Hey ALLIN, you still here. Haven't seen you post in a while, ever since our annoying friend left. With all the ambiguity surrounding our other patent play, I was hoping you were still holding and reaping the benefits over here at NLST. Hope all is well, best of luck.
Happy B-Day Zomby! I have followed to you to many boards, many stocks, and made some coin along the way. But most of all I enjoy your posts, wit, and attitude. Stay cool!
Thank you for your work and diligence here. I have been reading all the posts from the past few days, and wholeheartedly agree that legal representation is an absolute must. The legal team can attain all the facts and documentation needed to prove and argue a case. If we end up not pulling the trigger, that would mean we have been informed officially of how shareholders will be compensated, and shareholders feel the terms are fair and just. But if we are suddenly in a position where we know for a fact we want to fight hard, we are going to be at ease knowing a law firm is prepped, loaded with ammo to fight for shareholders, and most importantly has been paid to fight on our behalf.
I also think, that it is important that our discussions with Billy be done via a powerful law firm. Knowing that shareholders have put together the resources to hire such a firm shows strength, and shows that this can get ugly if he doesn't act in the best interest of shareholders moving forward, and in a way that is legal. We will all feel much more confident hearing news weather bad or good, if it is coming directly from hired legal representation.
My 2 cents. Only holding around 200,000 shares.
Your right, it goes both ways.
Whenever I am holding long in the OTC, it is always with as many free-roll shares as possible. Its a pretty basic strategy to trade shares along the way until you hold a core long position that are mostly free shares. I am not breaking any genius barriers here, its a common play. I have traded this security multiple times, and currently hold shares that i am holding long. I am comfortable with my share count, and wont be loading anymore, nor will i be selling anymore until it hits my long term target. I am in the black on this security overall. My opinion is that over time this will increase in value a great deal, but understand 100% that I could be wrong and as a result lose what value I currently hold, which Is a risk I am completely comfortable with. BTW, it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong, I have no problem admitting that. BTW, I my comment wasn't doubting any of your claims, im just pointing out how silly it is to make any claims of success, because anyone can claim anything they want on a chat board. It means nothing, absolutely nothing.
Wow, really? 100 trades in 2021 here, zero losses, 100% success. lol, see how easy that is? Oh, I can also bench press 1000 pounds, ill never show you, just believe me. I already regret responding to this, but its just so silly.
Abbott: Well Costello, I'm going to New York with you. You know Bucky Harris, the Yankee's manager, gave me a job as coach for as long as you're on the team.
Costello: Look Abbott, if you're the coach, you must know all the players.
Abbott: I certainly do.
Costello: Well you know I've never met the guys. So you'll have to tell me their names, and then I'll know who's playing on the team.
Abbott: Oh, I'll tell you their names, but you know it seems to me they give these ball players now-a-days very peculiar names.
Costello: You mean funny names?
Abbott: Strange names, pet names...like Dizzy Dean...
Costello: His brother Daffy.
Abbott: Daffy Dean...
Costello: And their French cousin.
Abbott: French?
Costello: Goofé.
Abbott: Goofé Dean. Well, let's see, we have on the bags, Who's on first, What's on second, I Don't Know is on third...
Costello: That's what I want to find out.
Abbott: I say Who's on first, What's on second, I Don't Know's on third.
Costello: Are you the manager?
Abbott: Yes.
Costello: You gonna be the coach too?
Abbott: Yes.
Costello: And you don't know the fellows' names?
Abbott: Well I should.
Costello: Well then who's on first?
Abbott: Yes.
Costello: I mean the fellow's name.
Abbott: Who.
Costello: The guy on first.
Abbott: Who.
Costello: The first baseman.
Abbott: Who.
Costello: The guy playing...
Abbott: Who is on first!
Costello: I'm asking YOU who's on first.
Abbott: That's the man's name.
Costello: That's who's name?
Abbott: Yes.
Costello: Well go ahead and tell me.
Abbott: That's it.
Costello: That's who?
Abbott: Yes.
PAUSE
Costello: Look, you gotta first baseman?
Abbott: Certainly.
Costello: Who's playing first?
Abbott: That's right.
Costello: When you pay off the first baseman every month, who gets the money?
Abbott: Every dollar of it.
Costello: All I'm trying to find out is the fellow's name on first base.
Abbott: Who.
Costello: The guy that gets...
Abbott: That's it.
Costello: Who gets the money...
Abbott: He does, every dollar. Sometimes his wife comes down and collects it.
Costello: Who's wife?
Abbott: Yes.
PAUSE
Abbott: What's wrong with that?
