got my sell order in at .0005, it's either that or I just take the tax write off. Finally looks like the last nail in "Angel's" coffin is about to be set. Come September....this will be under six feet of dirt and forgotten.

I have the same going on, but the difference between those ones and RIGH is that they commincate and are making effort to comply before the deadlines. I haven't herd or seen anything about this ticker since Angel got banned from OTC. leads me to believe that there will be a pump and dump campaign soon, a lot of bag holders want out before the deadline hits. I am starting to think .0005 or .0007 will be my exit point as well.

This will probably fall with the rest of the OTC symbols that fail to report under the guidelines. I don't think Angel has it in him to keep this alive anymore.

nah...I would wait for a half billion trade day. Too many shares out there now...100 mil trade days aren't gonna impact anything in the near future. Of course...it would be nice if some worthwhile news was released, like current pink with actual deals on the MJ market. just my opinion.

last time it was exciting here was in 2013...then the drama...now nothing

maybe they gonna do a forward merger...rare, but is one heck of a power move if you are trying to dominate a sector with new branding. It also creates a strong support from shareholders as well. Just a thought, no evidence to support any of this, yet.

Of course he, Mark Kay, wants another R/S. How else can he live the life he wants from screwing over his investors. That is a given!

So, I invested in this company way back before the microsoft lawsuit was won, and had confidence in Mark. It seened legit then, but year after year Mark's word amounted to disappointment. When the ropes and grey case fell through, it seemed Mark focused on himself and making sure he could keep his luxurious life style intact. I sold 10 mil shares for a decent profit on a hype. Ever since I have been on the sideline watching for some hope of life. All I see now is CEO that is more concerned about his next paycheck than the people who hold shares in his company. Mark's salary does not reflect his effort and it shows.

FINRA has to approve it. So if there is no valid reason, there is no R/S... makes a investor wonder

That all depends on what your average cost per share is. Some people are as low as .0011, so, they still hold quit a bit of gains in relation to those who are trading on the flip method.

Bud, truely you haven't got a clue of what is fact and what is not. Go ahead and take a few business classes and learn the legal aspects of how business is conducted.

If you should happen to figure out due process works, then go ahead a pursue legal action. However, I expect more accusations and opinionated statements with no substantial evidence to prove any entity of wrong doing.

Just because you claim it as a fact, doesn't make it a fact. I am pretty sure if you submit your 'facts' to the SEC or FINRA they will have a good laugh for a couple of weeks.
