1.8 million shares in return for a check for 100k, that's 5.5 cents a share. If they were able to dump them all today (which I doubt) they could have reeled in a cool $600,000. My guess is that they dumped enough to cover the 100,000 and then some and they will hold the rest until PPS moves up considerably.
