Pharmajanes is a pretty high profile site. I am sure it would have been shut down by now if they weren't selling legitimate product. Who licenses the products being sold there? Skto. And they are not doing it for free. Just because you do not know the structure of the contracts, does not mean money is not being legitimately earned. Much more money can be made with their licensing and logistics than could ever be made from a microcap share selling scheme. Why would someone risk their hard earned reputation for a nickel when they are working toward dollars? They wouldn't.
Net income is actually much higher I think. Feel free to correct me, but it is my understanding that the company still expects to collect much of the debt written off as uncollectable . Benz said in the conference call previously that once Pharmajanes went live they would be able to collect on receivables. I can't wait for audited and quarterly financials in May.
That is my point though. The growth and expansion is phenomenal but has no reflection in the pps. It is priced as if it were a scam imo. If you start by assuming that SkTo is not a scam, then the pps is absolutely ridiculous.
Logistics for over 400 collectives, sales of their own licensed products in all these collectives and online, breakthrough products that help with the two leading killers in the nation (cancer and alzheimers), wildly popular high margin products, land for growing, their own lab, highest reported revenues for an mj company, potential for exponential expansion(geographically and with the addition of recreational use), etc., etc.........
anyone with basic math skills would figure the value of such things in the BILLIONS. I am just saying there is a definite disconnect somewhere in this situation.
We just found out the market for SKTO's products in California will likely MULTIPLY from recreational users come November. And the PPS still drops....
Being that they are changing the name to Medical Greens, do you think we will actually get some advertisement on the medical side of this or are we just counting on the revenue from the stoners that watch Getting Doug with High? It seems like a way to get attention, but it seems more suited to a recreational Colorado market than a medical California one. Anyone?

Representative 6: [17:30] Welcome to our real-time support chat. How can I help you today?
Old Greg: [17:33] Can you also verify if there is a DTC chill on AEGY please
Representative 6: [17:34] One moment
[17:35] There appears to be a Deposit and DWAC chill on the security
Old Greg: [17:35] Do you know how that is determined? I inquired with other investors at different brokers and they all told me there was no DTC chill currently on AEGY. This is just broker-specific?
[17:37] I sold some AEGY today. Will I be getting fees tacked on later?
Representative 6: [17:39] No, it would not be specific to each firm. A DTC chill is a general term. There can be multiple reasons for a DTC chill. a security may be chilled from DWAC, deposit, transfer, etc. There can be any number of types of chills that are issued by the DTC. Because it has a deposit chill & a DWAC chill, these would be considered DTC chills. To answer your question regarding today's trades, it depends on how the security settles. There may be a possibility of fees, which is a possibility when a security has a DTC chill.
Old Greg: [17:42] That just seems so arbitrary and unclear. It makes it very difficult to trade a stock with answers like maybe or possibly. Thank you helping me though
Representative 6: [17:43] My pleasure.\

I appreciate the replies in response to my DTC chill question, but I would like to point out I am not retarded and I am not trying to create a panic. I had a problem with Trading this stock and thought someone here might have more info is all. I did not ASSUME there was a chill, that is what I was told by my broker Just2Trade when I inquired about an $83 fee they tacked on post-trade. It was not just an OTC fee, common to all OTC trades because I traded several other OTC stocks recently through the same brokerage and the others had no additional fees. It has become apparent to me that this is a brokerage specific problem though so I will just check each time before I buy or sell to see if this stupid "DTC Chill" is still active for my brokerage. Thanks for your time.
03/07/2014 CHARGE T/A AND UPS FEES AEGY
Settlement Date: 03/07/2014 0.00000 0 0.00 -86.00
When I originally bought the AEGY I was told the chill had been lifted, but now my broker says its on again. Is anyone having this issue?
I thought the DTC chill on AEGY had been lifted??? I guess not because I just got an additional $80 in fees subtracted from my account.
I imagine that would be one of the major benefits, to the collectives themselves, to using skto's platform and logistics services. If it's worth a crap it will update instantly whenever a collective makes a sale or receives fresh product. Since it automatically ships you product from a collective that is local to you, the system is prepared and could spread like wildfire as each small local collective in newly expanded areas wants to join "the network" . Like a national franchise system in some ways. Add in the soon to be available smart phone apps, the Janescard, and a national attitude softening on marijuana and suddenly we're looking at the amazon on bud. Sure that's an optimistic view, but I'm sure Kevin Allyn and his crew are not shooting for anything less.
If an item says it is sold out on pharmajanes, does that mean it has sold out in every collective within the active zip codes? If so, then they must be selling LOTS of bud and therefore making LOTS of profits. Why would the website say "sold out" if it were still available in some areas?
It's the "Dream Team" suckas. You think they would just give up all their assets like a bunch of incompetent chumps. That is just a stupid notion.
$3.34 per pill for Dhamanol. Can be taken as a daily nutritional supplement or as a very effective medicine. I have no doubt that people will push the dosage limits to find optimum results. Also, just consider the possibility of this going national, or international. People with mj cards in California aren't the only ones with interest in such a product. This is a product catered to a market that has awaited its arrival for some time now. It's also a huge competitive advantage against other mj companies without a comparable product. The current market cap for SKTO is a drop in the bucket of its overall potential.
I have not seen any customer receipts for Dharmanol, but I know it is happening or will be soon. This is a game changer for this ticker because people trying to achieve optimal health far outnumber those that are just trying to get high.
Wow. What kind of douche has a cigarette in their mouth for a cancer foundation photo op. Just wow.
Anyone seen Groupon's market cap lately? Please keep making the pie bigger before you cut my slice.
Someone is cleaning house. Over 4.5 million shares traded today and we are still not out of chumps willing to sell under .14
When would be a good time to add Facebook to the list of infringing companies?
They are really working on cornering the social media advertising space. Now they have a game integrated with their marketing platform that makes it fun and rewarding to essentially become a brand advocate. They could even have a real time leader board, reward driven goals, on and on...This is exciting. Soon people will realize how ridiculous these prices are.
:) Oh, the irony. Thanks for the update.
Their Markman hearing is in November. The one scheduled for February was for Living Social and that case has already been settled. Seems most of the negative things I hear about this stock come from people who lack real information.
Has anyone seen the new PopShare applet they have on the website? While I expect big changes to come from the patent litigation, it is nice to see further platform development.
