Yep your right about that. That whole trial was designed for pediatric carcinoma! The whole dog thing was to show efficacy and survival for the trial. Not a big market I guess? Seems like this company cannot stayed focused on one trial to prove our Lm therapy actually works? Kind of sad that it works yet most trials are all for not because of size and lack of patients in trials. The powers to be continue to say we need more proof of safety and efficacy! At some point we have to actually have trials that are meaningful that can change people's opinion on LM therapy. $200,000,000 later and we're still being asked for real trials that are blinded and with placebo. That takes 4 more years most likely , and we're shit out of money because our board thought it prudent to try 200 million dollars and take the path of least resistance and totally meaningless trials in hopes of obtaining some sort of unmet need approval from our trials? So here we are broke and awaiting more DILUTION to continue trials that our BOD should have started 4 years ago! The science seems sound but the powers to be should all be cleaned out with fresh new blood that want to take us to the finish line. With these dumbassses we may never see the light at the end of the tunnel. In my opinion our only hope is Amgen that will run our NEO trial will design them correctly and with my fingers crossed that after 10 years of chaos we will see how a correctly run trial with a huge BP behind it will turn out!
Our LM platform is the only reason I haven't moved on from this sick puppy of a company. The science seems very good or Amgen wouldn't have come knocking so early! Yes they absolutely got a heck of a deal on NEO but in the end that deal years ago may just save all our asses from the pit of misery! Dilly dilly! Again our top tier management has done everything in its power to decimate our share price and our market cap with that being said it's still can be saved if...if our LM platform works like we all hope it will.
Hang in there it's not over till it's over , I'm hanging on to Amgen coattails with all my might hoping that our collaboration with them pays off big to us long suffering longs. Hot is still a long ways out that may be the icing on the cake , but as of right now NEO is our hope for the future of Advaxis! All this is just my opinion but that's the reality of our situation at this time . I'm not selling or adding until dilution is done or 1st NEO patient news is positive! Then when that news hits I will buy more our sell out ! Good Luck this had been a long road to hoe! My hoe is wore out .
