yes art. looks like last gasps of the .0002 to .0003 range. as with each tick downward, looks like
it's going to stay stuck at .0002.
until it goes to .0001. my guess is it'll bounce between 2 and 1 for awhile before it sticks at .0001.
then well, who knows? up to dr. staelin when to announce, that's it.
vein. no deal even rumored. not one. does lebby even have serious talks with decision-makers? he's an exuberant guy,
but there is no connection between that and the willingness of any company to be in business with him. it is crazy that
there is zero buzz. his free vacation, if he was even working on a deal he'd have been too busy for fun in the sun.
this will crater if no deal by March 1.
river. there is nothing difficult about doing many things they are not doing, such as changing their name. what's gone on for
a long time is the company has been used to put money in the pockets of the executives managing it. expense accounts
and write-offs, also. this may be what's going on again. without being on site, it is impossible to know anything with any
certainty.
next 2-3 months shareholders will know something, one way or another.
now trading between .0002 and .0003. trouble holding .0003.
soon trading will be between .0001 and .0002.
.0001 will be where it settles until the company ceases operations. dr. staelin is a determined guy, but when he decides
it's futile, that will be that. when??? can't predict that...
nrdc92. you're understandably fed up, with lebby, with lebby's posting fools, with lwlg. but why give them the attention you
rightly say they don't deserve? why dignify this different day, same shit nonsense?
I hope you write about something else because you write well...
why p4p? why flip this? are you making more than $20 here, $50 there? if you are, kudos! i'd still say that if you're
good enough to do it with biel, you're good enough to do it with 1000s of other companies/stocks and make
a great great deal more.
naturally that's not really my business.
i do wonder: once this is trading between .0001 and .0002, will you still be able to flip successfully--or at least
make enough to satisfy you?
good luck either way!
that's super srin.
trading between .0003 and .0004, that's done, over with.
trading between .0002 and .0003, that now, probably for awhile.
trading between .0001 and .0002, that'll happen, who knows when?
after that it's strictly .0001 until ??????
I admire your steadfast belief in Biel, srin. would honestly love that belief to be rewarded financially. until then,
I'm of the opinion that your earnest and intelligent loyalty to Biel is its own reward.
good luck!
nrdc92. thanks. no post has any effect on lwlg or it's pps, but your sanity/rationality at least dilutes the nonsense a little.
of course the best thing would be, don't get anywhere near message boards, plus only check lwlg every couple of weeks.
then, if the conviction the company can't do sets in, sell; or, if real news of a real deal is announced, begin to play this like
I do any other stock.
spec techs are usually agonizing investments and lwlg is no different. but allowing a daily dose of the minds that are active
here into my consciousness, that's mildly masochistic.
good luck nrdc92--i'm going to try to treat myself a little better. see ya.
while s. robotis has certainly got to be in the running for longest serving, worst performing CEO of any American company
in history, one has to admire that decade after decade he is able to draw a sizeable paycheck, while keeping his
handpicked and doubtlessly corrupt bod in his back pocket. he could teach a valuable course at any business school.
what a great subject for a great novel cycc and it's unapologetic, feckless leader would make.
go Spiro go--and you know he will do just that!
yes liveft416. when a spec tech without revenue has nothing but conjecture about when or whether it will be in business, pros and cons
have nothing to do except cannibalize each other.
that and repeat aspects of why they think what they think/believe.
doa or anybody. pps predictions:
if no deal by end of january?
if no deal by end of february?
if no deal by end of march?
forget all pro vs con debate: just predict a number...
nrdc92. truer words, as usual from you.
right now, there is nothing to keep this from continuous dropping. worse yet, everything is in place for an event that
causes it to crater.
does anybody want what lwlg has to offer?
by the end of Feb.-mid March, I think we'll know. if you have a hat nrdc92, hold onto it, hold tight...
glta!
no, he would not spend time writing such a piece, Ted.
