So from the 10K Bruce pays himself 100 grand a year to generate a net 35K profit on sales for the company. That's pretty good work if you can find it. I would still like to find out what happened with the 5 supermodels that they hired as TPM Ambassadors.
It would be nice to hear something from Gaspard this week as follow up to what Molen said was going on with the BioCoal production. I would also like to know what is happening with the BioCoal that VCOR has produced that doesn't meet VGPR specs. Can that still be sold to somebody or is it all just waste now?
My experience has been that a CC leads to the dilution of shares the next day. One of the questions I e-mailed in was, will we be seeing more dilution Monday morning?
Maybe now they will have money to pay the accountants to file the 10K.
They are filing late because they don't have money to pay the auditors. That doesn't sound very good.
My concern is that most all of that revenue was from the tire plant which they are now selling. Are they going to be able to survive on just the waste-to-energy business? I guess we will be getting some updates on the pilot project in the next month or two to see how it is performing.
If the fins are audited I will be stunned.
My dividend shares are showing in my TDA account this morning. They don't have a value as of yet though.
Virginia has a hemp farming bill on the Governors desk waiting to be signed by the end of this month.
Gator, Is this the BIG news you had been talking about?
4th Quarter and Annual fins will be released after the bell on Tuesday, March 31st. There's a CC 2 hours later.
I agree the company could use some more eyes. I"m not trying to flip this for a quick buck, I'm hoping it grows in to something bigger. I've been a ND fan for almost 50 years so when I saw Tim Ruddy was the CEO that alone was enough for me to put some money in it. I can't fathom a Golden Domer being involved in a share selling scam which most pinks are.
If it does in the field what the say it will on paper, then I think we have a good investment.
The 412k debt was first mentioned in the Feb. 19th Quarterly filing. Melvin's 150mm shares coming off restriction has been know about for some time.
What I find amazing is they did not know about this apparently until a couple of months ago. I guess maybe Melvin forgot to mention it on his way out the door with his 150mm shares.
It's been a long wait getting the new Gassifier on line. I hope it is still on schedule to go live the end of this month, and then there are people that want to buy it.
What shell did Petey own? I missed that.
As lame as that CC was, when asked the question what is the A/S share count, what was his answer supposed to be? I think 3 of the recorded questions were the same question, just rephrased. I'm long on NTEK, but outside of getting a major movie addition to UF next week I was not really impressed with what I heard today. We'll see what the sentiment is tomorrow. This is my one post for the day.
I hope these SOB's get taken down, and taken down hard.
I would love to see Marty in an orange jumpsuit. It would really flatter that big, red beak of his.
By my calculations only about 300 million more shares to dilute and then we are home free. Unless Fred has another, "oh by the way, there is this debt I forgot to mention," moment.
If anyone knows Fred to talk to, you might also ask how many more shares he will be diluting to pay off the 415K debt that he said was going to be taken care of by the end of this month. I'm afraid this is going lower still. Hopefully, there will be a speedy recovery, but I'm beginning to have my doubts.
Not that I'm overly torqued about not seeing any pictures yet of the Torretherm machine in action, but it doesn't have to be a Cecil B. Debubba major motion picture. Take out the Iphone, take a handful of pictures and post them. I think most folks here would call that good enough.
I can't believe this hasn't been halted and they let Nielson continue to dump shares.
Just another 430 million shares to dump and that 415k debt will be paid. Pisses me off. How do you not know about a $415k debt and act like it is a big surprise.
It's interesting that Doug Vance's name comes up when you google Refuel Carbon. He is the person that designed and built the Torretherm machine and sold the rights to Vencor.
I figure there is going to be at least another 450 million shares dumped between now and the end of March to pay off that $415k debt. I'm not sure the current share price can stand up to that. JMO
I too don't see how having a reliable source of feedstock could be construed as garbage or a bad thing in any way. I do think the share price may well go lower in the short term with more dilution. I don't know of any other way Vencor can be paying for 2 machines and raw materials right now. Once orders start shipping I think they will be OK. JMO. I'm willing to give them at least another 6-8 weeks and see where they are then.
Neilson, that is.
Nelson gets my vote as Scumbag of the Year. I would love to see his ass in jail.
There is no "plant". The machine is built on wheels and goes to where the feedstock is. The only time the feedstock comes to the machine is if it makes more sense to do it that way. Kind of like a barbecue grill on wheels. Same as the hillbillies pull behind their trucks.
I am beginning to wonder if MM isn't rethinking his plan to build a plant at all. The Torretherm machine is built on wheels and it goes to where the feed stock is, the feed stock doesn't come to it. So if he commits to Vencor, I don't see where he needs to spend 2.5mm on a plant of his own. Or, at the least put it off until more revenues have been generated. JMO
That little run last week was fun while it lasted. I wish I had of cut my losses and gotten out at .005. Oh well, I guess I will check back in another 6 months and see how those contracts are coming.
That is a great find. If they get their filings up to date I think we really start to roll.
Right now I'm liking it less and less. I'm trying to find out if Torretherm is actually still in existence. There phone doesn't work and their website is down. I called today and left a message at the Richlands, VA Chamber of Commerce to see if they were still in operation. Hopefully, I get an answer tomorrow.
I would say that's probably about right. If, the machine is even running at all. We don't know that for fact. They won't even say where the machine is located. Torretherm is supposedly located in Richlands, VA. I called them today and their phone doesn't work, their website is down, I'm not sure they are still in existence. I left a message at the Richlands Chamber of Commerce today asking if they are still operating. I did not get a response today.
I'm not sure what it's going to take for this stock to sustain a rally. For the last 6 weeks plus it just gets flipped every 30-40% or so gain and then wash, rinse, repeat.
Feel the same. It's bad enough that I lost the money that I put in to this company, but another when he screws over people expecting to get paid a wage for an honest days work. All the while he keeps lining his own pockets. I hope he rots in hell.
It shouldn't take Marty too much longer to have this at no bid once again. Why he can't be put in jail is beyond my comprehension. At the very least, it would be great if one of the stiffed Cinncy employees just punched him right that big,red beak of his.
I've been here for over two years waiting on contract news. Any day now.
