Interesting - found a reference to Al Waddill on a start-up pitch website too. He seems to be involved with DEVORTO (listed as President, actually), they are building an aircraft that never has to land. $475,000 of R&D funding from NASA and AirForce.

So why the Groen Brothers Aviation Merger in Nov 2021, and then this announcement just two months afterwards? They talk about “industrial partner” - build this in Wyoming?
Checked that Wyoming Secretary of State website again, and found an update - an Article of Merger signed by David Groen and Al Waddill on Nov 22, 2021. Basically merging Utah company into the Wyoming Groen Brothers Aviation company. 500,000,000 votes in favor. Notice not required to be sent to shareholders.

Mean anything?
Who/what is Groen Aeronautics? Came across a totally superficial 1page article dated Jan 18, 2022
groenaeronautics.com/aviation-industry-aeronautics/
Not sure I understand that last post? Something coming soon or have things fizzled out?
Interesting! My Fidelity account always had shares listed, but again no value. When I contacted my rep some time ago he said they were still valid shares, so have been hanging on and hoping. Looking forward to news!
Why is Fidelity suddenly not allowing us to lock shares at higher limit sell orders? Previous orders being cancelled, when try to reset I get the following message:
“The limit price entered is too far away from the last trade for this security. Please correct and re-submit your order”
True for other trade platforms?
How much was the actual SBA PPP loan that is now forgiven? That’s a fair bit of change I believe that should impact next quarter financials?
Still here, waiting for take-off, no pun intended.
Still waiting to see if any news coming out of Wyoming?
Think I have a better chance of GNBA going back to the $2 I paid for some of my shares . . .
I could claim some great insight, but to be honest it was just lucky I guess - starting with looking for that Utah bankruptcy filing from a couple of years ago.
Kennon is based in Sheridan WY. Engineering design house, military plane focus (OK, cockpit shields and protective equipment, but something), with solid DoD contacts? SBIR expertise for custom projects?
Saw that, but not sure I understand the fit. Too small of an outfit? Not a manufacturing facility?
Not a lot of history or info, just filing agent name (Riley Park). But under “Additional Details” section it does say 1,000,000,000 common shares?
Try this:
https://wyobiz.wyo.gov
Go down to the last button for “Search for and obtain files business documents”, and then enter Groen Brothers. Only one option pops up!
Sorry - fixed link
Wyobiz.wyo.gov/business/filingdetails.aspx?eFNum=09513602802624125017907315412813205300415512784
Though now that I am looking, can anyone tell me why Groen Brothers Aviation Inc filed as a domestic profit corporation with Secretary of State in Wyoming on May 4th, 2021?

