Hey there, I noticed I missed a BTC related PM from you like a month ago. Sorry about that. Anyway, the crypto scams continue to suck money away from real people who otherwise would spend that money with real businesses that sell real products.

The fraudulent federal government should go after Comcast for their systemic fraudulent business practices. Their hoodrat sales people knowingly lie to customers, especially to the elderly, because they know how difficult it is to get a person on the phone thru the automated system in order to correct anything or cancel. Go ahead and log in to your account and try to cancel it. There is no option anywhere. You can only change services. Even though they record the phone call and acceptance of the "promotional" terms, they STILL set you up with a higher priced package for their own personal gain as sales people. They expect you to log in later and change the package to the correct one yourself or just get overcharged. That way they still get their credit, or commission, or whatever for the upsell. They deserve many lawsuits as well as class action, government penalties, and boycotting. These are the days to vote with your dollars. Stop rewarding bad behavior.
When was the last time you ran into someone with "covid"? It's a fake disease. No one needs a pill for it. The more PFE invests in "covid", the more they will lose.

Btw, I did appreciate your response there, but that being said, with one post per day here I can only say so much lol. So, here are also a couple papers for the rest of the board. One on cannabidiol as a preservative food coating, and one on cannabidiol vs periodontitis.
Both papers have significantly positive outcomes. IMO, these kinds of new innovative uses for cannabinoids are what the cannabinoid market should be about...

Also, if you incorporate the July launch of FedNow into the storyline, it becomes obvious that the Fed is planning on being the alpha and omega. It's just us and the fed now, and they have infinite "liquidity" to provide wherever they desire. Everything in the middle is just a show...I imagine SAFE banking is being somewhat timed with all of this...Hopefully, the FedNow launch will help boost retail transactions...
Regarding FDIC...my mention of the Fed being prepared to address "any" "liquidity pressures" was meant to address that concern as well. FDIC has never been able to cover a majority of deposits under $250k. It has always been a fraudulent promise and their shortfall is not new data. When were they ever able to cover 100% of deposits under $250k? Point being, FDIC isn't really necessary if the Fed is willing to provide liquidity wherever there are holes, which they are. One ring to rule them all.
If you wanna take over a country's entire banking and financial system, you just gotta lend money to all its banks.
But why would banks ever need to borrow money?
Well, under normal circumstances, they wouldn't. However, the guys who've been running all of the banks have been making sure to overleverage them on purpose so they need loans from an entity that shouldn't exist.
But how can they "overleverage" when there is zero reserve requirement?
Exactly.
What more does the Fed really have to say to quell anyone's concern about "the banks"?...
Good reply and I agree. The FDA choosing to use data based on 3 times the dosage of the drug format instead of addressing realistic dietary supplement doses is hopefully what Comer will address right away. Do we know exactly when that will be yet?
As far as CBD/THC, I've done the calculations too many times and have gone in circles too many times. I can't keep repeating the argument against the FDA or my face may start to turn blue.
As far as the macro, we know the banking "crisis" talk is nonsense. We know, coincidentally of course, right after "covid" kicked off, in 2020, that they reduced the reserve requirement for banks to zero. So, headlines that say people are "shocked" or "stunned" by banks not being able to cover their liabilities is just media propaganda. The story should have been headlines three years ago.
The Fed will provide whatever liquidity is deemed necessary to any U.S. bank if they feel like doing it, even banks in other countries lol. They've already publicly stated that. IMO, all us folks really have to worry about is how the story will be spun and how it will affect consumer retail spending.
The irony of it all is the timing. We may get a sector run if cannabis companies will finally be able to borrow money from banks that now have a zero reserve requirement, lol, aka no money. Ahhh, you gotta love how they make you feel thankful for being allowed to maybe borrow money from people who don't actually have money.
"The banks" are now all just conduits that directly connect the consumer to the Fed. IMO, the SAFE banking act is just a way of saying, "yes, the Fed will now loan dollars to cannabis companies through their cashless subsidiaries that we still call banks for some reason". FedNow launches this summer too, so it probably will all occur/develop together.
https://www.frbservices.org/financial-services/fednow
Either way, I do hope they pull off SAFE banking this time and we see a rush of investments, loans, uplists, M&A, etc. because no matter what the Fed's market game is, the way to play is always to go along to get along.
Sorry about the miscalculation towards the end of that post, but the point remains the same. I explained on the other board...

