So I see new annual report was filed on 4/5/24 ($60). But no info on Wyoming Sec of State website on reverse split? Still shows common shared shares of 1,000,000,000?

I noticed the Groen website (or the simple framework they initially set up) is now gone?

We talk about our success being tied to Skyworks Global. But how does Sky really fit into the eVTOL picture? I can’t find them listed as one of top companies tracked in this segment - are they competing with the likes of Archer Aviation for example?

Not sure how many shares outstanding. The Wyoming records show 1 billion authorized?

I still have a handful of shares I have been holding on to for so long it’s almost embarrassing . . . $2.15/share. I still have the actual certificate! Would love to see it back at that level, but also know I averaged down over the years with a lot cheaper shares (what can I say, always believed in GNBA!). I believe as you do that the IP is worth quite a bit, but how much leverage do we really have is the question . . .

So over the last few years I have seen comments on $0.07/share to $0.25/share to even as high as $1.50/share . . . I’ll be very happy with the second forecast . . .

What exactly will be the point of spending over $25K in litigation? What kind of intellectual property transfer do you think can take place? You talked about the fantastic innovation that was coming with GNBA, if you know what Al and David are holding on to, can you share details now?
