Now I know where to get all of my ABQQ information. The ABQQ twitter account. If it is posted there, it has to be true and factual. I mean, it's not like ABQQ has ever lied to investors.
BWAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!
Volume like today really and clearly illustrates just how good ABQQ is at dilution.
You do realize one day not that long ago ABQQ had over 100MM in volume and the stock price went into the mid trips and then a few days later back down to low trips. So, if you are looking to flip ABQQ, that is the only play here.
Dilution has no end in sight. ABQQ has preferred shares that convert into hundreds of millions of shares. And, ABQQ has already shown it's hand. Why increase the AS to 10 billion if they intend to slow down the dilution? Of course they don't. Because they don't make any money from operations.
As you said, the industry is very competitive. If ABQQ were such a great investment, a large, well funded company would acquire them. It is much more cost effective for a competitor to start from ground zero than acquire ABQQ.
BTW, great post.
19 whole trades? Wow. That is a frenzy. Lots of shares but it only went up 1/100th of penny. Has anyone ever ground down penny into 100 pieces and held 1 piece? It's like it isn't even there.
Back down to the low trips tomorrow it is.
Hmmm, all of that revenue...and yet it still can't seem to even make a gross profit.
There is one, and only one, metric that means anything. That is the stock price. I call it the scoreboard. Right now, and for a very long time, the scoreboard has said ABQQ sucks. And here's the thing that really needs to be understood. The stock price isn't just me bashing ABQQ, that is the whole stock market saying ABQQ sucks.
And yet, those other OTC companies that don't have ANY revenue trade for 100X ABQQ. I'd rather invest in a company with no revenue and great potential than a POS company like ABQQ that has revenue.
And, how many pinks have almost 1 BILLION shares outstanding with 9 BILLION more ready to go?
ABQQ is a diluting machine. That's it.
ABQQ has absolutely no integrity. None. Why do you think they said no RS? Because they found out the hard way that when you are late filing all of the time, you get put down to the pinks. Getting the trading price back to $0.01 was irrelevant.
Now let me ask you, how much PROFIT did they make? Not just zero. Less than zero.
Pathetic.
The data for 3/1/23, 2/28/23, 2/23/23, 2/21/23, 2/17/23, 2/16/23 and 2/15/23 is not correct. Obviously the maximum price was NOT $0.001. ABQQ has been out of trips in a long time.
Did they finally announce the RS? How much was it? Like 1,000 for 1. Because that is the only way ABQQ ever gets back to $0.01.
UOIP is like a lot of OTC stocks. In reality this was a bad investment from day one for anyone still holding shares. But, many investors live in Fantasyland and choose to do poor DD or ignore red flags and expect to make money. Reality has finally caught up with them and they can't handle the truth.
I was able to confirm, even in Fantasyland's Accounting Division, the stock is still delisted and shareholders won't see one penny from any settlement.
Oh, I am sure you will find a seller. You could probably pick up a couple hundred million shares if you wanted. All for $0.0005 or less.
I know you've been in ABQQ for a pretty long time. I'm sorry this hasn't worked out better for investors like you.
Gosh, I am so disappointed to have missed out on the opportunity to invest in UOIP. Who wants to invest in companies where the stock is traded freely on an exchange. It's a lot more fun to deal with the headache of waiting for some settlement that investors will most likely never see.
Don't look at the ball Lucy. Look at the fairway.
What is there to love? ABQQ can't even make a gross profit. They are on the pinks for not one but two reasons. They have 9 BILLION shares just begging to be issued, and management is doing everything they can to make that happen. Oh, and the industry they are in is dying a slow, painful death.
It would be interesting to hear from some investors that paid anything over $0.01 what they think of ABQQ.
I've been very upfront about the fact that I've never owned a share and never will. This thing had a ton of red flags years ago and even more today. But, the entertainment value of ABQQ is enormous.
