Well I'll be.... old George is up to it again. Will wonders ever cease.
Flicking through my files and discarding a lot useless SHIP, I found the COTE board.
As for old delisted shares... I wisely wrote the loss off against market gains and gave the IRAss a goose egg, and happy for that to boot.
Now for the new stuff. I will buy a bunch at some point just to tack the paper(s) on the wall and chuckle.
I do not know about his purification Charcoal grill or Turbine Windvane but the engine still has my interest.
SOooo, let the guy talk it up and I'll see what is worth some dollars.
Best to you all for 2024 and nice to be back, at least for some silly reasons.
Ah Ha! So the Old Coate is at it again!
Another use for the amount called 'billions'.
Does anyone know if there is to be any stock offering?
Fortunately all my shares were well used as a tax write off years ago and it could not have been more timely.
The mechanics are still more than relevant for the engine (don't know about the H2 generator stuff efficacy) and the market is there to be had especially in the large commercial marine market.
Any scuttlebutt you folks have would be worth me chasing down. I am up for putting a few discretionary bucks in again just for yuks.
Saying hi to all who read this and good luck and best of health to all. George M
Looks like CP using Intercept plasma will push the SP well over $7 and just could go over $20 if key metrics indicate a possible buy out. Since the closest competition Mirasol is now a non-starter with the FDA last week, CERS occupies a monopoly position. That is not to mention RBS approval in the next few years as well as the now released info that American Red Cross will not guarantee requested shipment fulfillment if Intercept is not stipulated. CERS now owns the market along with locked in distributors throughout the world. No brainer investment for the whole next decade. Even buying at $20 SP will be a 10 bagger in5 yeas or less. Probably less. Very long here.
Just to let you know, GC might just be onto something good for long investors and new investors.
Please note the home town universities involved.

ULEMCo developing hydrogen fuelled marine engine
ULEMCo, a UK company that converts fossil-fuelled commercial vehicles to run on hydrogen, is developing a demonstration marine engine modified to run on hydrogen as part of an international project.
The overall aim of the HYLANTIC (Atlantic Network for Renewable Generation and Supply of Hydrogen to promote High Energy Efficiency) project is to show that a cost effective and practical solution can be deployed across a range of existing vessel applications, and therefore contribute to reducing emissions in local ports and inland waterways.
As well as developing a hydrogen fuelled engine, ULEMCo will also carry out a feasibility study to assess the sources of hydrogen in Liverpool, UK that might be suitable for marine applications, where opportunities could exist for vessels such as those used for the Mersey Ferry and the Manchester Ship Canal.
ULEMCo joins the universities of Cantabria, Porto, Ulster and Dublin City, as well as several private companies in delivering the HYLANTIC project. The work is being funded by Interreg Europe, which supports local and regional authorities across Europe in achieving solutions to sustainability issues.
“We are very excited to be part of the HYLANTIC project, and to be adding this feasibility work on marine applications to our fast expanding vehicle portfolio”, said Amanda Lyne, CEO of ULEMCo. “We shall announce progress with the demonstration hydrogen marine engine in due course.”

