You were saying what???
FLST denied bridge financing based on their financials and 10Q.
They were just denied by another funding firm Silvercoast funding because of questionable business practices . That second firm only loans out highly toxic financing. looks like they can't get anyone to fund this puppy.. Put a fork in it its done!!!
It will go up. The withdrawal which was filed is part of the loan vetting process. Lawyers are tying up loose ends. There are many longs holding right now. As I have said before, if FLST were going to crash it would have done so by now. Hang tight, good things will happen.
You're probably right. All of the naked shorts should be covered. No more morning run ups. Add one part good news, one part volume, then and shake and bake.
It's considered a sell if it is filled on the bid. MM's are working this. They've had plenty of time to do their DD. If FLST was going to crash or bleed off it would have done so by now. Because it hasn't bled off or crashed, it's telling me that there is a boat load of longs holding right now.
That was 2009, during the height of the meltdown. If you can borrow one dollar then you can borrow 2 dollars. If you can borrow 2 dollars then you can borrow 4 dollars etc..... There are many investors out there who are sitting on large sums of cash looking for a place to put it. We don't know what the terms are for FLST financing, it may be a subprime loan with a high rate of return in which case someone may be willing to risk some cash.
It can be done. A few years ago me and a buddy of mine started a company and secured a half million dollar bank loan based on a business plan and an inflated appraisal. At the time of the loan we had zero cash flow and were in debt to 3 private investors to the tune of 600k. These type of loans get done every day.
LOL, that's weird. I'm sending him a list of ticker symbols, maybe he can work a little magic so I can see what they look like towards the end of the week!

60% on 1.2m shares. I'm putting an order in next week for a new Trans Am.

I've tracked Aim High for over a year. They don't miss very often.
Aim High Profits article
So far, this week has gone exactly according to plan for the VIP members of AimHighProfits. Getting a chance to start the week off with the penny stock of GRILLiT Inc. (GRLT) and watching it run from 0.27 to as high as 1.74 yesterday or gains of 544% was great. However, the bounce play of all bounces which we didn’t expect to occur so soon took to flight yesterday when shares of FuelStream, Inc. (FLST) launched off their bottom after their former owner and operator, Sean E. Wagner, was arrested on July 19th for defrauding an airline that, get this, provided services for the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Marshals Service. News of regular jet fuelings was all it took to get FLST stock back into the air.

Fuelstream had to make a number of changes knowing that Wagner, who owned 9,226,622 shares of FLST, 60.44% of the issued and outstanding as of April 16, was due to be arrested. The case, Ryan International Airlines, Inc. v. Aviation Flight Services, LLC and Aviation Fuel International, Inc., the two wholly owned subsidiaries o FuelStream, was looking to recover $1,491,308.66. When we looked over this report which was issued by the USDOJ, FLST immediately went on to the watchlist.
The chart was pretty obvious that someone was trading shares of FLST for $2.50 to $3 for most of the year until the arrest as made. Quickly afterwards, volume on FLST stock not only picked up, but the PPS dramatically crashed to .03 when we added it to our watchlist.
What’s weird is that FuelStream just ended a year when they reported $1,054,826 in net sales of jet fuel for a gross profit of $147,743. Although total selling, general and administrative expenses were an overloaded $19,037,104, $6,000,410 of which was impairment of goodwill, the revenues were encouraging to say the least.
On January 18, 2012 the Company acquired 100% of the equity of Aviation Fuel International, Inc., a purchaser and reseller of aviation fuel for commercial and private aircraft, for $4,957,500 which was paid by issuance of 7,400,000 shares of FLST stock. On May 10, 2012, the Company, along with 2 partners, formed AFI South Africa LLC for the purpose of partnering with Global Aviation for brokering the sale of Fuel for aircraft in South Africa.
In September, 2012, the Company issued 2,063,550 shares of FLST stock to the partner to purchase there 20% interest in AFI South Africa which the Company valued at $5,158,875.
However, during the 3 months ended March 31, 2013, Q1, the Company reported $0 sales and total selling, general and administrative expenses of just $406,984. The word mayhave gotten out about Wagner’s conspiracy to defraud Ryan International Airlines by making kickback payments to Wayne Kepple, the former V.P. of ground operations for Ryan in charge of contracting with providers of goods and services on behalf of the company.
The news from yesterday was encouraging to see that Fuelstream apparently participated in the inaugural weekend of flights between Miami and Port-au-Prince and sees expanding into the Caribbean market as an exciting opportunity to book an estimated $1.33 million quarterly, $5.3 million annually, just on the airlines initial route. If it was just a fluff PR, at least it was enough to throw FLST stock back into the air.
This really wasn't a hard pump, 3 letters went out around July 11, the run didn't start until 3 weeks later when Aim High did a write up on it. IF this were a VM or APS in your face promo, then yes I'd say that it's dead. Anyone who's been playing pennies for awhile knows good and well that FLST could turn on a dime at anytime and start heading back up. I've seen it happen dozens of times. It's a speculative stock, and there will be more speculation.
Happens very often. If someone on this board wants to contribute to my retirement account, I'll sell at the low tomorrow and take a huge loss. Shortly after I sell the price will skyrocket 300% and make a lot of people a lot of money. PM me for instructions on how to donate.
Y'all are funny. 200,000,000 missing shares, 250m contract, former CEO up on fraud charges, late reporting..... blah, blah, blah. Point blank, if the MM's are going to let it run then they will, if not then they will push it up, short it, drive it down, and cover. This is OTC land, name one ticker symbol that has made it to one of the big boards. All CEO's, CFO's (if they have one), and listed board members are crooks, thieves and liars in penny world. This is a MOMO play that's lost some steam. Bring some volume and news next week
How sweet would that be. There's been some nice flyers this week. Notice the chart on the grill stock. 5 days up 2 down, then BOOOOOOM. Look familiar?
1.8 million shares in return for a check for 100k, that's 5.5 cents a share. If they were able to dump them all today (which I doubt) they could have reeled in a cool $600,000. My guess is that they dumped enough to cover the 100,000 and then some and they will hold the rest until PPS moves up considerably.
I don't see it happening. There is too much support in the .32-.36 range. I've been watching this since Friday and got in at .32 today. It's going to .70 for sure, and there's good chance $1.00 plus. Keep in mind that this is penny land. Hell, we could see $2.00 plus before the run ends. GO FLST!
Many will see it tonight.

