6 Million shares traded today so far... that's just $1,200. C'mon man... we're trading NOTHING. Twelve hundred dollars. I think 50 million shares traded yesterday... that's just $10,000. So it seems no one is interested. But I am.
Got another million shares at 2's... might be a really dumb idea BUT I'm averaging down, down, down. Sounds familiar, huh. So for all the money I spent on the first 400,000 shares... I can't resist a million shares for $200. Plus $10 broker fee. ANYWAY... how I remain a little optimistic is almost beyond me, but Inergetics keeps producing great products! They just don't seem to be able to monetize it... BUT... I still think we could easily see a 5X, 10X, or even 100X bagger here. What the heck... a million shares for $200 after spending $20,000 on way less just seems too appealing. Wishing NRTI and us good luck and a bright future. Go NRTI
And hey... the volume is much better today.
So 10 Million shares traded today... like $4,000 worth... wasn't it just last week like 350 Million one day... like $175,000 worth. Seems everyone's holding... no one wants to sell at this price... I sure ain't. Best of Luck to all.
Ahh the traders...
Get excited, buy a bunch... ride it up and exit... happens all the time... ride that momo... we'll see who has the last laugh on this... for now, you're laughing... later, maybe not. But good luck to everyone anyway... may your hunches prove fruitful.
NRTI has so many valuable brands that they can sell them off for many millions. Stock price is ridiculous. Company worth multiple times what is showing. Just my humble opinion. We should be in several pennies territory. We'll see. Many bagger coming. Good luck all.
Thanks Nadendla... OmEssentials might drive NRTI to greatness. Just my most humble opinion. Best to you and all.
And... no replies to my message... strange...
Many do DD better than me... hey CN... is OmEssentials CBD or whatever it's called a real NRTI product or is it something they produce for an "affiliated" company... I'm confused about this...
And maybe the big, giant, volume is over... who is doing what to who we just don't know. Good luck guys. Someone tell me is OmEssentials is really an NRTI product... if so... that's exciting. BEST TO ALL... Dennis
OmEssentials very interesting...
We've been looking for "Nulief" CBD products to take center stage... but a March 24th, 2015 news release talks about OmEssentials being an NRTI brand. Yet... nothing on the NRTI website relates to this. Not the brand, not the news release. Seems like a separate company or something... though Inergetics did the news release. So I'm confused. Question is... is OmEssentials an Inergetics owned property or not. It seems it is... but on NRTI website... no mention... at all. Only Martha Stewart, Bikini Ready, Surgex, and a couple of others.
OmEssentials, which seems to market to YOGA enthusiasts, seems to be a shadow company of NRTI. Does NRTI own this... if so... could be a MEGA MOVER as the CBD line is available online and this would be the catalyst for a big move... actually selling CBD
stuff. "Dickybad" on this site has bought it and says it's good, and that it helps him in various ways. I was skeptical that it was an NRTI product until I researched the 3-24-15 news release. WHY our company NRTI is not saying anything about this is beyond me. That news release stats that OmEssential products are NRTI products. [i]If this is true... FAT CITY. Meaning, BUY ALL YOU CAN.
But that's just me... please try to figure it out for yourself. For me... I'm very hopeful. Best of luck to all! ...Dennis48
$500 buys a million shares... so the company is worth about $125,000 based on 250 million shares. Argh. And yet we introduce new products and the company is still up and running. That's a good trick. I don't even have a million shares... so maybe I should pony up $500 to get there... or not. I guess from here it's more likely to be a 10 bagger than before... if it get's back to a penny... GLTA.
Looking like the end of the line... how can we get money to operate without massive dilution... what do we do... maybe hope for a buyout at a penny... I put an order in at 0.0015... probably should pull it. Put $4,000 in the last month, starting at 2 cents. Chasing a falling, falling knife. Really falling. But it's not worth selling at one tenth of what I paid, or 0ne hundredth of what I paid for shares earlier the last couple years. My worst investment ever... Why in the world would I try to buy $400 worth today... don't know. At one 100th of what I paid before, seems like a knife catching gotta do it. Bet then... I could use a few hundred dollars elsewhere. Good luck guys. I have no idea where this is going... but it does not look good. After being down $20,000... why cash out at $500. That's the dilemma.
