My son rolled his ankle while catching a young very strong German Shepherd. The ankle blew up to the size of an elephants foot in just a few hours. It was so painful that he'd cringe if you just pointed at the ankle area.

It happened late afternoon, so we put an skeleton ankle brace around the ankle and placed the actipatch under it over night (8 or 9 hours). When he woke up the next morning he was standing in the doorway of his bedroom and said "hey Dad, look". He was standing with ALL HIS WEIGHT ON THE BAD ANKLE, which was already reduced 95% from the night before. Within a week, he was back at dog training.

Everything weve used it on it has worked. Some injuries may take longer to start feeling the effect because everybodys injury is going to effect that person differently.
