What most posters here have forgotten about our trials and our company is that for the last 10 years we have had success the only problem we’ve had is management not focusing on the task at hand which is validation of our Lm platform. They have been our biggest deterrent for years. Seems our trials even though they have been small and poorly designed they still show validity in our Lm platform which is what Amgen and others see and are willing to take a chance on a struggling baby bio. This isn’t the end it’s definitely a wake up call to the BOD and top management to stop spending our cash frivolously and to be better stewards going forward! Ken could be making other deals as we post , I for one believe the BOD has now realized they cannot do things going forward as they have done in the past or they will BK Advaxis. I’m hoping that upfront money is still a nice chunk and that our licensing deal is mainly for manufacturing control with very low royalties . We need upfront money more than anything else at this point and this one construct albeit small could be a driver in proving out Lm Platform!