Really?
Prove or remove.
Zach, I can clearly see the efficacy of the CSRV.
When GC began to tout the HOH system, my eyeballs rolled up to the back of my head.
His chortling about HOH is the only thing in his mechanical applications that seriously concerns me.
I am in for the CSRV but the HOH is most questionable and heaps extra doubt on his pursuits.
All I can say to him is, good luck with HOH.
Ooooo-Ouch!!
A 20.83% drop April 12, 2018?
Must be a miracle huh?
GC may have been better off having said nothing.
Go figure?
Also about that same time (20+ years ago) a young engineer for H-D by the name of Erik Buell reshaped that company from his small detached office into winning the Daytona competitive MC series with the Buell 1125R.
Two years into winning races and putting H-D in the winners circle against Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and others..... Buell was sacked for a 125 million dollars write off against the motor company's errant financial lending arm's fiducial failures. They could not bring themselves to be successful in the sport bike market with Erik taking increasing limelight.
Read up a bit more about how H-D treats inside and outside developments that do not make the family egos soar.
What the motor company did to GS's engine was criminal. GC was correct in never having dealings with them.
I have great respect for H-D and have&ride the wheels off my Buells. Some folks can make it so that good companies fail to advance good technologies in exchange for golden parachutes and not upsetting the status quo. Too bad for H-D, Buell and George Coates.
As far as I am concerned, GC and GC are keeping their PR mouth shut tight and much to your chagrin.
I am loving it because it is now extremely serious work going on and it is not for general disemination until he wants it out.
So suck it up or run away IMO.
Thank you for the compliment but I am not George Coates.
I also do not believe that Vegasandre is George Coates.
Geeshh! Your WAGs are far worse than GC's PRs.
I knew of the past, saw that H-D engine with George Coates, understand fully the tribology, know what the solution is, met with H-D people and know the story from both sides.
I am certainly not here to convince anyone I am right, just to let folks know the workings of the valve and the personal experience of sitting at the table in his office to see what position I would pursue as an investment. Also the potential of purchasing a build license.
So if you know more than I, hats off and best to you.
Some of the most vociferous and negative commenters seem to have the feeling they are victims of fraud, malice, false claims, incomplete data, purposeful errors, misleading info and a host of other excuses.
Coates CSRV mechanism is sound but those who have failed to understand the CSRV and market, can only compare their idea of application to the current market, with no insight into how the market will/is changing around them. They cannot embrace the change nor see its relevance to future trends.
In effect, they succeeded in purchasing the right stock for the wrong reasons and had flawed expectations based on an ill planned time line. They are 'victims' of their own rationale, trying to convince others that they are spurned investors.
So, having lost by their own decisions, they are welcome here to express their frustration for all to see, while safe behind the apron of anonymity.

This and the following post (picture) is for George Coates. I am quite sure he and Gregory will understand what is happening.

Time for a big thumbs up on that start!!
NH has fallen from $12 to $3
STRM has fallen from $8 to $3
Hope that does not signify future SP.
On the other hand, R E Watson might help CVM go from $2 to $12 SP?
A turn around IT king maker?
I can only hope.
National shipping ports are now refusing to allow polluting ships into ports.
Very low (expensive) sulphur fuels oil is needed. Engines must be replaced by high efficiency engines to recoup the cost of new engines. Replacing just the heads is far less costly than removing the whole engine.
This is what needs to be produced by Coates

In the past I have noticed that most highly tech oriented (multiple patents) companies go absolutely 'dark' when preparing a broach onto the market prior to their big PR.
Also, the fact that some of those big PRs turn out to be anathema for one company whilst a competitor may use a similar idea with great success.
Coates has no competition for the highly efficient CSRV but since it is new to the masses, at least this PR should have gone through a number of iterations to plant a firm footing upon which future reference can be made with increasing credibility.
At some point one must perform admirably, follow through with product shipments and a convincing indication of profitability.
George Coates and Gregory Coates are perched on the cliffs edge... it is long past the time to get it right.
For now, silence, in my opinion, is golden.
Shame on me, I failed to catch that one.
"GC's stock holdings were also effected by the RS the same as all other stock holders. That's right, GC's stock count was also divided by 200. This leaves the door wide open for future "forward splits".
Too much time to two wheels than to 200th splits. Mr. Sun & 60 degrees made me do it.
Your answer is here.
I made that post to get a feel for what the mind set is at the drop of the 200/1 reverse split.
The RS does NOT make me unhappy, in fact the opposite. Here was the comment made.
Yeeee HAaaaa!!!! I am just loving this.
There is nothing wrong with your screen.
We will control the horizontal.
We will control the vertical.
Coates "COTED" will transmogrify the Internal Combustion Engine market for as long as you live.
Some folks did not have their .0002's fulfilled and are happy.
Just wait awhile and try not to curse that non-fulfillment someday.
Just like Christmas!
A brief history of one of my good investments. Bought shares @ $5 then lost value. At least used as a tax write off. Later bought same again at $3 then lost value. Tax write off again. Then bought a massive load at $1.08 now up over 400% and holding for over $80. It took over ten years to learn the stock and a very reputable small company against the perils of the FDA.
I consider myself 'in the loop' on certain investments and those loops often have serious downsides. That is what makes it fun, interesting and rewarding when it hits. I am loving the long ride because I know the product, have met the GC, really delved into the science with the man and have had good communication at a time.
I have no intention of bolstering his credibility to anyone and have never ever cared whether or not people believe my commentary. I make a very nice living while some folk just cannot get out of their basements other than to make some sort of meh comments. Those folks really make me laugh before I cut them out of my reads..
I will make money on COTE or use it to offset making money's taxes. If you have "lost money" you do not have to average down, just walk away. If, on the other hand, you want to be a real investor, take the risk. Some were happy they could not get the deal they wanted. They did not walk away.... they let opportunity walk away and may not regain that fulcrum in their mind.
Nothing I or GC have ever gotten has not been without blood and money on the floor. It is a tough slog and most people can hack at others but succumb to the grind themselves. GC is not one of those, nor am I.
I will hold while others fold.