Costello: Look, all I wanna know is when you sign up the first baseman, how does he sign his name?
Abbott: Who.
Costello: The guy.
Abbott: Who.
Costello: How does he sign...
Abbott: That's how he signs it.
Costello: Who?
Abbott: Yes.
PAUSE
Costello: All I'm trying to find out is what's the guy's name on first base.
Abbott: No. What is on second base.
Costello: I'm not asking you who's on second.
Abbott: Who's on first.
Costello: One base at a time!
Abbott: Well, don't change the players around.
Costello: I'm not changing nobody!
Abbott: Take it easy, buddy.
Costello: I'm only asking you, who's the guy on first base?
Abbott: That's right.
Costello: Ok.
Abbott: All right.
PAUSE
Costello: What's the guy's name on first base?
Abbott: No. What is on second.
Costello: I'm not asking you who's on second.
Abbott: Who's on first.
Costello: I don't know.
Abbott: He's on third, we're not talking about him.
Costello: Now how did I get on third base?
Abbott: Why you mentioned his name.
Costello: If I mentioned the third baseman's name, who did I say is playing third?
Abbott: No. Who's playing first.
Costello: What's on first?
Abbott: What's on second.
Costello: I don't know.
Abbott: He's on third.
Costello: There I go, back on third again!
PAUSE
Costello: Would you just stay on third base and don't go off it.
Abbott: All right, what do you want to know?
Costello: Now who's playing third base?
Abbott: Why do you insist on putting Who on third base?
Costello: What am I putting on third.
Abbott: No. What is on second.
Costello: You don't want who on second?
Abbott: Who is on first.
Costello: I don't know.
Abbott & Costello Together:Third base!
PAUSE
Costello: Look, you gotta outfield?
Abbott: Sure.
Costello: The left fielder's name?
Abbott: Why.
Costello: I just thought I'd ask you.
Abbott: Well, I just thought I'd tell ya.
Costello: Then tell me who's playing left field.
Abbott: Who's playing first.
Costello: I'm not... stay out of the infield! I want to know what's the guy's name in left field?
Abbott: No, What is on second.
Costello: I'm not asking you who's on second.
Abbott: Who's on first!
Costello: I don't know.
Abbott & Costello Together: Third base!
PAUSE
Costello: The left fielder's name?
Abbott: Why.
Costello: Because!
Abbott: Oh, he's centerfield.
PAUSE
Costello: Look, You gotta pitcher on this team?
Abbott: Sure.
Costello: The pitcher's name?
Abbott: Tomorrow.
Costello: You don't want to tell me today?
Abbott: I'm telling you now.
Costello: Then go ahead.
Abbott: Tomorrow!
Costello: What time?
Abbott: What time what?
Costello: What time tomorrow are you gonna tell me who's pitching?
Abbott: Now listen. Who is not pitching.
Costello: I'll break your arm, you say who's on first! I want to know what's the pitcher's name?
Abbott: What's on second.
Costello: I don't know.
Abbott & Costello Together: Third base!
PAUSE
Costello: Gotta a catcher?
Abbott: Certainly.
Costello: The catcher's name?
Abbott: Today.
Costello: Today, and tomorrow's pitching.
Abbott: Now you've got it.
Costello: All we got is a couple of days on the team.
PAUSE
Costello: You know I'm a catcher too.
Abbott: So they tell me.
Costello: I get behind the plate to do some fancy catching, Tomorrow's pitching on my team and a heavy hitter gets up. Now the heavy hitter bunts the ball. When he bunts the ball, me, being a good catcher, I'm gonna throw the guy out at first base. So I pick up the ball and throw it to who?
Abbott: Now that's the first thing you've said right.
Costello: I don't even know what I'm talking about!
PAUSE
Abbott: That's all you have to do.
Costello: Is to throw the ball to first base.
Abbott: Yes!
Costello: Now who's got it?
Abbott: Naturally.
PAUSE
Costello: Look, if I throw the ball to first base, somebody's gotta get it. Now who has it?
Abbott: Naturally.
Costello: Who?
Abbott: Naturally.
Costello: Naturally?
Abbott: Naturally.
Costello: So I pick up the ball and I throw it to Naturally.
Abbott: No you don't, you throw the ball to Who.
Costello: Naturally.
Abbott: That's different.
Costello: That's what I said.
Abbott: You're not saying it...
Costello: I throw the ball to Naturally.
Abbott: You throw it to Who.
Costello: Naturally.
Abbott: That's it.
Costello: That's what I said!
Abbott: You ask me.
Costello: I throw the ball to who?
Abbott: Naturally.
Costello: Now you ask me.
