Advaxis is nowhere near BK! Just terrible mismanagement has helped Shorts take this down like taking candy from a baby!

No brainer it will go below share price for offering! At some point this week or next! Always does go lower after every offering. It will go into the $.70 avshare zone very soon!

Not really we were diluted to $.80 . It usually will go lower than the share price that the Tutes or whomever bought. Always has and always will retrace lower than the share offering price! Just the way offering are set up!

Pretty much thought our CEO should get financing as part of his job description? Why would he get a $150,000 bonus to do the enevitible? That’s what I’m saying! Then do it at such a low price? Our BOD is the worst ever seen!

Hov in my opinion to get $20,000,000 in refinancing by selling shares at $.80 when we were at $1.50 before the announcement of us diluting would be quite easy really! They were pre sold and we take a huge haircut that’s a $.70 drop before the announcement..almost cut our shares in half. Who wouldn’t do that deal? I could sell that deal in the back of my car pretty easily. Now he gets a $150,000 bonus for doing it? Great deal for him and yes you are correct that wasn’t done without our BOD ‘s approval. Once again our BOD and management have shown themselves very unworthy of any type of bonuses considering the fact we’re here because of their past decisions that have decimated our investment here! Yet here we are giving bonuses for doing the inevitable and DILUTING us the common shareholders into the ground and they think thats admirable enough to hand out a bonus? Am I missing something here? Our management needs new blood yet we can’t do anything about the BOD that continues to kill Advaxis. Give a bonus once you sons of beaches earns one!!!!!

Dead money for a long Long time? It’s been dead money for 10 years now? Hello? No cheerleader just reality I’ve posted this was coming in my last few post it was inevitable. Dilution was coming period! If you didn’t see it coming you were blind. NEO and HOT are our future. I still believe in Dr. Patterson and her Lm platform my only problem is with management and the BOD that seem to screw up deals and trials at every turn. Hopefully the offering price will be at a $1.50 a share my guess is we find out today where it’s priced at? Who is buying these shares too? Could it be a BP ?

Don’t think we go down as far as the after hours market show! Pretty sure Ken has something up his sleeve as per Offering! More news on Friday maybe a deal on HOT with someone! On at least 1 indication! Tomorrow will be very rocky unless news of a partnership on HOT comes out then the waters will calm themselves. Interesting to say the least. Ken knew this would cause a shit storm with shareholders so I’m hoping he has more news to follow up with HOT.

Advaxis has been beaten down at every turn and our Lm platform has shown great promise someone wants to take us over for nothing and I’m hoping Ken Berlin sees the light and is fighting to keep our hopes alive . This is no surprise and have been waiting for this time for a while now. Terrible management has been our Achilles heel at Advaxis. Hiring people for jobs we never needed to fill. Frivolous spending on poorly designed trials? Where do I stop? Poor Dr. Patterson has seen her Lm Therapy pretty much flopping like a fish out of water still breathing and alive but gasping for air at every turn lately. I promise she isn’t very happy with these BOZO’s we call Management and our BOD. Is Amgen slow playing us? These are the things we must ask the powers to be ? What was our milestone payment from Amgen on start of NEO trial? Company needs to be more transparent! This has to be a top priority of management to common shareholders. Allow us to make a informed decision on what the heck your trying to accomplish? Do you have a interested party in HOT like We do with NEO with Amgen or are we trying to do it our selves because that will take too much money for us to go it alone my friends what direction are we actually going with this? These are things we need to know.

At some point these people with 206,000 shares will be a thing of the past! Once new Institutions come into ADXS again we will blow through those share stoppers in a second and never look back. Hard to get a run up when every day Joe’s can control so many shares to put a ceiling on share price but I’m telling you as soon as we get serious news about NEO Trial the lid will blow off and Tutes will come in by the dozens. They want to believe but there gun shy as heck after the decimated shareprice thanks to our mismanagement of the BOD!