Once again BC239 you nailed it as well as post 20264.
Might be good for folks to revisit the post(s).
You are factual and painfully (in a good way) succinct.
Hey Pooh1, nice shot at revealing sheer ignorance.
The facts are out there, even if some folks ignore them.
H2 is linked to COTE, period.
You totally unmasked the writer.
Well done.
I am here and just having a good time watching it for now.
Had a good bit of it a while ago and looking at a repurchase.
Thank you for posting that public information about the Alpha, NJ boards methods and timing.
The information was not proprietary or inside information of any company, as it resides with Alpha, NJ not anyone else. It is therefore 'common knowledge' and able to be obtained by any citizen of reasonable mental faculty.
Of course there are probably some folks that have a difficult time discerning between unprotected common public and cicvic machinations and the illegal passing of insider information.
Buy COTE IMO
Comparison between a poppet valve engine height and the lower height CSRV valve system.
A much less complex valve system, less expensive, lighter weight and lower overall height.
You can try using it by inserting it as the text below.
The URL image is as follows http:i64.tinypic.com/33ym2hf.jpg
If the picture does not display on this forum, there seems to be a problem with the host site's interpretation of the image and or URL capability.
Find the actual delivery date of the V12 engine as shown on the media page.
Now add a year or maybe just 8 months if really lucky, added to that pictured delivery date.
The launch date for the engine converted to CSRV would be near the newly summed date range.
That is IF all goes well in making a first run of parts for 4 to 10 engines!!!
I do not remember the delivery date nor even care about such. Too many times have I seen projects get hung up simply because some dud spilled coffee on the design computer.
However, if it makes folks feel good that they can possibly predict a positive launch of engine and PR, please do try the suggested date prognostication method. Good fodder for keeping occupied, huh?
Buy and hold IMO.
The pictures of the V12 being delivered are of a previously deployed unit from the field and not a new or virgin engine direct from the factory.
That is not bad news though. Simply put, GC and GC are doing the same thing Cummins does in their rebuild facility. Coates will ditch one of the most expensive parts of the engine, the WHOLE valve train!!! Not to mention disposing of the heads also.
Lunacy would be to buy a new engine and discard the valve trains and heads. Far easier to rebuild the bottom end because the pistons will be replaced as Coates custom parts that will compliment the valve and compression/breathing required by natural gas.
GCs are smart and very thrifty (warms my Scots heart).
The first 3 seconds or go to minute mark 4:26 (near the very end of video) to see a V12 QST of a similar type engine with a cleared deck, no heads and no valves. That is what GC will do, then replace with the new head/CSRV units. The video is Russian.
I believe that Donatelli and M are just fluff and bluff.
I look forward to another round of purchase as soon as next week.
GC is not going away and diesel, natural gas, propane and gasoline will be transitioning for years to come.
The CSRV is at least a bridge to the future that allows internal combustion engines to stay on the market for a while longer without massive assembly line and power train changes.
It is by far the easiest and least expensive way for auto manufacturers to satisfy the "greenies" while minimizing tooling changes. They keep the bottom end of the engines and replace only the valve/head units. They save weight and reduce fuel consumption and have a cleaner burn all in one fell swoop.
So I cleaned it up for the sensitive folks.
Why do I even bother to comment when there are such "keyboard characters" that have "know idea" about the application of the Coates CSRV engine?
CSRV is not intended for cars at this time!!!!
Here is a tiny company (in jest for those "keyboard characters" KCs).
GE (yes, that GE, General Electric) is out looking for a new tier III (3) and future engine types for diesel, gas and hydrogen.
Here, take a look at the GE washing machine and refrigerator and air conditioner company (oops I left out GE Capital and aircraft engines). They also do this stuff......
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GE_7FDM
I am still amazed at the "keyboard characters".
Get a grip out there KC's. There is actually far bigger bucks in the stationary, field gen, standby gen, marine and off road capital equipment market than the cutthroat cheap engined car market.
Please, find a forum where you you really know something about a market.
Buy COTE in my humble opinion.
No Revers Split is scheduled.
Just regurgitated history from a few forum keyboard characters that have shift/return problems requiring frequent use of your delete button.
Just Due Diligence and buy or bye, IMO
Coatess viable, challenges electric IMO.
Reason being custom fuel production.
Excerpted from an article:
...a new additive that helps convert CO2 into fuels with multiple carbon atoms. The team has taken a big step toward making renewable liquid fuels that don't come from oil or coal.
...the reaction was highly selective for the more desirable fuels that contain multiple carbons -- such as ethylene, ethanol, and propanol. We saw an 80 percent conversion to these multi-carbon fuel products,
...Fuels with multiple carbon atoms are desirable because they are usually liquid, and liquid fuels store more energy per volume than gaseous fuels.
...Chemists from the Joint Center for Artificial Photosynthesis (JCAP) aim to artificially create multi-carbon liquid transportation fuels with widely available ingredients like sunlight, water and CO2.
...This may lead to alternative fuels that are efficiently made from sunlight, CO2 and water instead of the traditional oil.
IMO, CSRV burns custom fuels cleaner than power companies producing electricity for electric cars.