HA! Wish that stuff was legal... but it's not. So we go with Bikini Ready... CBD not legal. Geez after all this discussion... I might sell out. Tired of people saying CBD is legal when it's not... geez. Good luck guys. Either hang in for a year or two... or get the f out of here.
Nice, CN... but I still do not believe in the legality of this... you can believe all you want... but it is not legal all over the place. Keep trying to "MAKE" it "LEGAL" but it's not. Otherwise, I could get some at my local CVS. Not that I need it. This stuff is NOT LEGAL and that's why NRTI cannot market it all over the place. Ask Mr. Kraz.
I own NRTI stock and hope the CBD stuff will be legal... all over the place... as in lots of states...but right now... it is not. You can keep saying it is... but it's not and you are so wrong. You are arguing against a devoted stockholder. We'll see how we can get our product out there... but it will take time. If you are not willing to wait, sell now. If you have a year or so to wait... hang on brothers. That's all I got.
It's not "legal" in all 50 states. CN can say it is... but as Jim Kras says... it's a gray area. I prefer "gray" over "grey". But it is a GRAY area... wish it was not... but "we" (NRTI) cannot market this stuff in all 50 states. THAT'S A FACT no matter what CN say. Wish we could. But we can't. That's why NRTI is being cautious. It will take time. CN likes to say it's legal... but it's not. Still.. I remain LONG on NRTI.
CN... it's not "legal" in all 50 states... as Mr. Kras told me "It's a gray area"... and it is. You can keep quoting some old court ruling that it is legal... but the FACT is it is not considered legal in a large number of states, and shipping it to states where it IS legal is likely a problem. The FACT is that NRTI's CBD does contain a very low amount of THC... which likely makes it illegal in MOST states... thus Walgreens, CVS, and others cannot commit to carry it. Once these legal barriers are overcome through legislation and voter approval... it might be possible for Nulief to be a widespread over the counter drug. UNTIL THEN... NTRI must tiptoe through the tulips, or walk on eggshells regarding CBD.
YES... we might have the best CBD out there... but come on... it's not proven to be legal all over the place and shipping it around could wind this company in big legal troubles.
I'm holding, as I think we'll work through this. But NRTI must tiptoe... as they are doing... to bring CBD to the masses.
Perhaps they jumped the gun with the big show in NYC... but in the end, it might work out.
As always, good luck CN and ALL NRTI investors.
There's no surf in Newark, NJ, Bullofthewoods, so not a good excuse. But they can dream about surf in Newark, NJ.
Today we've traded thus far not $15,000 worth of shares. Today, so far, less than 3 million shares, yesterday, as we got blasted down to half a penny, 18 million shares. Falling share price induces selling. For me, it induces holding and buying. GLTA as always.
Bought 100,000 at these silly prices. Quite a falling knife... but could quadruple soon. I'm not bleeding. Hoping to add more if it stays this low. Good luck to all NRTI longs! Hey... think about going longer! We get to 2 cents... it's a 5 bagger!
This an unbelievable opportunity... at half a cent. I am reorganizing funds for some buys. Sorry I missed 4 tenths of a cent... I'm thinking quadrupling our money in a month or two. So I'm ready to mount a charge. This, as I've said, is ridiculous.
Best of luck to all my friends, longs, in NRTI.
No reason not to finish above a half a cent today... money to be made, In My Humble Opinion. Down here in sub-penny land things change FAST.
I AGREE CN... SP is RIDICULOUSLY LOW. Buy if you can, hold if you own. Just wish I'd waited on my buying spree at 2 cents... now half a cent. But hey, last few minutes we moved from .04 to .05... a 25% increase! Hopefully, in the long run, we'll win. To buy, or not to buy more at a half a cent is the question... and I'm thinking buy. Good luck everyone.
Well that's just great. Down we go... let's hope Bikini Ready helps us... not much else gonna help us now. Geez... it's hang on time for us... hoping we get lucky. BUT... I doubt it. This is terrible... bad... not nice... goodbye money...