Exactly! It’s about helping bring a new Therapy where it’s needed. I’m sure we did them a solid and then in return we could be seeing validation of our Lm platform. Which at this time is worth more than cash even though we need cash badly. We need positive proof that all our constructs are worthy of cash deals with upfront money! I’m telling you all this is a good thing and Ken B. seems to know the right people looking for deals concerning new cancer Immunotherapy treatments for the future. Our technology isn’t out dated it’s just being buried by mismanagement and greedy Shorts pouncing on every piece of promising news for the last 10 years.
Going forward will be very tricky unless Ken B. Can convince NEW Institutions to invest and show them the new direction in which he plans on taking us! Big difference between us and his old company we actually have the goods where at his old job that wasn’t the case! So much greed and stupidity from old management that absolutely put the cart before the horse, he now has to string together a couple of shoe strings to get this turned around! I still believe dilution is eminent but he’s trying to do everything in his power to get enough cash to wait till we go higher! I like this CEO much more than any of our last ones.

What most posters here have forgotten about our trials and our company is that for the last 10 years we have had success the only problem we’ve had is management not focusing on the task at hand which is validation of our Lm platform. They have been our biggest deterrent for years. Seems our trials even though they have been small and poorly designed they still show validity in our Lm platform which is what Amgen and others see and are willing to take a chance on a struggling baby bio. This isn’t the end it’s definitely a wake up call to the BOD and top management to stop spending our cash frivolously and to be better stewards going forward! Ken could be making other deals as we post , I for one believe the BOD has now realized they cannot do things going forward as they have done in the past or they will BK Advaxis. I’m hoping that upfront money is still a nice chunk and that our licensing deal is mainly for manufacturing control with very low royalties . We need upfront money more than anything else at this point and this one construct albeit small could be a driver in proving out Lm Platform!

PETX dog trial was very instrumental in this new partnership in my opinion! The whole reason Dan O. did the trial with PETX was to show a glimpse of what AXAL could do in treating pediatric bone cancer. He said that multiple times! Dog trial was done for this very reason! Your right not a huge market yet a much needed new therapy . Its been 30 years since a new treatment has been found with better OS. Still a huge deal for Advaxis that could prove out LM therapy. Hopefully this company will bring a new therapy that is needed badly for theses kids that develope Osteosarcoma.

Yep your right about that. That whole trial was designed for pediatric carcinoma! The whole dog thing was to show efficacy and survival for the trial. Not a big market I guess? Seems like this company cannot stayed focused on one trial to prove our Lm therapy actually works? Kind of sad that it works yet most trials are all for not because of size and lack of patients in trials. The powers to be continue to say we need more proof of safety and efficacy! At some point we have to actually have trials that are meaningful that can change people's opinion on LM therapy. $200,000,000 later and we're still being asked for real trials that are blinded and with placebo. That takes 4 more years most likely , and we're shit out of money because our board thought it prudent to try 200 million dollars and take the path of least resistance and totally meaningless trials in hopes of obtaining some sort of unmet need approval from our trials? So here we are broke and awaiting more DILUTION to continue trials that our BOD should have started 4 years ago! The science seems sound but the powers to be should all be cleaned out with fresh new blood that want to take us to the finish line. With these dumbassses we may never see the light at the end of the tunnel. In my opinion our only hope is Amgen that will run our NEO trial will design them correctly and with my fingers crossed that after 10 years of chaos we will see how a correctly run trial with a huge BP behind it will turn out!
Our LM platform is the only reason I haven't moved on from this sick puppy of a company. The science seems very good or Amgen wouldn't have come knocking so early! Yes they absolutely got a heck of a deal on NEO but in the end that deal years ago may just save all our asses from the pit of misery! Dilly dilly! Again our top tier management has done everything in its power to decimate our share price and our market cap with that being said it's still can be saved if...if our LM platform works like we all hope it will.
Hang in there it's not over till it's over , I'm hanging on to Amgen coattails with all my might hoping that our collaboration with them pays off big to us long suffering longs. Hot is still a long ways out that may be the icing on the cake , but as of right now NEO is our hope for the future of Advaxis! All this is just my opinion but that's the reality of our situation at this time . I'm not selling or adding until dilution is done or 1st NEO patient news is positive! A deal of this magnitude is being inked so to think we have zero chance of inking this type of deal is just ridiculous.