This was quite interesting but falls short of what the Coates CSRV can do.
Of course I had to make a comment. Maybe the comment will help the Brother make a few bucks?

Old news for the longs but new news for Engineering 360.
"greg", please never do that again!!!
I was having a sip of coffee and laughed so hard it came out my nose.
Great quip my dear man!!!
Buy and hold long IMO.
I glean from other posts that the "Brother" is dropping coin on COTE at .0002?
What a sucker. I bought good chunk at .00016 a few years back during a blip.
Oh well, hope the Brother makes a few bucks so the electric bill for all those posts gets paid.
Not only a great post but...
Now I know who the 'Brother' really is,
BRoberts1982!!
The 'Brother' must be so hard up for reinforcements and followers he has to invent additional clones.
Next will probably be some 'other' (Brother without the B) gender so as to appear genuine.
At least I know that George and Gregory Coates truly exist and work daily to build something useful. That is in direct opposition to the ramblings of BRoberts1982 and ilk.
Just my humble opinion, mind you.
Triple zero three? Buy thee!!
$2,000 worth of shares @ .0003 divided by 10,000 gets you 666?
HHMMmmmm
I have no acquaintance with your your suggested line of deliberation, so I will defer to your long duration, plus deep depth in the appearance, texture and palate for the field of POS.
Dipping into .0003. Buy Time!!!
gregrosen84... As a youngster, I use to read & reread a book "The History of American Inventors", your post would be a better preface!
Bravo!!!