Reply to CN post 16286... yes, things are seeming rosier but, in my conversation with Mr. Jim Kras he did say that "We need some capital". And I believe he said they are looking for $5 Million. That's a lot of money. SO... write this down guys... Mr. Kras is looking for FIVE MILLION DOLLARS OF FINANCING. That does not worry me. Just be aware. Dilution might be coming... but... that kind of money will allow us to move forward.
Mr. Kras said "If you know anyone with $5 Million let me know".
So my friends... following a great conversation with Mr. Kras... bottom line is we have some great products but will need some more money to move forward.
Sorry to report that. But, geez, hang in there guys and girls. I am not selling. Buying possible!
Talked To Jim Kras Today! Glad to report I finally got through and had a fine conversation with a man who is quite committed to the success of Inergetics.
My first question was about the "legality of Nulief in all 50 states". Mr. Kras replied that "this is a grey area... we do everything legally... other companies cut corners... we have a superior formula in Nulief".
I hope I am quoting Jim Kras fairly, as I'm not a shorthand steno and of course did not record our conversation, but made notes.
Mr. Kras said "I'm a stockholder... we've been careful... and it's frustrating to see we don't get the recognition (I think he meant the recognition they deserve from stockholders for developing the brands they have developed) and I agree.
"We have a plan... we have a great product line... and we have developed all these lines... and are assembling a team that has all the answers. This in an emerging business" Mr. Kras told me.
"I'm just trying to be prudent and smart, as we have been doing everything right the last 3 years."
As to how many stores NRTI is in... "North of 10,000" Mr. Kras said. I think he said sometimes 15,000 or more... depends on the time frame.
As to the question about Martha Stewart Essentials... Mr. Jim Kras said: "We've been trying to work through it... they've tried to work with us. We're working through it. To have that quality and her name on the box... it's all about what goes into the bottle".
Mr. Jim Kras and I finished by briefly discussing NRTI's other brands... Bikini Ready, Slim Trim, Surgex, Muscle Maker Grille,
etc. He has a strong belief in our brands. So do I.
That's all I've got for now. Good luck... and good night. Nice we've been moving on up today.
I'll go over my notes for any more tidbits... but at this point I think NRTI is in good hands and ready to prosper.
No "CBD" available at Walgreens or CVS... so maybe there is an opportunity there. CBD is available "online" all over the place... but not in Walgreens or CVS pharmacies... so yeah, there's an opportunity there. Maybe those big retailers can't find a RELIABLE, REPORTABLE SUPPLIER. Or maybe they are not sure it's legal. I don't know. I'm leaning towards it is legal but that big retailers have no "reliable" supplier. If that's the case, we will be in "Fat City" soon.
I noticed a story about Wisconsin trying to pass a bill to LEGALIZE CBD this past week. But that MIGHT have been for "Canaboidal CBD" (sorry for spelling) and not HEMP BASED (and "imported") CBD. Not sure... articles on Wisconsin are all over the internet, just look. I mean if CBD is "legal" why do they need a bill to make sure it's legal in Wisconsin. I'm not able to filter through the legalities.
Yea! We're available in one dispensary!
Well... it's a start.
Martha Stewart Essentials (of which I bought $50 worth a month ago for my girlfriend and for my daughter who both like the "Hair Skin and Nails" supplements) are available in like 10,000 locations, and Bikini Ready in thousands of locations, and Surgex and more... and other great brands NRTI owns... forget them. We have Nulief in a store!!! Yes, ONE STORE! Let the PPS SURGE.
I don't know guys... wishing US all the best, and I hope Nulief grows and grows. Hey, do we have a shareholder here on this board who can go and buy a pack and, well, see if it eases his or her pain... we'd all like to hear about that!
Good luck guys... I'm dialing the phone one more time. And we're up today... nice so far...
Dennis
FYI again, no answer. I'm always invited to leave a message for "Millennium Biotechnologies", which never comes up when one searches for Inergetics or NRTI. I notice many companys around Newark, NJ are titled "Millennium" this or that... including some kind of local phone company. So why I hear "You have reached Millennium Technologies, please leave a message" I don't know. Try it guys... 908-604-2500... or 1-888-412-9179... both start with Inergetics directories and such...but when you press 8 for hopefully a live person... if no one answers we get the "You have reached Millennium Biotechnologies, please leave a message" kind of stuff.
