I am very excited for the upcoming Markman hearing. We will hear results within days of the hearing. If any of you have been in patent plays like this before, you know how impactful a Markman hearing can be, when it goes your way. It will be obvious how strong of a position we have once we read the ruling on the Markman hearing, which is why these events often lead to a settlement. Of course the hearing could be detrimental as well, but if you have done your DD here, as I have, you are probably confident that we will have a positive outcome. After-all, that is why we are here right? The fact that we have a viable business here, with improving sales and revs year over year, is just icing on the cake. Also, because our case against Google is so similar, this Markman hearing is a foreshadowing event in that case as well. A positive Markman result, will be the beginning of unstoppable momentum in my opinion, that will lead to inevitable increase in SP. Lets go INTV!!!!!. I can't wait for this ruling!!!!
