I like it CN. I'd love to agree that it's totally legal across all 50 states... but did you read Capt_Smith77 post #15995... "Pot In A Pill" in which Jim Kras says he's waiting, I think, on a congressional ruling or law... maybe 18 months away. I'd like that a lot, so would you. But for now, it seems, no one knows if they would be prosecuted for selling this stuff anywhere but in MM stores. You do "get that" from his comments... do you not...

I think NRTI is taking a very safe approach, offering Nulief in MM stores... hopefully branching to MM stores beyond California soon.

BUT, my friend, I don't think they are willing to take the RISK of offering it beyond MM stores until Congress passes something clarifying that CBD shall be legal.

Note that in Jim Kras comments regarding "our" product, he says they use hemp containing "very low levels of THC". Uh, does that not possibly, somehow, some way, indicate a possible problem... THAT IS WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT. No one is sure if it is legal.

And there's no way Walgreens is going to stock this stuff if they might be cited for breaking the law. The problem is...
it MIGHT be legal... but no one is sure. And, in my humble opinion, what Jim Kras said about the "very low levels of THC" causes concern. No way CVS, Walgreens, Winn-Dixie or any other chain put their good name in jeopardy until this darn thing is solved.

Bottom line we are in a "waiting period"... it seems Nulief MIGHT be illegal... we're not sure. It might very well be but WE'RE NOT SURE. It's a gray area, not a good place to be. BUT... we have lots of other great products!