I will try to contact them ONE MORE TIME this afternoon... after that... I'm just holding my stock for a while... not promising to ever talk to them... or you... again. GLTA!
FYI no one is answering at NRTI despite my calling at the time suggested by Sherman last Thursday. Have to go out to appointments... if I get back in time, I'll try again. GL all.
Gee CrookedNeck... now you say "Nulief" is our last hope. Geez... for quite some time... you'll remember I was here back then... we talked about Martha Stewart Essentials, and revamped Surgex products, and then we got excited about Bikini Ready, and the shakes at Muscle Maker Grille. And other products too. Lots of products, available in lots of locations... like 15,000 (per 10K) or 20,000 (per PR's according to Capt_Smith77).
And now you are "demanding" that NRTI push the CBD product, which Jim Kras, Energetics president, apparently thinks is less than legal. Yes, the "less than legal" is my opinion based on what Mr. Kras has SAID. He's waiting for some kind of confirmation from, uh, congress, I guess.
Nulief is not our last hope... we have so many great product already on the market, and I've named them above... and this company will grow based on these fine products... in my humble opinion.
I don't think it was fair for you to call me a "fool". You have 14 times more of this stock than me... so who turns out to be the FOOL at this point in time...
WE should be FRIENDS... I am long... you are 14 times longer. You should not be engaging in name calling with a fellow shareholder, methinks.
I WILL be calling NRTI offices on Monday... and the questions will be... since no one excepy Capt_Smith77 and G&L only submitted questions...
1. Is Nulief legal in all 50 states.
2. If it's legal, why is it not available on the NRTI website where I bought some Martha Stewart Essentials before.
3. Capt_Smith77 question... "How many outlets are we REALLY in... 10K shows 15K... but PRs show 20K.
4. From G&L only... " Ask him how he plans on handling the Martha Stewart debacle".
So there we go... those are the question I will ask... and report back with answers sometime Monday afternoon... IF THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. No more questions please... that's all we got. Time is up. Hoping to report back Monday afternoon sometime. Good luck, and good weekend.
Well we've had fun discussing this CrookedNeck and others... but what do you all have to say about Mr. Jim Kras' statement that he's hoping for some legal relief in 18 months or so.
Read, watch the video at #15995 "Pot In A Pill" posted by Capt_Smith77... geez, the president of the company explains that it's kind of not legal and he's waiting for some kind of legal decision before NRTI dares taking Nulief to retail... and probably why no drug or supermarket chain would dare take on this product. When the president of NRTI says this, I have to believe it. Gosh. If it was legal it'd be out there. No one is sure whether it's legal or not and no one wants to risk being shut down, sued, or whatever. We have to wait.
That appears to be the reality... or as CN might say... THE FACTS.
I'm heavily invested in NRTI and I'm not trying to beat us up... just being as realistic as I can be. At this sub-penny price... looks like a BUY. But we might need to buy and hang on for a year or more. Good luck and Good night all.
Thanks CN. I actually did talk to a real person at NRTI... but Mr. Kras and Mr. James were in meetings or out somewhere. Likely, I will get to speak to one of them Monday morning. Can't wait.
Anyway, I still go back to post #15995 "Pot In A Pill" posted by Capt_Smith77... which definitely says that Mr. Kras is not of the opinion that Nulief is "legal in all 50 states". Apparently, unfortunately, this is in a very gray area... yes, it MIGHT be legal... but that's dangerous territory. Put Nulief out there and maybe get blasted by the government. So Mr. Kras thinks we should wait for a determination by... congress I guess... that will confirms that CBD is LEGAL. Until then, NRTI risks being, well, in legal trouble... as do any retailers who might take on the product. Will any pharmacy chain take that risk... no,
Someday we'll get there... but not today, tomorrow, or next month.
Maybe next year.
Please let us focus on Bikini Ready and our other great products.
Good luck all... and good day.
Thanks for being here for us CN. Nulief will be great for us... in a year or so. For now... GO SURGEX, BIKINI READY, etc.
