Thanks CN. I actually did talk to a real person at NRTI... but Mr. Kras and Mr. James were in meetings or out somewhere. Likely, I will get to speak to one of them Monday morning. Can't wait.
Anyway, I still go back to post #15995 "Pot In A Pill" posted by Capt_Smith77... which definitely says that Mr. Kras is not of the opinion that Nulief is "legal in all 50 states". Apparently, unfortunately, this is in a very gray area... yes, it MIGHT be legal... but that's dangerous territory. Put Nulief out there and maybe get blasted by the government. So Mr. Kras thinks we should wait for a determination by... congress I guess... that will confirms that CBD is LEGAL. Until then, NRTI risks being, well, in legal trouble... as do any retailers who might take on the product. Will any pharmacy chain take that risk... no,
Someday we'll get there... but not today, tomorrow, or next month.
Maybe next year.