REDG is developing a solid uptrend. It's time to go L---O---N---G. 99 yards to the corner of the end zone long. I am sitting on 150K and am going to accumulate up to 500K +. This stock is going to mint a few new millionaires.
Injection molding isn't the news, it's the material that is being used.
It's trading like something is up. LVGI is going to be a money maker. If it was going to nose dive, it would have by now.
Sweet! Got some nice momentum going into next week.
It's a little to early in the ball game to predict that $1 is on the horizon, but I sure do like the way it's setting up.
LOL. What hype? I think that your're on the wrong board. Go over to xu!!.
Nothing negative. It was pumped on 6/24. I've got skin in the game, just stating the facts. It looks like she is setting up to run. LVGI has a low float and developing an uptrend. Two more short green candles then next week we make some money.
Not true, the last few APS promos have been money in the bank. Victory Mark stunk this one up. Although, I'll be hard pressed to to give an APS anything more than a second glance after this train wreck. Disclosure: I did not nor will I buy XUII. Ever.
Yep, institutional investors are throwing money at this left and right.
Yep, know what else is sweet? Holiday week, no pumps, (so far) and very little ihub chatter. That means that the flippers are on vacation. IF LVGI performs like this for the rest of the the week then next week could be a whole lot of fun.
The last round of pump letters said the float was 9.5m. I can't find anything to back that up though. But the trading over the last few days has been pretty tight. It made a nice move today on low volume so 9.5m may be right. There is a very good chance that LVGI could get real hot real quick.
New press release this morning, and volume looks like it's coming back. Here we go.
They're all scams Bruce, this particular scam has got one more good run then probably bleeding off and heading sub penny. ;)
The way this has been trading the last few days makes me think that something is coming down the pipeline. Maybe some news and another pump next week. Anyone know what the float is?
LOL! Not in this one, but APS needs this to fly. They have some VM stink on them right now and need a bath.
We'll see, it needs another green candle, preferably with no shadows. Bids need to come up, spent most of the day with a 20% spread. Call your friends. Tell them to SLAP the ask.
BR-459, LOL!!
I'm not quite sure what to make of this one. In the last two days I've seen 2 big buys way over the ask but the ask does not change. It finally bumped up to .11, but reluctantly. MM games I suppose.
It's almost impossible to set a target on a penny, all you can do is watch in intraday and formulate an entry and exit point. When I bought Monday I thought there was a good chance we could see .18-.20 but that headed south. I knew Monday that as soon as it busted through .14 it was going to bleed red but I bought with unsettled funds and couldn't get off of the train. To me it looks oversold right now. If we get a reversal we may be in for a pretty decent run.