Still here, following with interest but no news.
Telling my kids these “shares” will be part of their inheritance . . .
I’m not bored. Still waiting and hoping something comes out of this mess, more because of an interest in seeing this technology finally gain some commercial (and military) traction, than an expectation we GNBA shareholders will get our just reward (too late for that?)
Sorry for the dumb question - but those 447,000 Sky shares, once traded and valued, would be split among how many GNBA shares?
Saw this on an Aviation Week & Space Technology alert I receive - is this SW?
An urban air mobility startup with an experienced design team and backing from a Walmart executive has emerged from stealth with plans to develop an all-electric vertical-takeoff-and-landing air taxi.
The startup hopes to set itself apart in the hype-plagued urban air mobility (UAM) market by tapping the experience of its design team to produce a safe, quiet vehicle with reliable performance at low manufacturing and operating costs.
When is the next shareholders update? Has it been two weeks yet?
Can someone please comment on Note 3 on page 12 of the report?
I’m in to hold and retire, but that part worries me?
After owning this stock for so many years (cant even think about what I paid for my first shares!), I would be happy just to see the technology validated!
We’re all good?
Uhm, problem with having a beverage at the moment, I don’t know if I should have some Cool-Aid, a cold beer, or a nice glass of very good Scotch I have been saving for a special occasion. . . .
Some of us still holding on . . . you never know . . .
I asked about that very point, and was told:
“The stock you hold is in Groen Brothers Aviation, Inc., a Utah corporation
("GBA"). GBA is separate from Skyworks Global Inc. and the two entities do
not have any directors or officers in common with each other. Since
December 2012, Skyworks has taken ownership of assets of GBA, including
American Autogyro International (AAI) which produces the SparrowHawk, and is
working to develop those assets. GBA retained stock in Skyworks and we
sincerely hope for the best for Skyworks.
GBA currently is not in operation, though it continues to exist. However,
GBA has been considering various operational plans, none of which have been
decided upon. The shares of GBA (GNBA) are not trading and have not been
trading for some years now. Thus, at this time there is no "market value"
to the GBA stock. We do hope, however, that will change sometime in the
future.
We will add you to our list of shareholders to contact in the event of any
material developments. Please feel free to check back with us at a later
time for an update.
Sincerely,
David Groen, FRAeS
Founder, Chairman & CEO
Groen Brothers Aviation, Inc.
Salt Lake City, Utah”
But what will trigger the stock becoming available for trading again?
I paid to get the last listed update - didn’t say much except that company (Skyworks Global, Inc.) agreed to pay:
The payment of the Settlement Amount (as defined in the Kent Agreement) to Kent is approved and the Company is directed to make that payment to Kent.
The Company’s payment of the Wage Claim Payments, Missed Wages Payments, and Payments, as defined in the Parry and Carron Agreements, are approved. The releases contemplated by the Agreements are approved.
Will see if I can find specific document highlighting payout details.
Following up on the bankruptcy case for GNBA, is this “settlement” significant?
https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/22599648/General_Aeronautics_Corporation
No, nothing in CT. Used the given link and SKUs, everywhere shows”Out of stock”.
Has anyone found any ActiPatch kits sold in CVS’s in Connecticut?
OK then, will keep the faith!
Haven’t checked the Utah bankruptcy website in awhile - I seem to remember a trial date coming up sometime in September. Wonder if that is still in the works.
So I am a little confused - a new partnership with Skyworks Global, once connected to GBA, formerly GNBA . . . Does this mean as a previous GNBA shareholder I still have a stake in this somewhat? After that last article that was circulated I thought all that was left was an empty shell . . .
Hope the technology finds its niche regardless, still believe there was great value there.
Look for latest article in Skyworks-Global.com/#section-press
Very interesting article!
Would imply a return to the kit gyroplane business this year (as per pre-DARPA days when they owned a big chunk of that recreational market)?
But last quote about partnerships also seems to imply that nothing bigger yet in the works?
Update on:
https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/22599648/General_Aeronautics_Corporation
Hearing scheduled for 7/9/2018 at 10:00 AM at US Bankruptcy Court.
Danbury, CT —> on board for over 5 years now!
Not invested to the level some others are on this board (the good ol’ days when owning 500,000 shares seemed like a huge deal). But bought a knee ActiPatch myself and have been a believer ever since.
Need a back pain version now, can’t wait for it to hit shelves in the US.
Any updates or news? Or clock just keeps on ticking?
Checked the Utah Bankruptcy website again, hard to tell without paying fees, but seems to be activity as late as today? Something about Motion to Dismiss?
www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/22599648/General_Aeronautics_Corporation
Well, I have already been waiting for 10+ years (still have a certificate at home for a few 100s shares at $2+ from the good ol’ days), so I guess I can wait a little longer . . . just have to believe . . .
So I see on Utah’s Bankruptcy Court Case list (https://www.inforuptcy.com/filings/utbke_414979-2-17-bk-28510-general-aeronautics-corporation)
that:
Skyworks Global
aka Groen Brothers Aviation
aka Green Aeronautics Aviation
aka etc etc etc
Filed for Chapter 11 (petition #17-28510) in Sept 2017, and there have been a whole bunch of dockets submitted over past several months by a handful of creditors. So we are done?
Isn’t Al Waddill an EVP at Skyworks? And an old director from GNBA days? What does he have to gain by this?