Abbott: You throw the ball to Who?
Costello: Naturally.
Abbott: That's it.
Costello: Same as you! Same as YOU! I throw the ball to who. Whoever it is drops the ball and the guy runs to second. Who picks up the ball and throws it to What. What throws it to I Don't Know. I Don't Know throws it back to Tomorrow, Triple play. Another guy gets up and hits a long fly ball to Because. Why? I don't know! He's on third and I don't give a darn!
Abbott: What?
Costello: I said I don't give a darn!
Abbott: Oh, that's our shortstop.
thank you. appreciate the response.

"This new run up was 100% for the speculative piece. No one is running to get invested in Netlist's business. They are running to be a part of a legal win over google"
I agree that SOME of the recent interest in NLST was due to the "speculative piece", but stating that it is 100% doesn't make sense. Lets not forget that the NLST was trading in a range $1.00 -$1.30 roughly, and then spiked on 3/1/2021, and has seemingly found a new higher support level. What happened on 3/1 was a release of 2020 4th quarter and full year financials. Isn't is possible that the recent interest and excitement is stoked by the fact that were are not JUST a speculative play based on possible legal wins against some tech giants, but a company that is viable in its own right looking at potential high growth over the coming years coupled with some exciting legal windfall prospects?
Thank you for your analysis ALLinFun. I appreciate you citing examples, and drawing from your knowledge of the patent legal process to back up your stated positions.
States flat out "I don't understand completely what drives revenue", and in the same sentence states "I KNOW" they benefitted from the pandemic. Money, can you explain in detail how you 'KNOW" they benefitted solely because of the pandemic, especially since you admittedly don't "understand completely how they drive revenue"?
I know we have been discussing the possible ways to fight for our rightful piece of the pie, if there ever is a pie, but I was wondering if anyone can clarify where we stand if nothing is done. I know we discussed the "waterfall" payment structure in the case of a court win or settlement, and if I remember correctly, common shareholders were still a part of that structure. I know it was a paltry amount, in regards to what we should rightfully be paid, if nothing shady had happened here. But can anyone remind me what the "waterfall" payment structure grants common shareholders, in the case of any kind of win. Thank you in advance, for any information.
AllinFun, where is the Zomby when you need him? Ha Ha. He could articulate these arguments much better than myself. His knowledge of PTAB , and everything patent related is pretty awesome. I remember a couple people in our other world trying to pique his interest here, but I don't think he ever invested.
You keep saying how any less than favorable updates, or legal rulings, could make the price plummet, and you are not wrong. The fact is, over the last few years, the legal updates and announcements have been overwhelmingly positive and favorable for NLST. They have racked multiple high powered wins, and survived multiple appeals to those wins against more than one opponent in the last couple of years. Hence the price appreciation from .10 all the way up to where it stands now. Sure, anything can happen, and a negative ruling could happen, but if your invested here, it is because you believe that there is a higher probability that there will be success. And recent history has shown mostly win after win after win. I will aslo point out, that your very first post here was when NLST shares were selling for .40.. You sentiment was the same then as it is now. Im not saying you have never made a good point, because you have made valid points along the way, in my opinion. The fact renains, if you invested when you first arrived here, and first debated with fellow longs, you would be up over 350% in less than a year. Not too shabby, if you ask me.
For the record, I root for people to make money. I want everyone to do well, and hold no ill will towards people I have never met. That being said, Im done posting, unless I have something to say that adds value to the discussion regarding INTV. Good luck to all, and hope 2021 will be profitable for you.
Really? Huh. I would say the majority of people dabbling in penny stocks trade them. Occasionally they get excited about one or a few that have the ability to possibly go to the moon, and hold longer term. Even in that scenario, most people trade shares until they have a nice sized lot that are freeroll shares to hold longer term. That's a pretty common playbook. Most people learn early on from their costly mistakes, how to play the game. That goes for most things in life.
Odd post mentioning RIO$, considering this is the INTV board. I notice you have never actually posted on the RIO$ board once. are you lost?
No im not a " to the moon" person here. I have never said such statement. Im just here with a small portion of my speculative portfolio, hoping for a nice return. Invested an amount I'm comfortable losing if I'm wrong.
I'm sure most successful traders crushing the market, spend their free time trolling message boards for OTC stocks. LMAO, kind of sad actually.
Just absolutely brutal here.
Thank you Goforthebet. Much appreciated. What date is this from?
I just cut and paste. it worked for me. Maybe try a different browser
Your comment:
"BTC over 53,000 but no love for INTV. In at .40 out at .472 weeeeeeehaha. Will this lead balloon ever see .70 again."