lebby is as confounded and perhaps even desperate as anyone. can't make any deal, knows lots of companies are
working on solutions, sees the very real possibility of losing out entirely.
it's very possible no one is willing to have serious talks with this super smart guy. they may resent him and/or not like him and
so not even allow lightwave into their frame. that's hard for him to fathom. really taking responsibility as a businessman, not a
scientist, a businessman for lwlg's ongoing failure to do a revenue producing business deal.
it's almost 8 months since asm. lwlg is right on the edge of being in real trouble, of cratering. belief is ebbing.
debating defiant posters about the future is not my cup of tea. I only and entirely want to be rewarded financially for
investing in this company.
nrdc92. we are told lwlg has things to sell that can save corporations billions of dollars and improve what
they offer to customers plus improve the way they operate.
we've been told this for nearly a year now.
yet no one has gone into business with them. outside of lwlg's ceo's vague proclamations, there isn't the
slightest buzz indicating that any company is working with lwlg on any kind of deal.
this is all highly unusual. the ceo's of lwlg's potential customers aren't all dunderheads. at least one of them must
want to perform well for its bod, its customers, its shareholders. ceo's tend not to be modest or laid back. they tend to be aggressive alphas.
so, something very clearly does not add up. forget the posters, they are in no way involved or significant beyond being
people with opinions, pro and con.
you seem judicious. what possible explanation can there be for what is not taking place?
hey p4p. I've got 10 million shares of Biel. had them going on 14 years. missed the jump to .008. unforgivable. wasn't
watching. i'm down over 90% of my original investment. I've no idea how many shares of Biel you own, if any,
or what you see that keeps you interested, let alone why you think the company and pps will do better.
would you be pleased if you were me? or any of those others stuck for more than I am? also, since Kelly became
CEO of Biel, please tell me one thing she's done that feeds your optimism.
thanks in advance. sincerely...
hey nrdc92.
how fast and how far do you see this dropping?
a completely unpredictable amount of time might pass before lebby closes a meaningful deal--if he ever does.
the uncertainty is brutal; what's not uncertain is that we may very well see really upsetting lows.
it just goes on and on, us longs twisting in the wind...
how many months does anyone think Biel will trade between .0003 and .0002?
.0004 is likely a goner, period.
after that it's .0002 and .0001.
predictions?
it's a shame there is no way we could bet meaningful sums with each other about this. buying or selling shares of Biel is
not a proposition that makes sense for me now or going forward. I'm stuck with my millions of shares, stuck
with about $19,000 in losses.
good luck in 2024 everyone!
thanks for asking lurker3.
yes, 2023 was a good year for me. my relationship with my wife got dramatically better, i'm a painter and
my painting produced a number of pictures I get pleasure looking at, and I had a wonderfully successful
hip replacement that enabled me to be mobile and pain-free for the first time in ten or so years.
life has long treated me well and I steadily learn how to better treat it.
best of luck in 2024!
getseriousok, agree with all.
but please: as jealous as I am of all bielievers because nothing rattles their
optimism and positivity, could someone explain, how is it possible to bash a company trading between .0002-.0004?
a company with the 20-year performance record that Biel has?
Biel is bash-proof.
glta all you bielievers, I hope a minor miracle catapults your baby to a better place! in 2024!!!!!
2023, bye bye.
2024? big hopes...glta and happy new year!
happy new year fellow cbdd investors!
hard to know what will really move the needle here. right now this should be 10x higher: .006 is about right. the year end
news is good and it's solid, but the needle remains stuck.
major progress along the described lines in 2024 will take this much higher, as long as the current management team
is honest and dedicated to building a successful company.
glta!
yes ddls. you can stop now. there isn't a snowball's chance in hell that Biel will get short-term financing. not
with the note-holders, the share structure, the debts, the poor sales that've never been anything but poor.
and then there is Kelly and the Whelan family. there are posters who say they have too much to lose.
what one action has been taken in four plus years that supports this claim? not calling in borderline illegal
loans? not taking salary when there's no money to take from?