Meetings going on at NRTI... I was advised that Monday might be a good day to call... so until then, good luck... good day, have a good weekend.
Well mc67 I sure wish them well. Hope it happens for you, me, and everybody.
Someone is on the wrong board... MNKD is Afrezza...
BUT Jesus... they would face tremendous lawsuits and probably nasty stuff from the FDA or DEA. Please see post #15995 "Pot In A Pill" from Capt_Smith77. I am not sure if even Capt_Smith77 understands the importance of what he posted there.
Agreed Jesus... CN for board member! Let's vote CN onto the board!
I like it CN. I'd love to agree that it's totally legal across all 50 states... but did you read Capt_Smith77 post #15995... "Pot In A Pill" in which Jim Kras says he's waiting, I think, on a congressional ruling or law... maybe 18 months away. I'd like that a lot, so would you. But for now, it seems, no one knows if they would be prosecuted for selling this stuff anywhere but in MM stores. You do "get that" from his comments... do you not...
I think NRTI is taking a very safe approach, offering Nulief in MM stores... hopefully branching to MM stores beyond California soon.
BUT, my friend, I don't think they are willing to take the RISK of offering it beyond MM stores until Congress passes something clarifying that CBD shall be legal.
Note that in Jim Kras comments regarding "our" product, he says they use hemp containing "very low levels of THC". Uh, does that not possibly, somehow, some way, indicate a possible problem... THAT IS WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT. No one is sure if it is legal.
And there's no way Walgreens is going to stock this stuff if they might be cited for breaking the law. The problem is...
it MIGHT be legal... but no one is sure. And, in my humble opinion, what Jim Kras said about the "very low levels of THC" causes concern. No way CVS, Walgreens, Winn-Dixie or any other chain put their good name in jeopardy until this darn thing is solved.
Bottom line we are in a "waiting period"... it seems Nulief MIGHT be illegal... we're not sure. It might very well be but WE'RE NOT SURE. It's a gray area, not a good place to be. BUT... we have lots of other great products!
No answer at NRTI this morning. Maybe all in meetings... I'll try again later.
Post #15995 "Pot In A Pill" posted by Capt_Smith77 is most enlightening. It is an article from a Yonkers, NY publication
about an interview with Jim Kras and includes a video of him discussing the product and the legality of the product. It seems he does not believe it is legal beyond medical marijuana outlets, and no one is sure whether the FDA or DEA or both are able to control or crack down on this type of product. Jim seems to think legislation making it legal, which would provide no doubt as to the legality, may occur within eighteen months.
Everyone here should read this article. Good luck and good day.
Please post questions now for me to ask Mr. Michael C. James tomorrow morning... might be interesting... if he answers my call. I've got a question from Capt. Smith logged in.
Wishing you all the best... I'll check in tomorrow morning... good night.
Thanks Capt_Smith77... I shall inquire...
OK guys... I'll be calling Mr. Michael C. James tomorrow morning at 908-604-2500 to ask questions about Nulief... you all can call yourselves, or tell me your questions, I'm signing out for today, but will check this board before I make the call tomorrow morning. Tell me your questions and I will ask them. Actually guys... doubt I get any answers... but hey... we have to try. GLTA my friends. I'm only going to try ONE TIME. I'm not a patient person. Will let you know what transpires.
YES CN... we need to know what the plans are... and I will ask Mr. James about that tomorrow morning. I hope he has answers. I have never talked to Mr. James before... so... we'll see if he answers a shareholders call. Please let me know what questions you'd like me to ask of Mr. James. Wishing you all the best... Dennis.
Dear CrookedNeck... I will call Mr. James tomorrow morning. Then I will report back here what he says. Anyone with questions you'd like me to ask him... if he will talk to me... please let me know what you'd like me to ask him. This will be an "out of the blue" phone call for Mr. James. We will see how, or if, he responds. My call will be around 9AM Eastern time... 8AM CDT.
Wish me luck. My main question will be... is Nulief legal in all 50 states... and if so... why don't "we" (NRTI) sell it on "our" website. Ah... tomorrow we get answers... maybe.
I have a half a million shares... so I'm very interested.