In my response I never said you were right or wrong, I simply stated the comment made no sense because the market didn't have the opportunity yet to show INTV "love" or not, considering it wasn't open when BTC crossed 53K. I simply said lets wait and see if the market does in fact show "love" for INTV or not, before you go making predictions.
Well we closed green. So I guess you were in fact wrong. Also, I am not a trader, and don't judge anyone for trading this or any other security. That being said, If i was a trader, I wouldn't be gloating about "in at .40 and out at .47".. You just left 20% gains on the table if you waited and traded today. Me, I continue to hold my shares purchased at an average in the teens. I could sell at any moment and make an awesome profit here. Even if i sold at .30 i will lock in gains over 100%.
Your comment
"BTC over 53,000 but no love for INTV"
Makes zero sense, considering BTC hadn't even crossed 52K when the market was open and INTV was trading. First lets see what BTC price is when market opens tomorrow, and then lets see what effect it has on INTV.
All ball breaking aside, I do appreciate your ability to come here and congratulate us longs. Regardless of our disagreements, I still have respect.
Im pretty sure each individual case has a case specific Markman hearing, because it deals with construction of claims that specifically pertain to the individual case. That being said previous Markman hearings and rulings can be referenced in future cases, considering parallel circumstances. I could be wrong, i will look deeper tonight. I remember researching your exact question while doing DD in another stock. I will provide links if i find any.
Wow, what a close! Lets gooooo
Congrats to all longs! this is the beginning of an amazing run IMO. I am already over a year holding. So nice to start running hard, and your already in long term capital gains tax status. woot woot.
Oh, ha ha. That was a mistake. Meant to write NLST. sorry.
Are you asking if i am in that? The answer is yes
I am very excited for the upcoming Markman hearing. We will hear results within days of the hearing. If any of you have been in patent plays like this before, you know how impactful a Markman hearing can be, when it goes your way. It will be obvious how strong of a position we have once we read the ruling on the Markman hearing, which is why these events often lead to a settlement. Of course the hearing could be detrimental as well, but if you have done your DD here, as I have, you are probably confident that we will have a positive outcome. After-all, that is why we are here right? The fact that we have a viable business here, with improving sales and revs year over year, is just icing on the cake. Also, because our case against Google is so similar, this Markman hearing is a foreshadowing event in that case as well. A positive Markman result, will be the beginning of unstoppable momentum in my opinion, that will lead to inevitable increase in SP. Lets go INTV!!!!!. I can't wait for this ruling!!!!
I read response before removal. I appreciate the level-headed and honest reply. More than I can say for many. Good luck with your trades and investing in general.
"Ahh yes, the bottom falling out. I knew there was something I was forgetting about. Not much reason for a new investor to take stock in the company at this point if they haven't already. We will see just how confident current holders are if they continue to pick up shares in the .5 range. I'll be coming back on board under 50 cents."
That never happened.
Or how about post #4109 (december 2020) NLST
"I really started thinking I may have missed the boat yesterday haha still confident in low .4s through the first couple months of the year though. Beware of buying the momentum on this one!"
I think we can agree, this was waaaaaayyyyyyy off!
I have been in NLST for about a year now, and I have always read this board, but do not post often. I always find it amusing reading your posts. Very thoughtful, but often passive aggressively negative on the potential appreciation in SP. The posting began in September 2020, and if you have been invested since that first post, you have made over 100% gains. Recent posts suggest this current price is too expensive for entry, yet very similar post were made by you when it was .50's, .60's .70's, .80's, .90's.. Very interesting.
Im excited for tomorrow!!! Good luck to everyone, and happy to be on the ride with others here. The upside potential here is just mind boggling.
I think its one of these "Form T-trade" things.
Anyone else see the "aftermarket" price on their etrade account? I went to put a buy order in for tomorrow morning, and its showing it dropped to .112 in after market. Thats not real right? Showing the same drastic drop aftermarket, on another penny stock im looking at as well. Congrats to longs here, sadly I made a fairly large money wire today from my bank at 9am this morning into my etrade account, and the money didn't go in until 5pm. My intention was to go hard on BFCH. It was torturous watching the action all day, furiously speaking to support staff at e*trade. That being said, im happy for all that made bank here today. I still think this has legs, and I am still getting in tomorrow.
192,800 shares here.
i never made Scruffs list, but have been here forever, and do not mind donating cash to the cause.
I very rarely post, but have been here for years, and always reading. I am down to help in any way, or donate cash if need be to support our mission. Keep us all posted as to what is needed. Thank you for all of you doing the hard work. This sucks, but the least we can do is rally together.
