE Mark? That was a huge step back, and may be why we are back to .0005!

Hard to believe that a product this good may never get to market - even with FDA clearences. They have nothing to hide behind anymore other than coronavirus, no more clearences are needed to get to the next level.

Very good info here, however, I think it would have been better received in an update.
I agree that going this route will not only be doable, but will allow the brand to be recognized kinda like the "INTEL INSIDE", Imagine seeing "ACTIPATCH INSIDE" on all the devices that see this value in licensing.
I have seen the light, and hope they can put all their focus into this succesfull launch this year.
Image is very important, espescially when introducing a WORLD CLASS line of products that will forever change the way people heal.

Hard to believe that even with a line of products this good, an avg CEO in KW is not the answer. It will eventually break down, and when they finally realize that this line of products is worthless until we get into the retail space with a MAJOR SPLASH.
I've read over and over on this board how KW has made over $10M with the share sham structure that doesnt seem to be helping.
To me this screams she doesn't have enough faith in this line to take a chance with that money. Thats the money that could lure a top tier seasoned CEO who has rubbed elbows with this space for years and could launch this line 10x better than this management team ever could, simply because they dont know what they done know. So unbelievably obvious. That same dont know how attitude is why it took this long to get to where we are? Think about that...
If your really about helping shareholders who have propped this company up for almost 10 years, and they would all like to see this flourish the way we have discussed for years, the ADULT thing to do would be to literally hire the right CEO and get rich alot sooner. Being an adult is hard enough, but pretending to be a CEO is impossible IMO.

All we really need to do is put forth an honest effort without any hidden agendas. The products are way to good for anyone to be too greedy. In time when everybody has already heard about these products, the margin isn't that important because the volume of products being sold all by itself will richly reward all. Just get the product to market already.

The product itself is a world class game changer. The elephant in the room is the same management, just a reboot. My only worry, management.
Hopefully this turns into real business and very soon. I still haven’t heard anything about the CE mark. Without it, we can’t ship those pallets to Europe.
A couple years back, if you include the notes that are still owed with the current share structure, it’s approx of 64B, and is a HUGE PROBLEM.
My advise to anyone entering, be careful and watch it like a hawk. As good as the products are, the management over ten years have been mind boggling horrible. I stay invested because it is the only relief for my lower back and neck pain. If a seasoned CEO would take control we would all be feeling a lot better. It is what it is and we can’t do a damn thing about it.

My question for you, how do you trust this management team? I’ve repeated this many times, the company lied to us intentionally IMO, 2 years ago. That’s my take. Remember when the word used on an almost daily basis when Bayer was visiting a lot. They kept repeating the mantra - Bayer deal imminent.
OBVIOUSLY WE ALL KNOW IT DIDN’T HAPPEN. That should be on every single shareholders mind these days. The most frustrating part for me this entire time, how they pretend to be working. This is after YOU accidentally figured out they lost the CE MARK. They just don’t seem to be forthcoming with the important information, like they’re always holding something back or not telling us the whole story. It’s like they pretend they used to be so successful in some other life and they know exactly what to do. This entire time, entry level interns could have been mailing samples to school trainers, college administrators and professional sports teams to start introducing the product that we hope will catch on immediately. By trying they would have been setting us up for success by spreading the word as Steve has suggested too many times.
But they new better, OBVIOUSLY, look where we’re at. TRIPS again!!!
If this product was in the hands of a COMPETENT management team from the beginning, this product would already have established a household name. But instead we have a sloth management team. What have they ever done right?
I love the products. I use binder clips to keep one on the big bone at the back of my neck everyday. It really helps not feel the neck pain. I use one for my lower back and it also works everyday.
If only this management team could finally do something right on behalf of us the shareholders they’ve lied to on a pretty regular basis, and would probably think nothing of doing it again.
The smartest people IMO, are investors with just enough skin in the game to make you keep track of what’s going on. I think by watching very closely at this point could be the best way to NOT GET TRAPPED. We have all seen the pathetic mishaps and lies getting to this point. All that can easily disappear if management GETS OFF THEIR SOAPBOX and really tries to make deals, instead of pretending like the deals weren’t good enough, because look what they have now? An angry group of investors that have been more than patient. It’s taken this family 20 years to get to this point. (Worst I’ve ever seen) considering the product really does work amazingly well.
They think this product was too cheap. They can’t sell this product that cheap? Why not? Once people buy it and realize how great it is they will buy more. THIS TOO IS MARKETING. If the price starts to increase, that’s just part of normal supply/demand. We’ve all seen this scenario play out with other new products all the time.
My point is, Who the hell cares how cheap it sells for, once the product gets HOT, the price will increase and their margins will too. First allow the product to get to this point first. The market alone will decide what this is worth once people know it exists.
Meanwhile, keep up the great work marketing. The most embarrassing thing I’ve seen was the emails they were sending to people. BOGO.
They could even format the wording correctly. Let me give you an example of just how PATHETIC marketing at BIEL really is.

This is just one example, I’ve seen several other emails like this. The offer itself if embarrassing. Buy a 720 hour device and get a 7 day trial at a discounted price.
There is not one sensible thing in this promotion. It probably did more harm than good. Remember when marketing...

Yea, I'd say thats just an understatement.
Unbelieveable this company still can't get its sh!t together. Lets continue to pretend that the share structure isnt way out of line or was intentionally done this this way.
No matter what they try to do, they ultimately always FAIL. New management could change this immediately and show us what this company could really be capable of, however under our current management, this is as good as it gets.
Can it get even more pathetic than this?
