You’re correct. CDSCO (India’s FDA) requires that foreign companies who want to export theirs rosier to India must have a local “Authorized Agent”....in this case Macleods. So getting the deal in place with them was a required first step.

I agree....I thought I had read in a previous PR that Phil. FDA needs data from at least 8 - 10 patients before they’ll consider granting an EUA. I could be mistaken though.

This is the ANVISA requirement of having a local company act as license agent. This is a mandatory step before you can sell approved product in Brazil. It’s not approval to sell but opens the door for that to happen.

I think it’s highly likely that Hungary will grant EUA first....as to how many doses they buy? Who knows....