dr. staelin is an intelligent, determined guy, who believes in the efficacy of actipatch, has taken money out
of his own pocket, and even acts like an officer of a publicly traded company--unlike the CEO. but what
can he do in the face of the above?
it's possible that once Biel closes its doors some company will snap up the lapsed patent and market the
products, but that won't benefit us shareholders.
oh well. happy new year bielievers, you're a cool bunch!
from the content and tone of their communications with shareholders I honestly thought this new management
team was radically different and would propel cbdd to a success it's never had.
maybe they just need time. maybe they're working hard and smart.
I think we'll know by some point in the 2nd quarter of 2024.
it doesn't matter that Biel has been done for years, it's pps circling the toilet bowl that will flush the day Kelly decides
it's time.
it's got quality products and a handful of posters who I assume hold millions of shares who won't give up until death--theirs or
biel's--do them part.
the handful of doomsaying posters are here for reasons like anger at Biel, anger at the Whelan family, bitterness about losing
a big percentage of their investment, a need for conflict, an emotional tie to a set of facts that indicate the company's
unsustainability, etcetera.
I applaud and am jealous of the bielievers, think the doomsayers are right yet don't want to be a member of their club.
hope is as important a thing as there is in life.
go bielievers go!!!!!!
srin, and this you interpret as a positive? see, that's what I mean, that's why i'm a little envious of you.
srin, if I was in front of a firing squad i'd want you beside me because you'd be saying hopeful things and i'd be
feeling hope right up until the lights went out.
it's a really good quality.
nothing concrete and meaningfully good for a long has happened in many years; if it ever does I hope I don't go into
cardiac arrest...
Merry c and happy new year to you and all the diehard bielievers!
Biel was, is, will be this.
but not too much longer. no money, no sales, no interest, no leadership. otherwise everything is good.
article on yahoo business from guru about leonberger selling 75,000 shares at 4.67 on December 13th.
what to make of that? insider selling--and no recent buying--can mean many things. how does anyone
interpret this selling by an important member of lightwave.
things keep happening that I do not understand, combined with things that don't happen that I'm also confused by.
you'd think if good things were close to happening that he'd hold not unload.??????
ted. it never ceases to amaze me that pretty much everything you write that's skeptical or doubting in any way draws
fire from a number of acrimonious posters. they say nasty things about you, and they break down what you say
point by point, claiming you're a liar, an idiot, a falsifier, a know-nothing etcetera.
and yet they reply as if you've got this great power that needs to be answered and squelched or investors and potential
investors and lightwave itself will be harmed irreparably. all I get from you is thoughts I too have, a number of thoughts
I don't, some well articulated arguments--but i'm firmly of the belief that lightwave is going to be a big success. longs are
going to be very well rewarded.
still, I guess i'm only now realizing that one function of message boards is to relate like a constantly bickering couple. in this case
it's more like you are the very black sheep in an otherwise harmonious family. you clearly enjoy your roll as it is, and
probably would be somewhat at a loss if the skewing lessened or stopped altogether.
anyway, I hope you invest in lightwave, so besides what you get from your posting roll, you also cash in when lightwave
rolls big-time.
gimme. it's not bashing to say those things. plus it couldn't matter less what anybody posts. plus, Biel has gone
past pumping or bashing. its fate is sealed, as a shareholder, so is mine. so is yours and every single poster
holding shares.
why do I post? something to do. wordplay. enjoy reading myself.
2024, I won't spend a second more time as another Biel boob...
is greengro going out of business?
I thought they were doing okay with some solid plans for 2024.
why such a low volume if they're kaput?
Miami FL. malaciously? really? I invested 15 grand when Biel got fda approval. my investment is worth
less than !% of that. a nice slow steady wipeout.
