After retiring so many shares? Wouldn't they want to see how the market reacts over a longer period before doing a reverse split?
It would probably take a trillion volume day to get this stinky to move one tick.
It was like waking up to the 2008 recession today...
Don't know what Hayes is thinking, but this is not how you make your company attractive to investors, short term or long term. Well, I will give him until December, then this becomes a tax write off.
Starting to become one of my more disappointing stocks that I have owned. Might have to make it a tax write of stock.
Happy Easter! Yup! I did it, broke PC regs and brought religion to the board.
I started investing in 2002 when I was in the military. I have made good money on several investments, but this is by far the best one with potential I have seen it n a while. Already up a 1000 percent on my initial investment. Love it!
Just got a nose bleed from this rocket taking off...What about you Peggy, wait, you didn't get aboard.
Well, with their last OS update it makes sense that Apple sees a need for dual authentication. Who knows what they might do, but the fact is SFOR owns the patent and Apple is using it.
I will be back, in fact, no going anywhere. I like this company and hold long. Nothing up to this point would make me sell one share. How about yourself?
Nice, thus only confirms that this company keeps good on its PRs. Setting up my dual authentication now. Good to know I invested in the company that owns the patent. Won't be long before we rise exponentially in Pps.
Hello all!,
So, I have read some recent post about Apple releasing their new OS version and had to update my company phone with this version. I work for a very large defense contracting company that does strict testing of any OS version that Apple releases on our company phones before allowing us to update company issued IPhones. I was really surprised to see dual authentication added to this last update, and if a company the size of the one I currently work for approves it...then it must be solid! Just food for thought, million plus club and long!
Ummmm, no. Definitely not! A civilian running the military would never happen. GS positions are there to aid the military and consult the military.
There's a long list floating around of all the infringers. It will take a while to take all of them to court.
Going to have to agree with you. There are too many patent infringers to go after before Kay sells. I would say that early 2019 would be the soonest for a buyout. Till then, each lawsuit won will only cause an increase in share price, and more deals sealed for use of the patent. Could be a quick ride to dollar land though...
Yeah, no reason at all to do an R\S. When the lawsuits finalize volume will pick up and possibly a share buyback may happen. That is just my opinion though.
MM's just keep accumulating. Hopefully l, they let it run on the PR coming soon.
Recommend holding for a year
Yup, that's when we add. We know what we own and wait for long term results. No use complaining everyday, just buy on the dips and sit back, relax, and sip on some Irish cream...
Not gonna sell a single share below a dollar...Be patient, that is the hardest thing.
Interesting that SFOR would file two more law suits, it seems to me that there is a level of confidence that is backing the motivation to pursue these companies. I will let people to conjecture on what may happen, but a guy just doesn't file two new law suits if they lost three other law suits. It seems that the judicial system may have upheld SFOR's patent claim. As is, just a conjecture and me pondering. Take it how you want...
Sometimes it's just better to observe. I post every once in a while, but really don't engage unless I am gathering information.
Doesn't get anymore clear than that...
I took some 2's today. See what I can do tomorrow
Never a good thing to hear, prayers.
List keeps on growing! Congrats!
Very smart strategy, I use that rule for all my OTC trades. Too many people get themselves in trouble 'going all in' . Doing extensive DD and realizing one's own financial limits goes a long ways. Of course, I had to learn that the hard way...lol
You and zata are very "fortunate" to have so many shares
Yessir, and, looking forward to all the news coming. Just got a good feeling
Congrats!
Nice!
Been sitting here for awhile waiting patiently...just want to know who is still in the million plus club? I am...
Got my PURA shares and I met all the requirements...
Best Buy, selling here only solidifies the fact that this companies patents are upholding. With that, I can only assume the three cases that are on-going are in a state of strong settlement negotiations.
I think we should hire the budweiser frogs. They have been unemployed for a while, should be pretty cheap to hire
Angel Stanz has to remember to operate this company first...Stanz...Stanz...anyone...Angel Stanz? Yup, nowhere to be found...
Glad I got my dividends in PUR@...wow
Ummmm, please tell everyone the secret of selling restricted share...we are all very much interested.
Lol anyone can verify Mark is not busy calling the TA that is not gagged and is more than willing to give up that information
Eventually, I can only conjecture, but I believe we will reach .23 cents, but not under EPGL. More than likely the company that was created will merge with this company. I have several theories as to why Hayes took this route.
1. Hayes started his private company and is going to sign all his major deals through this entity. Why? He doesn't have to report anything to the Sec or FINRA. Much easier to keep proprietary and confidential information from the public while growing your company. Then when he is ready to go public, instead of doing a IPO, Hayes reverse merges with EPGL and renames the company. For those loyal investors that took the free shares, well, in the end the math will probably work out to you having the same amount of shares you currently own, just at a higher...much higher price. This is just on a whim, no facts to support this statement, so, don't use this as DD!
2. You're invested in a company in pinky land! Who knows what will happen!
