Funny how the weblink to the OTC site still lists Brian Weber as the CEO and no other updated information....how many shades of lipstick do you want to put on this pig?????
have you looked into the SEC filing and possibly recovering costs through the final ruling ($208,000 fined to Weber for disgorgement)?
they've actually produced audited financials?
yeah, i was an early believer who drank from that koolade...don't get too deep. only spend what you can afford to lose here.
Has anybody recovered losses from BBDA's fraudulent activities? I know I lost a bit of money there....
Don't forget the past....not too distant past....

Interesting article but a little dated....2011
Yup. Painted green at the last minute.
Thanks GM.
Who has an updated AS/OS count?
Why is this stickied?
If you click on BeBevC at the bottom ("designer"), it shows that the account is suspended.....can't pay any bills, can't make money issuing more shares, can only try to get more free money through Go F Me website.
So where is the footage of all of those fans that are there to support the Koma Unwind modified madness?
Followed by what avenues for investors to get their money back????? Individual or class action lawsuits only????
He was right in his analogy. He just forgot to include that the reverse split and subsequent forward split/dividend will cost more in broker fees than the shares are worth AND it will be immediately followed by further dilution.
I've written this one off and waiting to hear more from SSA on a lawsuit action.
Scottrade conversion just kicked in an now I've lost even more money....$20 reorg fee.
Personally, I've been blocked from posting any more comments on the Bebevco Facebook page. Go figure.
Not sure how you are trying to portray that FB post. I was mine and a totally sarcastic posting. I had previously posted a comment on the recent 5B increase and it was removed....
I'm reallllllly looking forward to the next shareholder update.
Sorry but I really think that "Pepsi" is just name dropping to make it seem like something bigger is cooking. Hopefully, I'm proven wrong on a lot of things with this company.
Pretty fluffy PR indeed since the combined population of the two counties under that distribution deal is less than 100,000.
Not looking forward to Q3 financials. Share revenues continue to increase and gross revenue (including sales) stagnates or falls even with supposed market expansion and significant operating cost increases.
See how long this Facebook post actually stays.
Posted Question: What is the company business and revenue growth plan when we zero out and have no bid? According to previous shareholder updates, a reverse split will not happen and share buybacks will. Can the shareholders get an accurate revenue projection based on sales of product or at least a best guess from distribution? National Walmart rollout would have taken the company on a strong and positive trajectory. This obviously hasn't happened with a lot more reported revenue coming from sale of shares in the past quarters. Without a good business plan being presented to the shareholders there is no counter to the negative bashing and plummeting stock value. Those who are running this company need to demonstrate how they are NOT running it into the ground.
Manou - I am amused and not refuting anything that you are saying but in your 1,000 plus posts that you've made I'd wager 999 of them include the word "dump"......
Sidebar humor here....and I may have missed this somewhere in the postings but did they serve Koma at the meeting? I don't see any in this picture. Brian asked for a Hawaiin punch perhaps because he didn't want to relax too much.
I can only venture a guess that they need to continue raising capital to keep up with growth and fulfilling orders. As Whip has stated all should be good if the revenues outpace expenditures and dilution. Of course, that a rosy interpretation since we don't know for sure.
I believe the rumor is 1.5 value....not 1.5 shares. The value is dropping which is what I think Hava is worried about. The pps is in the hands of some bigger players and may or may not be acting as BW wants them to. My opinion and fear is that the pps drop is intentional with the looming transition. If so, Hava is taking the right approach and a lot of others are screwed.
ON a positive note, if what BW is quoted as saying is close to true the past three months have seen a doubling of revenue. I'm sure we will all starting speculating on the Q3 financials......
Lobo - I am all for positive thinking and hope that Koma is a viable product. I can't stand all of the bashing that is presented on this board but have to say that general bs postings about sales doesn't rank high with me either. If anyone has concrete, validated sale information please share.....
Whip-
What they reported as Gross Income for Q2 increased over Q1 this year. That's the comparison I'm making. What is in the "Gross Income" is questionable. I'm assume that it is a combination of sales and other sources of income (i.e. shares issued). I get around a 20% increase in the gross number from Q1-Q2 2013 after deducting shares issued.
Big picture is that I'm trying to gage the rate of change in income to guess if the product is taking off or not. There's been enough time to look at it this way.
Trackman-
It may be a difference in the way they are counting revenue from shares issued. If they remove the value of the shares issued from both quarters then the increase should be more than 61% even. The numbers are way too cloudy to really figure out. A rough 20% growth in Gross Income (less shares issued) from Q1 to Q2 this year isn't bad. I was just hoping to see a stronger acceleration with all of the time that the product has been in Walmart, etc.
I'm pretty sure the same thing happened last quarter with an extension but the financials came out later than 5 days.
I agree. If there isn't a strong increase in revenue then I don't see where the big box deals are really working. They have a much wider distribution network now but that doesn't equate to product sales. The long-term success of the company hinges not only on the managment (which is highly debatable until we are presented a clear path forward that is followed) but on the product. I've heard a lot of mixed reviews from people on the taste, effect, etc. but the resale is what will count. At this point it should not be too early to understand this but we are in the dark here.
Just a quick poll: How many on this board have requested a summary of sales?
I have on several occasions without a response. Stock transition aside, the reported financials don't tell us about the actual success of the product which is key. Shareholders should be pushing for this as part of the "Shareholder Updates". A simple enough number to provide even if they are going through numerous distributors, etc.
You can hold off on posting reponses on the validity of the reported financials. I'm concerned about that as well but want to gage the product, not the management right now.
Whip - I don't know if Walmart has rolled out Marley's nationally. I'm in South Florida and see Marley's in a lot of stores. I haven't made it Hialeah/Miami where they are being tested in Walmart. I did check on a 7-11 address close to my office which rqtect stated was carrying Koma a while ago. Wasn't there and asked store clerk who had no idea. I should probably check again but I have a lot of other things going on.
I'm sure that Koma will have to be distributed almost nationally before it is showing up on the website. I've posted this link in the past but Walmart already has Marley's on their website.

In my opinion it depends greatly on who was buying and continues to buy newly issued shares. I doubt that this company has a broad enough base of investors and longs to hold value if the MMs want to come back in and control things.
You're probably right. I haven't tasted Marley's but it is the only brand showing up on Walmart's website.
As much as I'm already invested and want to see success, it's the conflicting information I find that really concerns me. I thought Koma was the first and only relaxation drink in Walmart or perhaps I wanted to hear that in my mind....

rqtect - what is the address of the Walmart in West Palm Beach? I want to check it out. Thx
I've been on and off the board monitoring BBDA for a while but haven't seen any discussion on the Q3 and Q4 2012 numbers which were released. Granted these are not audited and we are all waiting for those numbers to come out.
My concern is that if more and more locations have been coming online with Walmart stores, etc. then why were the Q4 numbers less than the Q3? Less cash, less inventory, AND less accounts payable? These contributed to overall lower numbers including a reduced gross revenue. I'm invested but these numbers don't indicate to me that increased distribution is bringing increased sales/revenues.
Hope I'm missing something.