I'm all for Biel succeeding. if only to the toilet bowl pps I bought in at. not one single thing that's happened
since Kelly inherited the CEO mantle has given me reason so hope.
if you and your fellow bielievers knew anything about business, the stock market, how publicly traded companies
are supposed to relate to shareholders, and the pharmaceutical industry, you wouldn't be even following
Biel and posting constantly. your time and energy and money would be on the prowl for places where
you had a rational fighting chance.
you've in effect put what goes on with Biel on ignore these last years, what's the different whether you
put a group of angry, frustrated Biel bashers on ignore? they may be nuts for bothering to bash a company
that hasn't shown any sign of being able to do anything except fend off bankruptcy, but they're running
purely on emotion, just like you bielievers!
dreamaker56. a penny stock trading below .0009, I don't think seeing the daily volume that any
end of the year tax trading has happened--nor will it. the amounts are simply too small.
there just isn't substantial belief in what new management is trying to do because the company has suffered
from incompetent to dishonest managing for so long. if this present group is on the up and up and actually
executes its business plan, this will soar to heights it's never reached before.
it'll have to be transparent, sustained, verifiable--all things this team seems bent on being. hang in.
2024 might be a nice investors' win.
I do not understand replying to investinbiel and a handful of others here.
they've got their millions or tens of millions of shares. they've got their unshakable beliefs. hope is such
an important part of life. they've got unswerving hope. they're the lucky ones!!!!
as far as worrying newbies will be drawn in by positive posters--i think it's years since that happened, and anyway,
if some new investor joined the group of believers, i'd say they were lucky too.
hope and belief, they're not based on facts, they're based on something higher and more sustaining...
misanthrope omg! an intelligent neutral post. also accurate. wow! it seems out of place on this board where
different perspectives shoot daily blanks at each other.
Kelly reveals nothing about the company she inherited. if she ever does i'll be a monkey's uncle.
keep firing guys. thanks misanthrope.
band aid. I do not think it makes sense to go after the Biel believers whose conviction has zero to do with
Biel facts, but everything to do with unshakable hope and belief.
this is at .0002 and by year end will settle at .0001. we won't hear from the CEO, not even when she closes Biel for good.
you know it, everyone knows it except the true-blue diehards here on this board.
why not leave them be? they're not hurting anyone. no new investor is going to look at the company and put their
money into buying the stock. there are a few, maybe only one or two, traders who buy and sell the .0001 daily changes.
so they make a couple hundred dollars. big deal...
glta!
srin, how is it possible that someone smart like you can be anything but pissed off at Kelly, the Whelan family, biel
as a publicly traded company?
of course, there is so much that completely baffles me about humanity that this is about the smallest of potatoes...
it seems nothing moves cbdd's needle. they're making all the right moves but because of their terrible mismanagement
up until now they're regarded with total skepticism. however, if this team continues to do what it's doing and has
results the perception will shift 180 degrees.
imklo. in fact (not a good way to begin this post because there's been no communication of any kind from the company for
many months so literally nothing is known, though the number and size of red flags is truly blinding), there are two sides
posting here. those who love the products so believe Biel must eventually succeed; and those who look at its history
and the information that is available and then conclude that Biel has no chance of doing anything except zeroing out.
to my way of thinking it is impossible to imagine this breaking .0009. more likely it will stay in low trips until Kelly decides
she's had enough. being who she is it's conceivable she'd post some form of goodbye on social media, but my
guess is she's too angry a person to even do that. Biel has been swirling the toilet bowl for years and years now.
some posting shareholders are actually very attracted to how Biel treats them. they like hearing nothing. masochism
is hardly uncommon...
I respect their unshakable belief and spirit nonetheless.
as ceo i have thought dr. lebby would offer some form of reassurance to the shareholders who pay the salaries and keep the doors open.
my thought was grounded in two other thoughts: that lebby had enough confidence in lwlg's tech and the conversations he's
had with potential customers to figure out a way to keep us from twisting in the wind for months and months; and secondly
that he has some sensitivity to those shareholders loyal to him and the company he's in charge of managing.
oops. oh well...