got! Using our Lm platform... Roche Pharma $96 million upfront and future milestones and royalties up to $5 billion! Wow! That would be a serious boom to our share price. Very nice negotiations at that very small company. Call Roche and see if they want another small biotech companies LM platform for HOT trials? Just pick up the phone and call them worse thing they can do is say no! You never know they may want to do two different type of platforms if the upfront money is $100 million and milestones and royalties are $5 billion as these are both promising platforms to pursue.The devil is in the details! Who is paying for the trials etc.

Everything for us the shareholders depends on how well NEO works. Were at the mercy of how well our NEO works with our LM platform. If we have results equal to Car-T or better then watch out because HOT is in the wings and Amgen can't allow others to cash in on that . Just my opinion though it seems Amgen wants to see results on 1st patient dosed and then decide if they are willing to bite the bullet if not that's fine too . Chess game going on ... question is who is going to blink 1st? I'm not scared of more dilution even down at $1.50 we can continue into 2019 and make some more deals as more data is forthcoming with NEO. To me it's all about our LM platform. If NEO is as good or better than Car-T therapy we have a slam dunk with less side effects and HOT still in the wings... if Amgen doesn't step up and buy us out it could be a better deal for us if HOT does better than NEO. I'm pretty sure that all of this is no surprise to anyone on this board! It was inevitable, we need need money and doing offerings is the way to get cash! Advaxis is not going BK. They will be going lower as I've said in the past dilution is coming and that's just a fact. It hurts but it's not the end of the road it's just an end to a much needed cash infusion! Were a low float company that may have a much higher float once we get NEO and HOT approved. In the end if our science proves out with our LM NEO and HOT this little baby bio may become a huge buyout opportunity for us. Our LM Platform is what will make us or break us . Right now we're in a bind because of our cash position is very weak and BP's smell blood on the streets. It's mainly our blood the CS not management or BOD's blood. Vulnerability abounds here at Advaxis. I'm just looking at this investment as a slow bleeder hoping that in the end our science prevails and pulls our heads out of our asses! Cause right now it's not looking great but "EVERYONE " knew this was coming because BP isn't going to give favorable terms to a company that can't pay for a cup of coffee at this time. We need all the cash we can get because of mismanagement of past trials. They put the money into the wrong horse and we had a barn full of horses seems they were grooming a claimer for a race of thoroughbreds . Advaxis BOD isn’t going to sell the company for $5 a share ever! If they thought they had a crap pipeline then “YES” they would sell it for $5 a share!
Problem is we have great science and the possibilities of billions down the road so I’m sorry our BOD isn’t interested in $5 a share or they would have sold the company long ago! Lol sometimes I think people post just to post?

I know what the Aim2serve trial is treating! Healthy people that are taking it in hopes of it never coming back on them. I’m still talking about late stage patients with HPV related metastatic cervical cancer that has failed all other therapies! Shutting it down regardless of recent keytruda approval. AXAL has shown great success when all other treatments have failed.

I understand our dilemma with a need of cash but to shut down any trial that has a proven success rate is just not right. Ken will find us a partner just watch. He’s going to do the right thing period! The BOD is to blame for our cash burn yet they continue to be in charge that’s just crazy. They’re the reason we’re here at a buck forty five. Pathetic and ridiculous that they can keep there positions without any consequences? Why are they all untouchable? They are the direct reason we’re in this shape. Every CEO was under the BOD’s direct orders yet everyone here wants to blame all our CEO’s when in fact they didn’t do one thing that wasn’t directed by the Board of Directors. I know this for a fact yet investors are quick to find a fall guy as soon as the company makes bad decisions! Don’t think for a minute any of those decisions were made by the CEO’s in this company Ken Berlin is nothing more than a puppet being manipulated by our wonderful BOD! Our problem is a real CEO would never be allowed to actually run the company that’s why we’re at where we are. Look at our BOD and tell me who runs this show?
