We need to raise the $20M CAPEX to begin construction.  Once we have secured that, we can start immediately and would be in production next Dec 2018.  We are looking to initiate the raise very soon after a couple of key milestones to release to the market.

WLC for lithium and enzr for graphite. There's more graphite in a battery than lithium.
Plug in hybrids are coming thick and fast now and peak oil panic is put back a while with new drilling helping out.Enter MUD!Can't see a downside to all these changes.Bonus round is vanadium at enzr property which is doing well in storage flow battery r&d along with its other uses.