I did some bad unit conversions (kilograms instead of grams) between these two toxicology papers, but the point is the same. After converting from rat to human(5000:800) based on the first paper, it's not 10 pounds of CBD isolate in a single dose that would be needed for human male reproductive toxicity, as I stated during early morning math, it is 4800mg, or 4.8grams of CBD isolate in a single dose. That would be the equivalent of ingesting more than three 30mL (50mg per mL) bottles of CW's original formula in a single dose.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/Charlotte-s-Web-Holdings-Inc-36138
Some papers below...
This first paper may be more about THC than CBD, but it still shows that a 100kg guy like me would need to ingest around 80kg (800mg/kg, or 80% of my own body mass) of 15.6% THC cannabis for a 50/50 chance of dying...

More than a few drops of Oil of Oregano can have harmful effects. A FEW DROPS. The FDA wants to judge hemp extract based on chugging full bottles.

Funny thing is if you ingested these same amounts of any other herbal tincture at Whole Foods, you would need to go to the hospital immediately, and might not make it. Go ahead and chug a bottle or two of Wormwood tincture and see what happens. See how much clove oil you can drink till you vomit. Hemp extract is much more benign. It's just stupid to be talking about the dosage amounts they are talking about in even one sentence of the report when they know what people want are dosages that are in an entirely different universe.
I'm an old pro, and I've never ingested even 500mg of CBD gummies or tincture in a single sitting, not even close. And a 20mg THC gummy or two is what I'll do if I really want to get crazy on a Tuesday. These hundreds and thousands of milligrams levels they are addressing are just not what people are doing with these products.
Even on their lower end where they discuss dosages like 30mg/kg, I would be ingesting 3000mg, almost 2 bottles of CW original formula in a sitting. At those levels, you're just as likely to have problems from the sheer amount of olive oil or alcohol.
The FDA is cherry picking what data they want to acknowledge. They haven't seriously focused on the dietary supplement dose ranges.
Do they really think people are going to ingest hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of hemp extract or even CBD isolate at one time? Does anyone realistically think this?
I weigh 100kg. Would I ever ingest 250mg/kg? That's 25,000mg. There's only 1800mg in a whole bottle of CW's original formula. I don't know CV's dosages very well, but that's almost 14 bottles worth of CW in a single dose. How is this relevant to the single dose amounts we are talking about ingesting as dietary supplements(10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60mg)? They just keep repeating irrelevant data.
Not so much to sort out IMO. They've left out all that would have needed to be cross referenced with their already preexisting drug data. The paper covers crazy dosages like 1500mg or even 25,000mg. These are not the dosages these CBD companies are trying to sell. These dosages are like if someone drank half a bottle or even 4-5 bottles in a single dose.
The data is also mostly for CBD isolate and not Full Spectrum Hemp Extract. That goes through additional processing with solvents that FSHE does not go through. I don't see full spectrum hemp extract, or even broad spectrum hemp extract being addressed correctly in the paper.
I haven't seen any push/shove match yet, as no one from congress has pushed back yet at all. We are about to see that from Comer.
Agreed. The outcome of the upcoming FDA meeting with Congress is more worth our time. I just posted the new CBD toxicology report from the FDA, and it is the same old nonsense from before. They've incorporated no new data. They keep trying to evaluate a dietary supplement under drug criteria even though the NPA, some companies, and Validcare, have all submitted more relevant data with more relevant dosages. The FDA just pretends all that industry data is totally invisible. The NPA has addressed the stubbornness and dishonesty of the FDA report...
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=171777196
I have been thinking about that for a while as well. The largest shareholder is the largest shareholder. The debt owed to the IRS is close to the value of the whole company. Not sure how it would all go down, but there seem to be some parts that fit together.
The FDA published a CBD toxicology report ahead of the meeting with Comer and it is a joke. The NPA addresses the shortcomings of the FDA report, and as I mentioned before, I didn't think the FDA was being honest about what data they are working with. Now we know that is the case for sure. The NPA has clearly stated that the FDA has chosen to pretend that the NPA did not submit a citizen petition with much more relevant dosages that are fit for dietary supplements. They've ignored the data submitted by the companies as well. Comer should have a field day with the FDA in the upcoming meeting...
